I took my 2014 Subaru in to check out my transmission. Looks like after 189,000 it was starting to slip. I noticed a Subaru Outback Wilderness and took it for a test drive, when I realized it was my dream car. The people who work at Gold Rush Subaru are very pleasant to work with and Steve who works in the shop is always honest about what really needs to happen with your car. Bill showed me the ropes with the new Wilderness and told me about the incentives of $2,400 off of an outback with 1.9 financing. Once I gave it a test drive, I had to come back a day later and purchase my new Wild Blue and Jessica did the financing and I was in and out in no time. This is my 2nd Subaru from Gold Rush and I am very happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2024 Forester Sport with Bill at Gold Rush Subaru. Bill was patient to answer my multitude of questions before I committed to purchasing the vehicle. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a purchase. When I finally decided to commit, he made the process seamless. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to working with them when we buy another Subaru!

My experience with Gold Rush was fantastic, I could not have asked for a smoother car buying process. This was my first car purchase and everyone was competent, helpful, and very friendly. My salesman Chip was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the 2024 Forester. I highly recommend Gold Rush.

I bought my first Subaru Outback from Gold Rush and they were amazing! In pursuit of a new car I met with several small dealerships beforehand that were arrogant or not helpful. When I got to Gold Rush, I worked with Edgar and he was awesome! Everybody there was patient and honest. They seem like down to earth people who are passionate about their jobs. No slimy salesman attitude. Edgar and Alex, the finance manager, made the process easy and not intimidating. As a first time buyer, I will hands down recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used Subaru in the area. Thank you Gold Rush!

We are so pleased with the sales service we received when we went for a test drive with Jessica Jasper. She was so friendly, kind and patient with us. She was very informative because this is the first new car we have purchased for 20 years and they have changed so much! Thank you Jessica and the friendly staff at Gold Rush Subaru in Auburn, CA. Even the Finance dept, Alex Sprock made it so easy for us! I have owned my new Subaru Forester Touring for 3 days now and I am loving it! Absolutely the best place to buy a car. Having never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before, I have to say that the experience was actually enjoyable. Jess (Sales and Finance) was able to efficiently and effectively explain all the questions I had and was quite knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process. I felt no pressure at all to make any decisions. I would recommend buying a vehicle with Jess @ Gold Rush to anyone.

Just purchased a Subaru Solterra from Gold Rush Subaru and I could not have been happier with the experience. I worked with Jessica Jasper as the salesperson, and I found her to be exceptional. She answered all of my questions and kept me posted on pricing. She provided timely communication at every step of the process. The whole buying process at Gold Rush was great and I appreciate the "no pressure" approach. The finance person, Alex also did an exceptional job. When I need another vehicle, Gold Rush will be the first dealer I visit.

Always took my car here for maintenance and when it was time to upgrade I went in because we had a great relationship and trust built. I went in and got so much courteous and helpful assistance. Gerry helped me out so much and got me hooked up with a new Crosstrek Sport and a great trade in offer super quickly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and polite throughout the process. I'm in love with the car and everyone in the offices was so kind and fun to work with while I got it. Highly recommend this dealership!

I couldn t be happier with my experience at Gold Rush Subaru. Jessica Jasper was a huge reason my experience was so exceptional. I originally contacted her with a question about a used car I saw online. She was thoughtful in her communication with me, not overwhelming me with calls or messages. She allowed me to take the lead and always made her self available. Once we decided to visit the lot; Jessica s warmth and hospitality made our purchasing experience relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership and Jessica for anyone who is in the market for stress free buying experience.

With years of car buying experiences behind me, I never thought I d be leaving a review much less with 5 stars. Epic moment (lol) Here it is. Bill McCoy is the salesman that made this an awesome experience. From initial contact, through the test drive and the signing of the paperwork, Bill was patient to answer all our questions. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and authentically willing to make sure our needs were met I drove out of the lot a very happy and satisfied customer and owner of a Subaru Forester.

