I have been doing business here since I have had house, truck and car glass replaced and everything was always done perfectly making sure I was satisfied. They even replaced the weather stripping and re-alined the windows in a classic car for me now they are replacing a glass in my motor home. You ll never find another company this versatile with perfection

I called them a few days ago and needed 4 balances (right word?) replaced. Had a very abrupt secretary who informed me it would be $700 and they weren't interested in any info on the windows. When I mentioned they were the first called and I wanted to check with a couple of other companies, she said "well, go ahead, if/when you're ready to pay $700 get back to us. Next two estimates were $400 and $200. Went with Moules and they are doing the job for just under $300. This is in Auburn, Ca..... Guess G&H does good work, but what an extreme price difference. That plus the attitude of the secretary is very off-putting.

Poor customer service, terrible workmanship, and they look at you like a used car salesman would. No offense to used car salesman. But they only care about your money and not doing good work or making right their wrongs. Poor poor way to run a business.

I have a lot of glass work in my home from these guys and I have always had a pleasant experience working with them. They are local, competitive, and most of all, great to work with. I will use their services again.

i do not recommend this company. Poor and delayed service and bad attitude. Charged me more than $100 more than the estimate; finally backed down when I reminded them of the estimator's quote.

We spent so much money to get beautiful glass shower door, with the "water spot repellent" but it has NEVER worked. We called them and they told us to wash our glass with vinegar and water, which we did, but it didn't help. Recently we were in a hotel that had glass doors. Every time we took a shower, within minutes all the water was repelled and the glass was crystal clear. We asked the service manager what they used, and he said it was the water repellent glass. Soooooo why did we pay hundreds of dollars for the same but it has NEVER worked?

Great owner and exceptional installation . Wouldn't use anyone else. Great for frameless shower doors and back their product 100%.
