Using Auburn Ford has been a pleasure. My partner and I live about an hour away depending on traffic with 4 other Ford dealers along the way, but the drive is worth getting the service. Our service advisor David is awesome! He has always been very helpful to us when we bring in our Escape. We will definitely keep using them in the future for all our car s repairs/maintenance. Thanks guys!

Hi, just wanted to share my terrible experience here with this dealership, I brought in a used truck I had just bought on a private sale that had the odometer rolled back almost 150k miles. I work for the school on a budget and let the dealership know the situation. They offered there generic 10 percent off that any customer can get, I asked them about doing maybe a 60 k service and an overall inspection of the truck. The service writer wrote up a 30k service instead. There was no communication on there end after dropping the truck off unless I reached out to them. 2 days later the 30k service was done for 1200 dollars and they called to let me know how bad the truck was. I was and I quote told I should just burn the truck down or maybe drop it off in Sacramento with the keys in it and a few other crude remarks were made about how bad of a truck I bought was while laughing at my expense. I asked if there was anyway they could reach out higher up the chain of management or to further up with the ford company and was told let me make a few calls and get back to you. An hour later I received a quote of over 5k in services the truck needed including 240 dollars for all new lug nuts and told they couldn t even rotate the tires because it. I said I guess you didn t hear anything back from ford and was just ignored so I asked when I could pick the truck up which they stated in a hour. I asked that they please keep the crude jokes to themselves when I pick up the truck. Way to go small town dealership of going the extra mile with a family man who was in a bad situation. I ve never been at a worse dealership in my life and would not recommend this place to my enemy. Didn t do anything to go out of there way to help a local community member in need. Truly disappointed

Made an appointment for a diagnostic. Dropped it off at said time. Called at end of day to check in as I hadn't heard anything yet. Was informed that no one had touched it and that they needed 2-3 days for a diagnostic. That would have been valuable information when I made the appointment. On pickup waited 15 min to have it "brought around" lots of guys doing nothing in the bays. "We're short staffed was the excuse".Seems extremely miss managed and unprofessional.

I just bought a used 2021 ford explorer and couldn't be happier with the service provided by the employees of auburn ford. They made the car buying experience easy on a first time buyer. I came to just look and wasn't pressured into buying anything. Very knowledgeable staff. 5 stars all day long.

My advisor, Robert, was very helpful. All work was done promptly and well; thank you to assigned mechanic. I appreciated the way this dealership helped an out-of-town visitor. Treated me like a long time customer! I will be back if in the area again.

I originally went to a different Ford dealership in the area to test drive a Maverick, but wasn't thrilled with the stereotypical sales experience I was getting there. I called around to a few others in the area and had the best experience working with Chuck here at Auburn Ford. He helped us put in an order when the order banks finally opened up, was patient with my check-ins throughout the wait time, and was very communicative once the truck arrived. I extremely appreciate his understanding and that he was never pushy with us. Would highly recommend!

Once we got to talk to a service agent, things were fine. Unfortunately, we made an appointment and were stuck with the service agent who we made the appointment with. The other three were sitting there, answering phones or, if someone new came in, talking to that person. No one was willing to help us until they overheard my conversation with my husband that we will NEVER come to Auburn Ford again. The service agent we were officially assigned to decided to be a chatty-Cathy with the prior customer for almost 20 minutes. When I made that comment, one of the other agents asked if he could help us and then went out to get the preliminary information from the car. When he got back, our service agent was free and got us in for the service. We will not be coming back to Auburn Ford. This is not service, to be stuck with a particular agent when there are others who can help. Your system really needs to be updated to allow anyone to assist a customer rather than make them wait. And we shouldn't have agreed to have you install new wiper blades. The cost on the bill for that was a total ripoff.

I previously had a good review because Auburn helped me order a truck when another dealership failed. Unfortunately, much has changed. When the truck showed up last November, they refused to give me the sales slip so I could secure lending through my bank. They told me they could beat the interest rate. I emailed and called with no luck. When we picked up the truck, the rates were MUCH higher than the one I could have secured through my bank. I was ready to walk away from the truck I waited 13 months to be built. They finally agreed to help me as long as I didn't post a negative review. So I didn't.Until now.Fast forward 1 year when we had to bring the truck for service and had issues. The one positive star is because we got a rental car... but really, that's just thanks to the Ford warranty I paid for and not anything to do with them. The job that we were told would take one day ended up taking 4 days. My husband asked repeatedly if they detail and was told no, even offering to pay. Upon pick up, the worker bringing the truck said they do wash by request. Annoying, but whatever.Then, my husband got in the truck and noticed that the console which was replaced was never even snapped in completely. The one thing they were responsible for fixing was not done appropriately. What a disappointment. I had high hopes for Auburn Ford and was willing to not post a negative review (though, how unprofessional for them to only help me under that condition). Unfortunately, their finance department and service department have been a letdown. I would not recommend either.

