John and his team top notch and the best in customer services. I had a special project on a Tesla; they not only were able to complete the task on time plus they stayed in the price range quoted. I have found a new home for all my auto service needs. Thank you Auto Analytx

Knowledgeable and easy going staff. The owner is a great guy, he even ordered in a manufacturer part for me. I recommend Auto Analytx to anyone needing anything from an oil change to a big fix

The reason Auto Analytyx is so great is the people and their quality. The owner, John, is very ethical, honest, and cares about clients and cars. The staff make you feel like part of the family. They really make sure things are done right and actually give a darn and give you their time and attention. They are a little pricier than other mechanics, BUT it is worth it due to the honesty you get. A reliable honest mechanic is worth more than money. John has taken care of my 2 old cars and I know they won't break down on the side of the road and if they did, I would have someone who would give me a true evaluation of the problem and not add anything not needed. A valuable business, through and through.

After having a long battle with the dealership I decided to take my car elsewhere and auto analytx did not disappoint. They had my car for a 1/4 of the time and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in great time. Absolutely the best auto repair shop I have ever been to!! We are from out of town and on our way to our vacation destination and our car started losing power. We have a fairly new car and we re worried we were going to break down on the freeway as it was getting worse. We pulled off the freeway and barely made it and found Auto Analytx. The first girl we encountered was so nice and said pull your car in John will be back in a minute and can tell you what is going on. John was also extremely nice and got right to work on diagnosing our vehicle. Shortly after he came out and let us know it was an easy fix. He had us back on the road in no time. This shop was informative, quick, nice and professional. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!! Thank You John.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Absolutely phenomenal place to get your car serviced/worked on! John the owner truly cares about keeping you on the road. He's fair, honest, and very easy to talk to. I recommend this place to my friends, family, and even my own customers! If you want a truly good place to get your car/truck worked on this is the place. They have great customer service, which is something I appreciate, and you don't find often these days.

This place is amazing. It s always refreshing to find a mechanic with integrity, one who takes pride in their work and displays honesty from start to finish. They took care of my car and kept me up to date with status and pricing. They kept my involved and I made the decision that fit my budget and schedule. I will only take my car to be serviced here and recommend them. Thank you from this single mama, you didn t take advantage and my car runs so much better. I was recommended to this shop by a parts store. I went and was very happy with the results. I was treated like a person and not a number and that was really cool. My car is now much safer thanks to my visit. Everything was explained clearly and fixed quickly. I found my new shop! Great crew and a great job!

I recently brought my pickup in for some issues I was having. Nathan took my call and was more than helpful. John took great care of my truck and the repairs were made quickly and efficiently. It s hard to find a good mechanic and it s even harder to find one with this type of service. I didn t have a ride home to Roseville and Nathan drove me home because I could not find an Uber. Who does that?? I HIGHLY recommend Auto Analytx and have finally found my mechanic for life. I will recommend this shop to anyone and I can promise you will NOT be disappointed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Great experience! I had a very unique issue with a Toyota engine. They took their time to properly diagnose the problem, without charging me for multiple diagnostics sessions! Highly recommend if you want to avoid the dealerships!

I had Auto Analytxs inspect a high end antique car for me. I live in Florida.Spoke to John and Nathan. They were both so nice and professional and knew that they would be my eyes and ears for inspecting this vehicle. They did a great job in discovering what was good and bad about the vehicle. After the written inspection they addressed each issue with me. Never went ahead with purchase but was happy to say these guys know what they are doing. I was a complete stranger and they treated me as if I was their neighbor.

During a long drive across CA I ran over parts of an aluminum ladder on the freeway. I pulled into Auto Analytix in Auburn to have the under carriage of my car checked out. The owner greeted me immediately and agreed to fit me in despite not knowing the extent of damage. He was extremely friendly and professional. They removed the debris from the car and I was back on the road right away. Excellent experience, highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Exemplary service at reasonable prices. They are thorough in their inspection and diagnostic work. They explain issues that require immediate attention(and why) as well as what will need attention in various time frames. They ll also tell you what you can leave alone if it doesn t bother you. John and his staff went way beyond the care of my car but more importantly the care of those ride in my car. I feel confident to make them my forever car care. I appreciate them going above and beyond what I sent my car in for. John is absolutely GREAT! We found out about John from our neighbor and we are extremely grateful to have found a mechanic like him. It's rare to find an honest mechanic who will always go the extra mile. I'd like to keep him a secret and not give such a good rating, but he seriously deserves it.

My transmission blew a line & John was more than welcome to look @ my vehicle after the shop up the street declined to do so. John even hooked us up with a rental @ Enterprise. This is definitely a good & honest shop! Thanks John for helping us out. RICHMOND, CA family all the way brother! I hope Auto Analytx thrives!

Transmission line busted on a road trip. There was another shop across the lot that we had went to first and the mechanic there didn't even want to look at the vehicle. It was close to closing time and John was able to determine the problem. The fix was real quick. Only thing that took long was waiting on the dealership with the replacement part. Highly recommend this place, great and honest.

I can t say enough about the professionalism of this place (Auto Analytx). They, of course, addressed the issue I brought my car in for and applied my extended warranty. They also inspected free of charge the entire car and found a leaky transaxle boot which would have caused problems down the line. I of course authorized the repair. Both things were repaired perfectly and the car which I use to drive LYFT lux and subject to extreme torture has never run better. I would recommend these guys to anyone and would just like to state that they go way above and beyond what the dealer would. Thank you for your diligence. Greg Hallatt

Brought my 98 Ford Expedition here for repair after it ejected a plug..they got it running again and explained other repair issues such as my radiator needed replacement due to leaking problem which i already knew about and had them replace it..they were great to work with and I had a great experience..

The owner of Auto Analytx has the most upright respect for any car, person, and even animal out there. Witch said shows in the work that is put into your car. I speak from a multitude of experiences iv had with this shop in particular.
