I went to Drake's today for an inspection on my Subaru. They were super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable!!I'll definitely be giving them my business from here on out, and I'll be recommending them to everyone!

Drake, Tiara and all the techs at Drake's European are the absolute best. Before coming to Drake's my experiences with other mechanics has been so bad but now I feel like I finally found a team to take care of my Range Rover. Kind, friendly and professional. I came on the recommendation of my family members who all take their cars to Drake and now I know why. They fixed things other mechanics couldn't. Thank you Drake!!

How many ways can I say that out of all places to bring your car and have exceptional service, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!! Drake (the owner) and all the guys take customer service to the next level!! Tiera is awesome at the front desk and I adore the whole shop! Thanks Drake!

I have known Drake for more than 30 years his expertise and integrity is unsurpassed. Finding people like Drake in this town is kinda like digging for gold. We still have it, it's just hard to find !!!!

I can hardly praise this shop highly enough. From the owner Drake, to service advisors to the technicians, every one is kind. caring, and very competent. They have squeezed me in on several occasions in emergencies, and worked hard to get it done quickly, efficiently and right the first time. I know the owner to be a principled person that I absolutely trust to be fair. That is a huge factor in this woman having confidence in an auto shop. Thank you Drake, Tiera, Ryan and team for your dedicated service. Drake is THE expert in his field. And the service is exceptional! I took my BMW X3M in for a big service/brakes etc and Drake explained the entire process to me and showed me exactly what was to be done. Ryan set me up in the office with wifi, coffee, sacks etc so I could work while I waited. And my car was washed and detailed right before I picked it up. I don't know where else you could find such impeccable service and quality of work- I was literally treated like family. I will be back and everyone I know will know about Drakes. Thank you for such excellence!

My steering pump went out during Christmas week and an oil leak was discovered. I called Drake, the shop was closed but being the guy Drake is he said come on in. Drake got parts ordered ASAP. My truck was fixed the next day ahead of schedule. Customer service at its best! Rosanne

We bring our cars here exclusively, best customer service and reasonable pricing. I was told fixing and maintaining a MB would be expensive. Not here!

Drakes Auto Service is the BEST! They are honest, friendly, and so knowledgeable! They have given me the best service and I have brought two different cars here. I finally don t feel like I m being taken advantage of by a repair shop!!! Highly, highly recommended! Drakes took us in just as they could have been closing, and fixed a loose oil filter for us as we were passing through town, leaking oil everywhere. It s the most impressive, cozy, and curated auto shop we ve ever seen! They have a a beautiful park out back and were so accommodating. Thanks for taking care of us and for the glimpse into such a high functioning operation.

Drake was aggressive, antagonistic and very unprofessional.He refused to explain why my vehicle needed an additional $1,000 repair and started to scream amd cuss belligerently when I tried to ask him questions.I would feel unsafe leaving my vehicle unattended here.

I've come here multiple times now and refuse to take it anywhere else! Drake is an amazing mechanic and genuinely cares about his customers and their safety. He is one of the rare mechanics that seems to thoroughly enjoy working on cars and makes sure you always leave happy and safe. Not only did he fix my car, but he went out of his way to restore my headlights, clean my car, and he has even left me an air freshener in the past. He exceeds my expectations every time I go in. Best place to get your car fixed. Hands down. I will be a customer for life. Also, his daughter in the office was very nice and helpful!

This was our third time to use Drake s for our Audi Q5. Not only is the work that is done at the shop top quality. But the professionalism of the employees and kindness of everyone that works there makes it genuinely Auburn. to top it off they always wash my car after they work on it. They are the best!!! Drake goes above and beyond! His shop is well kept and brings expertise to European car service and repair. He treats my car like he would his own. Attention to detail and quality! Spent more than my car's value is but it's worth every penny....I know what I've got and it's going to repay me in service. So glad to have found this shop!

My VW sustained major catastrophic engine failure that left me stranded along highway 49. I had my vehicle towed to Drakes. I am beyond impressed on how they handled my engine repairs and how wonderful they treated me through the whole process. They even worked on it through our recent major power outage. They went the distance and did extra things like putting new windshield wipers for free and detailed my car upon completion of the work. I will be taking my vehicle to Drakes in the future for all repairs and oil changes (they always wash the car). I am beyond appreciative of the professionalism and integrity that Drakes displayed especially Since you don t find that too often these days! Thanks again!

Drake's was able to service my transmission and get me back on the road after being stranded on the side of I-80. They did great work on my Volvo, were empathetic, friendly, and worked me in to their schedule with no appointment to get me back on the road the next day!

I haf the car I recently purchased towed In because it had thrown a serpentine belt. When I called they told me that the tensioner and belt are under warranty and to bring it in. Later on that day they called to tell me that the car needed 1400 dollars worth of repair on something different they didn't catch before. I called and priced the same service they were suggesting at two other shops. The other shops both came in at least 400 dollars cheaper however Not wanting to drive 25 miles back up there i agreed to have them do the service anyways. When I spoke to drake on Friday he told me that it couldn't be worked on until Tuesday when his other mechanic returned from vacation. When I called the following Friday they still had not started repairs. Which caused me to have to wait 5 hours to get it towed in the lot and wasted my whole day. Before you go to this shop please research your options and dont buy into added repair cost. I will be exploring my options with the BAR and civil court over this.

Drake's and Drake are awesome! My car broke down on the way back from Street Vibrations Reno to the Bay Area. I was on the bike and the girlfriend in the car. I was worried because I was from out of town and I was a little concerned that my options for a good mechanic would be limited and the cost would be extensive. Fortunately for me my options were limited and Drakes was the mechanic of choice. We towed the car in on Sunday and Drake start of the troubleshooting on Monday. Drake was very detailed and precise during his diagnostics with the problem to my BMW. See, my car started up on Monday as if nothing happened. Drake didn't assume and took his time to locate the problem, the problem was the fuel pump. The car was repaired and I promptly picked it up on Wednesday. I couldn't of asked for a better situation and a better mechanic. I would also like to add that Drake's shop is clean and orderly which is a sign of a good organized Mechanic. Thanks again Drake!!

Thank you to everyone at Drakes for taking such amazing good care of my VW...they went above and beyond making sure to thoroughly go over the entire car .Their prices are on the lower side and extremely fair . My ac needed a compressor and I thought it would cost way more then it did !! Youve gained a customer for life !! P.S They have the most beautiful garden out back ...

Drake is THE MAN!He figured out my car's mystery ailment, and now it's a pure pleasure to drive. Drake also fixed many little things that had been bothering me. Plus, the car was so nice and shiny on the outside and in the engine compartment, and even the headlight lenses were polished. Fabulous!He loves what he does and is trustworthy.I'm so happy to once again like my mechanic and have faith that he'll keep my car running at its best.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and they worked around my schedule in addition to going above and beyond in repairs. My car feels brand new now and I am very grateful to Drake s for providing excellent service.

Quick, convenient, and friendly. Drake and the whole staff so helpful . They took my car in within the day and serviced done by midday. I used there Easy overnight drop off with key locker outside. Car in great shape
