I had a really great experience at Cypress Auto Center. I happened to come across a diesel truck I had been wanting and it was incredibly clean with low miles. Annie was wonderful to work with and very informative. I probably spent several hours over 2 visits looking at the truck and felt no pressure at all. Everything from first walking in, to driving away with my new truck was awesome.

We've just purchased our third vehicle from Sam, owner of Cyprus Auto. 5 years ago he got us a great low mileage Dodge King Cab truck for an incredibly reasonable price. My wife wanted an BMW convertible, and though trucks are the niche market here, Sam found her the perfect car within a couple of weeks. When her beloved Beamer was rear ended and totaled, he happened to have the same model on the lot. In an hour she was driving off the lot - all transactions seemless, easy, professional and a pleasure to work with. None of that pressure stuff. Annie was great to work with also. Have stood behind their sale and corrected a few things (like a coolant leak) that was not discovered in the initial inspection. We wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a used truck, and would ask him to look for any other vehicle we might be looking for. Five stars all the way!

Dealt with Annie. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I drove 90 minutes to look at a truck. Completely unprepared to purchase a vehicle that day. After the test drive, it was apparent that it was the one . 20 minutes later, the truck was mine. Of course I would have preferred to pay less, but a workman is worth her hire. I shook the lady s hand and got a fair deal for a solid truck. I expect it to last me the next decade, but if I ever need another truck, I ll go to Cypress first. Their trucks are solid and the price is fair. You can t ask for more in this market. I ve purchased five vehicles from dealers in my lifetime. This was by far the quickest, fairest and least painful of any, including the big name dealers.

My first auto buying experience was amazing thanks to Annie at cypress auto. She was so nice and made everything so easy. Great place definitely recommend if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Will be buying from here again in the future!

The salesperson was very professional and answered all our questions and showed us CARFAX reports on all the vehicles we asked about. We ended up buying a vehicle from them that needed to have some detailing/cleaning up due to some repair they had done before it was returned to the lot. We went to lunch and on our return the vehicle was supper clean and smelled great.We have had the vehicle for about four weeks now and have not found any hidden issues with it. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Cypress Auto Center, INC.

The wife and I were looking for a Diesel truck for heavy pulling. We came to Cypress to look at all the awesome trucks they have in the lot there and instantly fell in Love with the F-350. Annie came out and introduced her self, She listen to our need of a quality truck and and showed us the F-350 we had nosed around. She made us feel so comfortable we thought we felt as she was an old friend we d know for years. We need some extras added to the truck and Cypress has been so helpful. I would without a doubt absolutely recommend buying any vehicle with them and their service is 5star also. Thank you so much Cypress and company for being the dealership.

First time I purchased a truck and I'm so glad it was from here. Sam is the owner and hooks it up, the other staff is amazing. They go above and beyond with everybody. Will definitely be buying another truck soon. If anybody is looking for a truck go here! You won't be disappointed

I recently purchased a truck from Cypress Auto Center in Auburn CA. Full Disclosure: I dread going to any dealership. However, my experience with Cypress Staff - the Owner, Manager, sales and Service was exceptional in every way. Low pressure sales, exceptional follow ups, service and attention to detail was incredible.I highly recommend Cypress Auto Center for your next truck

I was looking for a new truck and went into Cypress auto in Auburn because they had a lot of trucks. I found exactly what I was looking for and everyone there that we worked with from the sales rep to the finance gal and even the owner were exceptional and a pleasure to work with. If you re looking for a new truck I would highly recommend Cypress auto in Auburn.

I've been buying vehicles for 50 years and this was the best experience of all.The staff is great.Annie's was wonderful.Friendly, thorough, caring, even spoiled my dog and she is fun to work with.I drove hours to get the truck I couldn't find anywhere else and I'm so glad I did!

If you re looking for a used truck or Diesel this is the place !! I was surprised by how clean and how big the selection was from Ford Dodge and Chevy..From making me a espresso To Financing me through a credit union...I will be Recommending cypress auto here on out !!!Thank you very much Annie !!!