I had a great experience buying a car at this dealership. I got the price I wanted and we are very happy with the car. After we kept notes for a few weeks (in the little notebook they provide) with our questions and what we needed to learn (so much is electronic now), we went back for the "personal training" (my words) and Tiffany was terrific at answering our questions. We even received a $25 gas card for coming back for this service.Just now (about 2 months later) I ordered some parts (mud flaps, door edge guards, etc.) and the people on the phone (both parts and service and the woman who answers the general line) were so nice, going above and beyond to be helpful. It's obvious that the management knows how to pick the right people to hire, with the right attitude and skills to provide good customer service. You can't go wrong here. Thank you, Gold Rush Subaru

My husband and I have now bought a couple vehicles from this dealership and we would buy again!! Paul Almeida was a pleasure to work with from the moment we walked in he answered everything we asked and was very honest. I loved that he took us on a great and long test drive it really allowed us to get a good feel of the truck. The entire staff was extremely friendly and I didn't feel pressured, it was very relaxed! They even had things to keep my kids distracted with! The truck we bought was used but I trust the quality of what they choose to put on their lot! 10/10 recommended you buy your next vehicle here!

Cannot recommend this dealership enough!! Bill was such a great help in choosing and educating us on all the cars. I felt so comfortable and I m really happy we did our business with them. Visiting Gold Rush Subaru was a much different and positive experience than any other we ve had at other dealers in the past. I went there last month just to check out a car that I had seen online and planned to buy but at a different dealership in Napa. Gold Rush just happened to have the exact same car and I had no plans to buying there. Once my family and I arrived there and had an opportunity to look at the car for a few minutes, we were greeted by Shane with a very welcoming vibe and no sense of pressure at all. Shane was great with answering questions and eventually we decided to test drive the car we were looking at since Shane had made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Our whole test drive basically just felt like riding around town with a friend, while checking out the car and having an expert answering any questions we had. After spending just a few minutes with Shane, my family and I just felt like this was the place that was going to take very good care of us and I could not think of going anywhere else to look for a car, and we were right! Our whole experience was easy, comfortable and convenient. We happily went home with our used 2019 Subaru Forester Sport and we love it! Today, I went back in to have our New Forester s radio serviced and Shane and the whole team were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly! Shane greeted me by name with great smile and handshake, like seeing an old good friend again. The whole service and parts staff were amazing and made sure to take care of my needs in a timely manner. My whole experience there has been one of the best I ve had. I highly recommend everyone to go check them out and experience the family friendly atmosphere that Gold Rush Subaru provides.

Everyone at Gold Rush Subaru were very friendly and not pushy from start to finish. They followed up with an email and a follow-up tutorial to go over the many features that my Subaru Outback has on it. The dealership has great curb appeal and not run down. The service department personnel has also been a delight to work with.

I am a senior replacing 16 yr old car.Yesterday I bought and brought home a 2024 Suburu Crosstrek Premium.Amazing for the price. As a senior I like higher elevation for exits and entering and large array of safety features all wheel drive and sunroof. Remarkably solid comfortable to drive Salesperson Jessica patient and knowledgeable.Alex a pleasure to do business with.I always felt comfortable.

I'm writing about a problem that I had with my Impreza a few months back. A tow truck had severely damaged the underside of the car. Colin, the service representative, was incredible and helpful at every step, from getting to the heart of the problem to supporting us in filing the claim, and my car has been running well since. Very thankful to the professional and welcoming staff at Gold Rush. I live in LA now, but would definitely get my car serviced here if I was in the Sacramento area.

Disappointing experience overall. Literally ready to sign paperwork for the car sale today and magically the down payment required went up $500. Waste of time and waste of a morning trying to make a sale work.Will be looking elsewhere for our vehicle purchase and for a dealership who can help show us we matter and are valued.

Gold Rush Subaru in Auburn is a fantastic dealership to buy a car. Super Bowl Sunday we purchased our 7th Subaru from Gold Rush Subaru in Auburn Ca. On a scale of 1 to 10 Gold Rush is a 15!Two folks in particular Stephen Piro, Salesperson and Alex Sprock in the finance office made our buying experience like dealing with family!Kind, courteous, ethical, professional, caring, understanding, and I could go on, all traits these two gentlemen demonstrated at every turn. You will never have a better buying experience than dealing with this dealership and in particular working with these two young men. This is the 2nd lease we get from Gold Rush - They are an awesome team, very professional, courteous and friendly, not pushy or aggressive. Gold Rush Subaru is the BEST! This is the first time we have purchased a Subaru and the experience was absolutely hassle-free.Our sales consultant Robbie was friendly, professional and knowledgable! He went out of his way to show our boys all the features of the car. We also wanted to thank Steven as well for helping with the sale. He was great to work with! Each and every member of the staff was welcoming and polite. At the end of the sale, it was a nice touch to receive some Subaru merchandise. Thanks to Paul for making that happen!A few days later we received a hand written thank you letter from Jim, the Customer Experience Manager.
