Shopping for a new bike, decided I liked the CFMoto for the specs / price. Settled on the 700 CL-X model, and started checking prices at different dealers. Auburn Extreme made it super easy to buy my new snowmobile. Jereme was super responsive and helpful in answering all my questions and working with me to get my sled built and ready for the snow the next day. When my sled needed recall work, the service department sent a very nice tech who drove down to my residence to flash my sled in my garage. Wow! Now that's customer service. I had questions regarding warranty status of my vehicle that Jereme answered professionally via text message.They are good people that care about there customers. This is how I felt with every individual I encountered. Thank you guys for getting me set up and dialed in.

I am currently having a prolonged service experience at Auburn Powersports for my Polaris snowmobiles, and unfortunately, it is far from satisfactory. Despite booking the appointment well in advance (2 weeks to the next open service date), I have faced ongoing communication delays and multiple issues with the service provided. My sleds were dropped off per my appointment and were not looked at for over 3 full weeks despite numerous calls to the shop requesting status, and parts order updates. It is now February and we still do not have any resolution to the issues that have been exacerbated by a lack of professionalism and attention to detail.The first post-service ride uncovered significant problems directly related to the service provided, including a disturbing sound in one sled and loose engine components in another. These were issues that were related to and caused by work done by the shop that had clearly not undergone a critical step in the quality control process. The snowmobiles should have never been returned to me in the condition they were. I had to bring the sleds back for a second visit, where more issues were identified, related to the original work done. Unfortunately, the mechanics only addressed the issues we the riders pointed out, rather than doing a full inspection on the sled and work completed in order to truly troubleshoot what was going on.My biggest concern is the ongoing problem with one of the snowmobiles. Loose and misaligned components from the initial work have caused additional damage and wear on the system. Despite an attempt by Auburn Powersports to correct the errors of the initial service, a subsequent ride revealed a worsening sound and further wear leading to the presence of metal shavings, raising questions about the thoroughness of the initial service. I asked the team at Auburn Powersports several times if the sled had been repaired as this was its second visit to the shop in as many months and they assured me that it was taken care of. I later found out there was a discrepancy in the confidence in the work from several members of the team.The communication from the Auburn Powersports team has been frustrating and lacking. I am constantly having to call the shop and drive this issue to resolution. Clear explanations of the issues and the steps taken to address them are not being provided, leaving me in the dark about the status of my sled. We are now in the middle of the winter riding season and going into the 3rd month of issues.The cumulative impact of these issues has left me with a lack of confidence in the quality of service provided. I believe in supporting local businesses, and my decision to choose Auburn Powersports was made with that intention. However, the current circumstances have left me regretting this choice.I will continue to contact the shop and drive this to resolution and hope to receive the quality of service expected from a local specialty shop like Auburn Powersports.I will update this review once resolution and complete repair has occurred.I hope this detailed feedback prompts a thorough review of Auburn's service processes and improvements for myself and future customers.UPDATE: The owner, Jeff, once back from vacation, handled the manner professionally and took care of us as the customer. I paid for a new driveshaft and Auburn Powersports supplied the remaining parts at no cost, which included bearings, upper and lower drive sprockets, backer plate, and new quick-drive belt. We worked together on a reasonable agreement for the labor to install the parts, and after (2) rides I can confidently say - the sled is back together and operational.

The dealership was easy to work with and eager to help me outfit the bike to better suit my needs. Both Zach and Jeff in the parts department were extremely helpful in finding parts that fit my budget and parameters. Jereme Bell in sales was readily available and extremely responsive. They will be the first shop I turn to in the future.

Just had to make sure I did this review this time around, the customer service and support of this place is incredible. I ll I did was walk in to look at some new snowmobile boots, didn t say hi to anyone just walked in and started snooping around and looking at gear. Not 2 mins had a great gentleman ask if I needed anything and right from there a great relationship was made on his help knowledge and time he took to help me out. I couldn t ask for more, really appreciate you and the selection you had to see what worked best for me. Awesome place awesome people.

Auburn Extreme is a MUST. If you're buying within 2 hours of the Tahoe area, GO TO AUBURN. I made the mistake of jumping the gun at another dealer and paid a heavy price. Jeff at Auburn is a stand up guy, gives you personal attention, and genuinely cares. Not was Auburn super helpful in solving major issue caused by another shop, but he also hooked my friend Rachel up with a SICK 9r.

I recently bought a Victory Gunner from Auburn Extreme Power Sports. They didn't have the Gunner their when I called and asked about it but they found one and had it shipped that same day. The sales guy Greg was great I went down to the shop to start the paperwork before the bike got there. I had about three hours until the bike was at the shop and they had put some of the parts I wanted on. So Greg let me borrow his truck to go get some lunch and run errands. I felt welcomed and at home with the friendly staff while I was there. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they didn't have all of the parts I wanted in stock so I had to wait a week until they got there. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Excellent service on our 2001 Sportsman 400...pleasantly surprised considering recent newly hired staff! Kudos to Tracy, the conscientious service writer, and the mechanics who tuned up our ATV and replaced tires & parts!! Vehicle runs better than the first day we took possession of it!! Highly recommend!

Good selection for Auburn, and helpful service. If they don't have parts in stock, they can get them pretty quick. Last time I went in, they called me within 24 hours with the parts in hand. Faster than Amazon prime and no hassle .