Very nice people! Visited to take a look at the low mile 96 F-350, very clean truck and I like it but not quite ready to get rid of my F-250 for it. But they were not pushy and were very nice about it all. Definitely earned a potential buyer and trade in when they locate the right truck!

We had a pleasure purchasing our truck from Cypress Auto Center. We found a truck in their inventory while doing research online. After test driving the truck we expressed a couple areas of concern to Annie and Aaron as well as where we wanted to be in terms of price. A couple weeks later after checking in with Annie, they had remedied all of our concerns with the truck and came down in price. We are now the owners of the truck! Extremely pleased with their service, professional and friendly, go check them out if you are looking to buy a truck!

I was looking for an older 3/4 ton diesel truck with low mileage on it. A co-worker recently purchased his truck from Cypress and told me his father had bought a truck from them as well. He had nothing but good things to say about them. Went to look at a specific truck and both Aaron and Annie were extremely helpful. Ended up buying the truck and Annie assured me if there were any issues to just let her know. Less than a week later, the truck wouldn't start. Turned out both batteries were about five years old and were going bad. When I let Annie know, she made sure both batteries were replaced the next day. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used truck.

You can't lose when you buy a vehicle from Cypress. They will have your back and they will do everything they can to give you the best experience buying a vehicle. Found this business with their great selection of trucks. Aaron came out in the heavy rain to greet us and walk around the trucks we were interested in. It was wet and cold, and he bared it out with us! He had a lot of knowledge about each truck, years, and different engines. We took one of the trucks for test drive and had some questions. Aaron gladly answered these concerns and came out with us for a second test drive. After we were ready to buy, Annie finished up with us and she made all the paperwork signing very cheerful and fast, plus making sure we got the best financing rate. Four days after the purchase, we went up to the mountains, and got a tire puncture from a broken snow chain. With super congested traffic and heavy snow, we pulled over to change the tire, and we didn't have a spare! We called Annie at Cypress Auto Center after a few attempts to plug the flat tire, and they apologized for having missed including a spare, and Aaron drove up i80 in the snow immediately with a spare tire for us and even helped us put it on with no charge or condition. Even after signing the "as is" warranty, Cypress Auto Center made sure that their new customers would be taken care of; they saved us! I've never bought a car from more trusted people, thank you!

Very nice people! They have a very nice selection of trucks! I bought a 2000 Ford F250 7.3 liter diesel, just what I wanted to replace the one that was recently totaled. The one I just bought had only 75,600 original miles.

A great truck buying experience. Something caught our eye as we drove by, The specifics didn t quite meet our needs, so Annie worked patiently with us to find the perfect used F250. Annie kept our desired specs in mind and when it came in she called. We drove it home that same day. Very nice people, good service. Thank you for the help. We love it.

We bought a truck yesterday from Cypress Auto and received outstanding customer service! Sam made sure we got a great deal, Aaron answered all our questions and stayed late to install new headlights and Annie, sweet and fun, worked overtime to make sure we received the best financing rate. Highly recommend this place as your first stop when shopping for your new truck!

My husband and I were looking for a particular truck and they had the exact one with a good price and low mileage at Cypress Auto center. Annie made us feel comfortable and she worked very hard to get us the loan. She was prompt with getting back to me and answering the phone. We are extremely pleased with her as a person and her customer service as a used car sales woman. We would go back for our next vehicle.

This was the first used vehicle that I've ever bought, I usually buy new. I saw the truck on Carfax. I'm the second owner of this truck and it was used by the Forest Service, plus I saw before purchasing that there had been no accidents and seemed to have a clean record. Because of these things, I trusted that the truck had been well taken care of. The purchase itself went smoothly and easily. It didn't feel like a "hard sell" at all, no pressure. No loan was involved. I traded in my car, which also went easily. All the staff that I worked with were friendly and helpful. It's been only about a week but so far the truck runs really well. Overall I had a good experience!

By far the best truck buying experience I have ever had. Sam and Rob were fantastic to work with and got us the truck we needed at a fantastic price.
