I called Hall s when my car was broken down on the side of the road. They responded quickly and provided great service. The driver was professional and very helpful. I highly recommend their services.

They were super prompt. I've dealt with many tow companies, and none have responded as quicly. Also, they were very professional. We received accurate text updates and etas, and they handled my vehicle with care. My trucks pretty low and it was no issue with their tow truck.

David with Hall s towing was AMAZING! Friendly, courteous, and took extra precaution with RVD2, our Class B RV. He ensured that the difficult situation of our water tanks at the back were protected after a right rear blowout on I-80 outside of Newcastle. We were talking to Progressive, but a friend had recently used Hall s in lieu of insurance company because of Hall s much much much quicker response, and she recommended we call Hall s. Sure enough! 45 minutes later vs 3 hours as promised, and there was David!!Just contact Hall s and either pay them and b done, or file with insurance later. Hall s was about the same price as what we would pay for insurance, but we got to the tire shop before they closed, which would not have happened had we gone with Progressive. Save yourself time and heartache. Just call Hall s.Service: Special vehicle towing

Our car broke down on the way home. The wait for Auto Club was TWO hours! Our friends had called Hall's before and recommended them. The tow truck arrived in 10 minutes! Our driver, Michael, took extra great care of our 1961 Corvette! And gave us both a ride home in the truck.

I purchased a 1947 Dodge 1.5 ton project truck and hired Hall's towing to arive the next day at an address in Foresthill to bring it home. Hall's was on time with reasonable prices and I had a great professional driver that showed care knowing its a very old truck. I would absolutely use them again to bring home my next project vehicle!

After having brake issues with our car we called 3 different tow companies and was told they had no drivers to help us .I called Hall's Towing and made arrangements to have them tow our car to Roseville Chevrolet .the driver was nice enough to drop us off in Colfax so we could arrange a ride to our destination. Thank you Hall's Towing

These guys saved the day! After ford can t live up their road side service for a simple tire change because every company they used wast able to do the job because I m in a medium truck (2021 ford f250) I was cancelled 3 times and being stranded on the side of the road for 5 hours I had enough! I wish I could give Hall's Towing an extra star. They saved our lives after we had to pull to the side of Highway 80 on the way back from Tahoe!! Our tow driver was incredible and so kind. Can't recommend Hall's Towing enough!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Recently I had my third encounter with Halls Towing and 3rd time in a row, they were fast, friendly & affordable. I was rescued thus time in Meadow Vista. I called them & was told driver would be dispatched from Auburn " right now", less than 20 minutes and they arrived. I appreciate prompt response.

I was shocked at how good my experience with Hall s towing was. Not only were they incredibly fast (I waited maybe 15 minutes?) but the serviceman was SUPER nice! He was also very clean, respected social distancing protocols well (wore a mask, sanitized hands, etc.) and insisted on following me for a few miles to make sure there were no other problems. A++++++++ work fellas, keep it up!

I can't express how grateful I am to Hall's towing for the quality of service they provided when I was in a pinch. My truck had a malfunction that left me stranded at a gas station off of the 80 near Auburn. After AAA literally showed up and then ditched me for not having my license plate (recently purchased vehicle) I had to call a local towing service and luckily found Hall's. They arrived within 30 minutes and towed my truck straight to the mechanic's in Loomis where we left it overnight.I was fortunate enough to be picked up by the owner of Hall's towing and he was so kind that he actually dropped me off in the middle of the night a few miles away instead of making me wait for a Lyft.The service overall was stellar and the cost was reasonable. My boyfriend got into a wreck on freeway last week.. Kenny shows up and was so patient and let us get anything we could out if the vehicle.He seemed like genuinely the nicest man. Totally reasonable, and understanding. When we arrived at the tow yard he again let us get more things from the vehicle and waited patiently.For Jason and I it has been very emotional being homeless and that's where we slept. I would totally recommend this company. Made the loss easier. My only issue is the cost!!! I hope we r able to come up with it.

These guys are pros. When I cut a tire in my Tesla I had to quickly get off the hwy, there was just barely enough room in the margin. Tesla roadside service called Halls because they are certified by Tesla. They were there in 5 minutes, amazing. The first thing they did was get me safely into the truck, then my driver called for a backup truck to block traffic so he could load the vehicle onto the flatbed.These guys really know what they are doing. They are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. As an added bonus their trucks are absolutely magnificent, real beauties. When you have a nice car like a Tesla and need a tow it's nice for it to be treated so well.

