Carl was such a willing and informative guy. I had a very small job and he didn't bat an eye in offering to help me. I showed up and the thing I needed was actually not needed, but instead of rushing off, he took time to talk to us and look through the rest of the car. He found something a bit off and fixed it on the spot. What GREAT customer service.. so hard to find these days!

Brought my car in for rear bumper repair, driver door and rocker panel repair they were very professional, informative as to when car would be done took very good care of my car. A couple of yrs ago I was rear-ended on the freeway. At that time Holts had a different owner. I was more than happy with the work they did. He sold it and my recent experience after being hit,was quite different. They wasted a month of my time by being non communicative and giving me excuses about getting part's. After almost 2 months, I went and got other estimates and found out that noone else had any issues finding the parts. I informed the insurance company that Holt's is obviously refusing the work and that I had found a different shop. At that time the insurance was paying 100% of the damage. After Holt's excuses and delays and basically refusing the work. When I found another body shop they informed me that now it would be 80/20 in my favor. Holt's cost me 20% on getting the damage fixed on my vehicle. Thank the God's I found Vista auto body in Citrus Heights. It's another small business and Dave has a crew of Auto body craftsman that are awesome!Go to VISTA AUTO BODY! Talk to Dave! They don't have a problem finding parts and if they can't find it they can do some " Old School craftsman Fabricating"

Last December my '74 Vette was rear-ended by a Folsom Park Service Officer (yes, incredible). Just want to praise the excellent customer service and work preformed by everyone at Holt's. Holts Collision is truly a remarkable company. It s clear they pride themselves on customer service in addition to a perfect repair job. Being a single mom with a full time and a part time job I never thought I could figure out my way through getting my car repaired! Trying to schedule the adjuster, file the claim, pick up a rental, come up with the money and follow the insurance protocol with no time made me not want to fix my car! A friend told me to call Holts Collision to see if they even had time to help me... Shelley answered and in less than 3 minutes I knew exactly what I needed to do. she gave me hope!! Before I even scheduled my rental car pick up Shelley already made an appointment with the adjuster! Things came together fast! Shelley has communicated with me every step of the way. This has been an ugly situation to deal with (drunk driver- no insurance!)Then there was one of the fun California power outages for a few days last week which delayed the completion of the repairs. As a single momma I can t afford any extra costs! The power outage delay cost another 140 on my rental fees. It is no fault of Holts-(actually it is PG&E s fault), but Holts is helping by giving me a discount to help pay $100 of the extra rental fees! Such a gift! Such a blessing.I am so lucky to have found Holts Collision in a auburn. I live in Grass Valley but it s worth the little drive. I always get so nervous handling car repairs or maintenance of any kind due to my lack of knowledge in this area, but Shelley and her business partner made me feel confident about how things were being handled. She explained things in terms that I understood.Thank you Holts Collision! Thank you Shelley!

We took our suv to Holts Autobody because we like to support small family run business. We had a very good experience with this company on a very unfortunate accident. My brand new car was hit and we were very upset. Holts Autobody handled the insurance companies and had our car fixed looking brand new again in no time at all...we were very impressed! Thanks Holts Autobody!
