Great place to bring your damaged vehicle. I have brought my car here many times. Staff are friendly, professional, and know what they are doing. They went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed right and helped make sure insurance covered it. Pictures of damage they fixed.

Kevin and his team went above and beyond to fix my vehicle damages from my car accident. They arranged for getting my vehicle home while I was recovering from injuries from accident and towing my car back to fix pre-existing water damage from 3rd brake light that I had no knowledge of until rain storms. They were all extremely accommodating and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied, which I m very grateful for. Thanks again Collision Pro.

Triple AAA recommended this shop and said they were the best and they spoke the truth! I was impressed by their customer service! Everyone that came in contact with us were so nice and professional! The team at Collision Pros in Auburn, CA is fantastic. They helped me navigate several issues with repairing my car (e.g., insurance, scheduling) and the did excellent work on the repair job. All of the team was courteous, professional, and genuinely interested in making things easier for me whenever they could. I highly recommend this autobody shop.

One of AAA approved tesla certified body shops. Had a minor accident. I live in Folsom which is far from this shop but I chose these guys based on the reviews. These guys were professional and friendly right from start to finish. Noah was my service rep. He was fantastic - Listened to my concerns and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Teslas are a special type of vehicle, so it is important to get it repaired by people who are good at the job. I wouldn't hesitate bringing my car again here if needed.

Cost was twice the original estimate, repairs took twice as long as estimated, communication wasn't very good. Car came back dirty (said they'd washed it, but...).Hello all -- I could not find out how to edit this review, but did do another one, which I can't find either. Collision Pros did call and took the car back, fixed everything, detailed it and noticed that Enterprise wasn't honoring my car insurance, which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. The time between estimate and repair was two weeks. The business seemed in demand. Luckily one of the guys saw to it that my door was able to open and close! Whew. The damage was fairly minor. The job was completed before projected time. The repairs seemed excellent.

I've used Collision Pros in Auburn before and they always do a great job. The car always looks better than before the damage ever occurred and they get it done quickly. This time they went above and beyond when I was dropping off my car and calling the car rental company for pick up. The rental company told me there were no cars left at the insurance rate and I would have to pay the difference, even though I had reserved the car more than a week before and confirmed that morning before I left. Collision Pros got on the phone with the car rental company and next thing I know I am no longer being charged over the amount that I was promised and the rental car is being delivered to the front door of Collision Pros. While this wasn't part of their job, it was a really nice thing to do. Thank you Collision Pros.Service: Body & Trim

Collision Pros did a great job repairing the rear end of our Tesla Model Y Performance that was hit in a parking lot on Christmas Eve 2023 - by a hit-and-run driver, no less (!!) - thank you, Collision Pros - our Model Y that was purchased new just a few months ago looks as good as the day we first picked up the car!

They have done work 3 times for me on 2 different vehicles, twice working through my insurance. I have nothing but good things to say about Collision Pros in Auburn. They are always nice and communicate well and do their job well and they give honest advice. I appreciate them always trying to fit me in. Jeff is awesome. He knew exactly what repairs my car needed. He also clearly understoodthe ins & out of dealing with my insurance company. Listen to the body shop not your insurance company. They do not have best interest in mind. Collision Pros does!

Refreshing to do business with a company that provides accurate quotes, communicates proactively, and comes in on time and on budget.I shopped around for quotes for some hail damage on my truck. Kevin gave me a quote in just a couple minutes. They got the work done in one day, no surprises. Price was competitive with other shops in town, although some couldn't be bothered to even provide a written estimate. I went with Collision Pros because they were the only ones who seemed to want my business, and I'm glad I did.I hope I don't need any more body work soon, but if I do I'll be coming here again.

Ti was was helpful in resolving my electronic problem, and attentive to my needs. They even gave me ride's home and back to the shop. Exceptional service that went beyond the norm, thank you so much guy's ! Update:(01/30/24 -I brought my newer car in, and again, these people treated me like royalty. Kudos to all you guys! An exceptional place to do all the body work on my vehicle.

They are busy! I understand why. They do excellent work, took care of the estimate and my insurance fast. My insurance Co. Is not easy to deal with. Got the car in and out fast. Tye, such a nice young man. Called me before doing something extra to let me know and spoke with my insurance so I wouldn't worry. Excellent work!! Goes out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. Car was done earlier then quote. My husband brings lots of business to body shops in our area. These guys are the best around. I'm OCD. Collision Pro took in my Tesla Model Y performance following someone rear-ending our car. Collision Pro provided consistent updates via phone of the parts shipped and received, and the repair. They were easy to call and speak with a live person who was always aware of my car s status. It was rather impressive. The repair job looked like new, and I believe they did a fabulous job. 5 stars.Service: Body & Trim

I took my truck to collision pros and Kevin took over and in two weeks my truck was in and out in one day. Great communication and quilty work, if you need a body shop this is the place you should go to. Thank you Kevin and collision pros, great job.

I felt very supportive and informed with my repair work. I received daily updates, answered my questions quickly and made what is usually a stressful experience, quite the opposite. Excellent team to work on your car.