Kenny is a awesome guy. His crew does amazing work and they are always nice and friendly. They do their best to get you as quick as they can and always do a great job no matter what it is. I would highly recommend them for Audrey Towing and Recovery needs.

After an unfortunate transmission failure and hours spent on the phone with AAA with no help in sight for our dead Suburban and utility trailer we made a call to Hall's. While they couldn''t get to us at 1 AM, they were kind and courteous on the phone, gave us an instant quote and promised us a tow at 7 AM. Michael arrived 15 minutes early and was able to load and tow our vehicle and trailer the 100 miles to Reno - we were home by 10 AM. And Michael went the "extra mile" by backing the trailer right into our RV pad, offloading and positioning the Suburban, and all the while with a pleasant smile and utmost professionalism. If you have the misfortune of needing a tow in the Auburn area, I highly recommend Hall's.

We needed a to move a 30ft 5th wheel travel trailer and they sent over a very professional driver lots of experience and got the job done with ease. Shout out to Lance who helped us with move. Great driving skills. I would definitely recommend.

Towing company towed our trailer off a loading dock instead of requesting for us to move the trailer. We were not even informed that our trailer needed to be moved. This towing company charged us unnecessary fees to release our trailer and on top of that wanted police permission to release our own trailer that is under our name to us. Our trailer is still not released to us, even after email proof of the lady saying that we are good to go to pick up the trailer, when our driver showed up 3 hours ago he is still there because they are saying we still have paperwork to do. The email was received 2 hours ago and clearly states that the trailer is ready to be picked up. The woman that is answering the phone is straight disrespectful and has no manners apparently.Service: Special vehicle towing

Put jeep in ditch deep in state park. The driver arrived quickly, pulled me out without further damage. Car was questionably drivable so John,the driver, followed me out to main road to make sure car would make it to repair shop. Very happy with service and attitude.

Kenny & SpencerThese two young men proved to be true heroes.We own a 40 diesel pusher RV which we got into a very precarious position on an unexpected soft driving surface, in an attempt to park it. Not only did they help my husband get out of the situation they guided him successfully down a very steep narrow driveway.Thank you so very much! I broke down in the Sierra Nevadas on my way to Utah. Given the situation, Hall's Towing provided excellent service. The driver was extremely friendly, approachable, and helpful. If I ever need a tow again I hope that it is from a company like Hall's Towing

Halls is AWESOME! Driver Maligh is AWESOME! My BMW broke down on I80 east on the way back from Street Vibrations Reno. I called a few tow companies and Halls is the only one that responded with reason. My car failed at Yuba Gap about 40 miles west of Auburn on I80. When I called Hall's the dispatcher stated they would have a tow truck at my location drive time from Auburn. They were on the money! It only took Hall's 45 minutes to get to my location, in tow, and ready to go. The driver Maligh was very professional and efficient, no messing around vehicle was in tow minutes after she arrived. Hall's tow also recommended BMW mechanic Drakes Eouropean Auburn who did a excellent repair at a reasonable cost. THANKS HALL'S!!!!!

The tow truck driver came out and informed me he was going to charge $250 to tow me across the street. I could have pushed it myself or gotten a different service and saved the money but the driver said it was mandatory and I had no choice. The driver was rude and lied to me. It is unfortunate that at the time I didn't know that I had other options. Do not get this service, they will charge you up the nose!

Oh folks i wish i had much more time!!! Will add later. They are Wonderful . Im 71 and retired from the insurance industry. So i kno these types of businesses from ALL angles . They would NEVER OVERCHARGE . THEY ARE HONEST TO A FAULT. KNOWN FOR 25+ YEARS. But now im retired i hv different needs. They just really care - All of them. They will always fo whats best for you---regardless . Great at business but what BIG hearts. After they jumped my car they INSISTED on following me to a gas station to be sure i made it. Theres more . i ll get back.

I was stranded in Penn Valley on Saturday night. Matt came to tow me to nearest Toyota dealership which was Auburn Toyota. Matt made a very stressful situation pleasant! He is top notch and very professional! Thank you Matt!