In spite to the horrible support from Ford corporate (who did everything in their power to not support the process) the local branch in Auburn delivered ABOVE expectations!David on the Service Team was incredible! He kept me informed and delivered above expectations! I really appreciated working with him!I wish Ford Corporate could take the time to learn from this amazing Auburn dealership as to how customer service should be catered to.

David was very nice and gave me a good deal on my "The Works" oil change. Took a little over an hour. Since I waited for the service to be done, I had enough time to go across the street to Mel's and enjoy breakfast. Thanks for a nice job done!

Great team and overall experience. A welcome reflection of a more traditional/classic car buying experience. It's not about the paper vs. iPad documentation as much as a family-owned business with clear and up front communication. We were a little pressed for time and the team got us through the process quickly. John was a good host and we enjoyed talking cars and trucks while test driving and eventually purchasing our vehicle.

My wife and I moved to Auburn Ca a little over a year ago. I purchased a used 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid to use as a commuter vehicle for my commute to the office in Rocklin Ca. I took the car into Auburn Ford to get my oil changed and the vehicle had some open recalls. Rob the Service Advisor went above and beyond to help me and make sure previous recalls were properly performed. Thank you very much Rob & Auburn Ford for your help.

Auburn Ford had my 22 F150 for 2 1/2 days. They ordered an inner fender to fix a tire rub on the third day. Said I had to come back the next week to have it installed. They worked on my back up screen, it still isn t working correctly. They successfully changed my oil. I am disappointed that they kept my truck so long without correcting my problems.

Glad to leave a review !1st , my service tech Denise is top notch , she listened to what I needed done, and she took care of it seamlessly.I drive right by a larger dealer that acts like they don t know what the Works is ! They could learn from Auburn Ford-It is important to me that I get what I am asking for , and not whatthey want to sell me. I have been buying Fords for over 40 years , and we have two now, so I love the Company and appreciate everyone at Auburn Ford for the service I received today.Thanks !

Took over 3 weeks to get an appointment.Already had diagnosis: Solenoid issue. My regular trusted mechanic and one other quoted price 4-500.00 max. 2-4 hrs all 4. 175.00 for parts. Because auburn ford walking distance to work and I had no replacement transportation, chose to Auburn ford. I dropped it off 1st in line early bird night before. Expected a call from advisor, quote and notice to pick up vehicle by noon no later than end of day. No call I left 2 messages. I walked there end of day they had not touched it. No advisor or quote. I should have taken it home. But desperate. I paid for a ride home. Got a ride to work following Monday. Still no quote but told it should be done end of day. When I walked over end of day charged over 1200.00. I had marked please change oil also on early bird ticket the advisor said oops I didn t see that!! HORRIBLE service! BTW I m old, female and a Veteran.

I brought my car here for a diag. They told me my turbo was shot and needed to be replaced and that i had scoring in my cylinder walls and quoted me 20k for a longblock, turbo, and labor. I decided id tear down myself and get it refreshed, resleeved, and decked. After a weekend of teardown i had a master tech come out and look at my walls and turbo. Neither had issues, turbo had oil in it due to a leak, the cylinder walls are prestine and have the crosshatching still. Im giving a 2 star as my service adviser Rob was very kind and worked with me while the shop had my car. But the diagnostics ran were wrong.

Friendly, helpful staff. Time for oil change service was exactly as advised and price was reasonable/competitive.Replaced faulty seat belt in about one hour, well under the 2-3 hours expected. Friendly, dedicated staff.

Your car will die here. I usually don t leave reviews, but I was stranded here on a roadtrip back in August. At first they were nice and responsive, but as soon as I had to leave because it was going to be a longer waiting period for parts, no communication. Was met with annoyance and lack of regard even though they had my car for THREE MONTHS with minimal updates. Just save yourself the trouble, buy anything but a Ford.

Service writer, Robert had me have the car towed in through Ford Roadside Assistance, which is very nice. The truck did sit there for 2 weeks, but he told me before he had it towed that they were busy, and it would be better to have the truck sitting there then at home in the event that they had a chance to work on. Overall very happy with their service.

My service advisor, Mark, was thoughtful, courteous, knowledgeable and returned my calls. He was honest with his knowledge and found answers for my questions if he was unsure at first. He provided me with updates through the process of taking care of the recall issues with my 2021 Mach E.

I left my car on a Sunday evening for an unplanned service. My car had lost power. Denise at the service department managed to fit in my car and the process of getting my car repaired that day. I was without my car for a few days but now have it back and it is working well. I was kept in the loop of the repair process and I m very satisfied with the repair.
