My husband and I came in to Auburn Toyota on a Friday night, 3/29, close to closing time. Billy Hamill came out to greet us and check in with us. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions towards our interest in a new Rav 4. He was able to show us the exact vehicle we were looking for. We didn t feel rushed even though they were closing at this point. Billy was amazing, the dealership is also family owned, which was a big plus for us. We will be returning to Auburn Toyota for all our Toyota needs!

We LOVE Auburn Toyota! The service reps are THE BEST! Always greet us with a smile and happy to serve. No matter what, they are always helpful, kind, and ready to greet our giant dog! Even with a bowl of water! We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

What a great store this is! Yesterday my wife and I were shopping for a new car for her, a task we often try to avoid like the plague. While my wife went with our very nice, low-key salesman, Roger, to look at cars, I drove her 2015 Highlander up to the service area to ask about a very irritating noise, a squeak in the cabin that had been bothering her for months. We live an hour and a half away, so for the past twenty years we have faithfully taken our cars to a local mechanic. That mechanic couldn t be bothered to take the time to even listen to the squeak. He said there s nothing wrong with the car, it s just a noise. Auburn was very busy, but Jeremy found that annoying noise in about five minutes. Wow! What a relief it is not to have to listen to that terrible sound. This store is filled with helpful, respectful people. Our salesman told us that Auburn Toyota sold their cars for MSRP all through Covid, and they still do. That is incredibly honorable. This store is where we are buying our next new Toyota. We came home deeply impressed, so I wanted to at least write this brief review. Thanks Auburn Toyota.

My visit to Auburn Toyota was very positive. Shane O'Neill was helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The dealership was clean, attractive and welcoming. My visit was shorter than the time I was quoted on the phone and everyone I encountered was helpful and professional. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Billy Hamill was great! I live 2 hours away and they had the car I wanted. I called to verify it was still there, and he called me back to confirm. I started asking all sorts of questions before I made a 2 hour drive to maybe buy a car. He answered all of my questions without issue, so I made the drive.Once there, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Billy arranged the test drive, and took care of the rest so that I was driving my 2022 Stinger home that evening!Thanks to Billy Hamill and the crew there, that car buying experience was a good one!

My wife and I had an excellent experience when we bought a new car at Auburn Toyota. Our salesperson, Faith Devilbiss, was very low key and professional from the test drive, to the purchase, and the personalized computer process. She patiently answered all of our numerous questions and encouraged us to call her with any future questions that we might have. We really appreciated the "no pressure" attitude that Faith and Chris, the finance manager, maintained throughout our entire buying experience.We decided to shop at Auburn Toyota because this dealership doesn't add "Dealer markups" to their cars (like many other dealerships do). We felt that we got a very fair deal at Auburn Toyota and we highly recommend that you ask for Faith when you shop for a Toyota!

Nate Olson was extremely helpful by reviewing an estimate from a tire company regarding my Toyota hybrid Camry s brakes and struts. He personally looked at my car while up on the racks and the service recommended was not needed for many miles to come. I was very thankful and consider Nate to be an honest and trustworthy Toyota service employee.

My highlander showed "Hybrid system needs service" so I took it to my local mechanic. For free I was told the battery needs replacement. So I brought it to the Toyota dealership to see if the battery was still under warranty. 5 hours later I had to pay $200 to receive a $6000 quote for changing the battery. I felt scammed because A I already knew it needed a new battery, B a quick research resulted in options for half that price.

After a lot of work, research and effort, I decided to purchase a new 2023 Toyota Highlander hybrid at Auburn Toyota. Having visited multiple car dealers in the region, landed at Auburn Toyota mostly due to the salesperson, Russell Elliot. What a positive and straightforward experience working with him I had! There was no nonsense and he was honest, fair and personable. He said what he could and would do and then did it, usually in less time than expected. He worked for me as a customer and secured exactly what I wanted in a rapid and friendly way.They should create an award for him in the car sales hall of fame! The buying process was better that I could have hoped, and all contact with Russell was courteous, professional and pleasant! Way to go! Thank you Russell!

My experience at Auburn Toyota's Collision Center was exceptionally positive, and I could not be happier I found this shop for all my future repair work. I would like to call out one staff member who left a real impression on me; Sara Bradshaw provided above and beyond service and was so friendly and helpful through my entire repair process. I was having Cilajet exterior and interior protectant applied to my new 2024 Tacoma, which normally entails a long wait. When I informed the service advisor that I would be waiting for the vehicle, they expedited the service so that it was done in about 3 hours. Much appreciated!

The best car buying experience I have ever had! The best Toyota dealership around hands down. I am so happy that I went to Auburn Toyota, it s such a great personalized experience. Shout out to Wayne Craft for being transparent, not pushy and very patient with us. If you re looking for a great service department and a fantastic sales department this is the place to go. It s nothing like any other dealership I ve been too. You gotta experience it for yourself. If you re in the market to buy or need service on your current vehicle, give these guys a shot I m really glad I did.

They are easy to schedule service with, and always have provided me with an update on my vehicles condition while it was in their shop for service. My wife and I did our research and were searching for our Truck for about a month. We looked at various dealerships and actually found a couple of good deals, but were met by extremely pushy and unprofessional salesmen and their sales managers. We finally decided to make the three hour drive up to Auburn Toyota and we are glad we did! Rodney Robinson was extremely professional, respectful and most importantly humble and kind. He took care of us as he would family and the entire buying experience was amazing. The entire team was fantastic and we were back on the road home with our new truck. I am not only recommending Rodney "Rocky" Robinson and his fellow sales team, Greg Schmit in Finance and the entire Auburn Toyota family, but invite you visit them and let their beautiful, modern and clean dealership earn your business. Our only caution, be careful with the extremely clean windows in Greg's office, they dangerously impressive.

We recently bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid from Auburn Toyota. Wayne Craft was our salesperson. He did an amazing job of continuing the hunt for what we wanted. And he found it! I even got the color I wanted. I tell all my friends and family about the incredible service that I receive at Auburn Toyota time and time again. When I was on my way to work, I came to a stop. All I heard was this horrible grinding noise. First thought that popped into my head, "Oh god, here we go!" I was able to take my vehicle into their service department and was welcomed by a greeter! Way to make a girl feel welcomed!!! Jacob Mccallum was absolutely lovely! We did a indepth brake inspection to see if I needed brakes and lo and behold, I sure did. Jake and Nate Olson both let me know that it was a good idea to come in when I did because if I put it off, I would've needed rotors. Thank you so much guys for saving the day! I was freaking out when I heard that grinding noise but they fixed my Camry and she is happy again

After many busy years of running our personal chef business with a fun but small Mini Cooper, we needed an upgrade. Despite blizzard warnings I made the trip from Foster City on February 29. Andrew Johnston lured me in with his attentiveness, knowledge and charm. Jake Onorato sealed the deal by securing the new Prius I wanted, getting me a fair trade value and recognizing my commitment as I arrived one hour before the dealership opened. Jake came in early to help me and gave me his undivided attention. He was thoughtful, thorough and provided the best service I could ask for. The car was perfect and Jake spent the necessary time acquainting me with the features necessary for a safe journey home. Chris Carew in finance was respectful of my time and got me through the process quickly. Thank you all for a great experience. The family owned store lived up to its expectations.
