I had the best experience here! My car was taken in and fixed in no time, Sara Bradshaw helped me through every step and made sure my vehicle was taken care of with the best parts. She made the process very easy and communicated with me the entire time! She dealt with all the things I didn t want too! I will 100% be taking my car back to Sara if anything were to ever happen again and would recommend her and the company to absolutely everyone!

Professional experience in every detail. Each transaction was by appointment --- on time, courteous, and efficient. The wall plaque certifications by many car manufacturers was impressive and was confidence building for someone new to the area. The work was excellent as expected.

Absolutely phenomenal service and experience. We could not have asked for better help with a problem we predicted was going to end up a major headache. Sara was amazing with her support and communication. She got us in and out fast and was empathetic to our situation. She and the company overall made us feel completely taken care of. We had read online reviews from other people at other businesses in the same situation that had ended up horrible and we are so thankful that wasn t the case for us. Plus they cleaned the car for us?! 5+ star review. Thank you Sara and Auburn Collision.

Back to new, good communication and on-time delivery. Being an approved shop by Geico I think sped up the estimate process, as well as being part of the Toyota dealership (can sometimes get better OEM parts for Toyotas). Thanks.

Worst communication and a bunch of liars. Act like they don t need the work and string you along for weeks just sending the insurance an estimate. Jeff the service advisor has a poor attitude and hangs the phone up on you when you ask for an ETA. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want any kind of progress. If the attitude is a reflection of the work, then I m sure it s poor too. Thanks to Jeff, I would never chose this body shop or Auburn Toyota.Service: Body & Trim

Auburn Collision had my Jeep for a month repairing damages done by a deer. I m the end, when I got my jeep back there were many issues. The repair people did not do a good job. They failed to tighten my battery down, they left tools in my hood, and the biggest problem is they didn t put my dashboard back together properly. Tried using my rear windshield wipers and they don t work. Then tried using my back defroster just to learn that that too does not work. They completely failed to attach the rear electrical, besides the light:( Very Disappointed!!! I will not return, and will not recommend.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I've had my car repaired here twice. The second experience was better than the first. The actual work is done well. The women at the front desk are really great. This last time they washed and vacuumed my car, too, which was really great to pick up a fixed and clean car.

5 stars! Outstanding and friendly service. I had been rear-ended twice and BOTH times I took my car to Auburn Collision Center. They always treated me courteously, and Manager Jeff made sure my car was thoroughly repaired and completed. Any concerns or issues I had were quickly followed up on and resolved. My car looks as good as new. I would definitely go back!

I am grateful that the owner and staff over at Master Technicians highly recommended the Auburn Collision Center to get my bumper fixed. A big thank you to Auburn Collision Center, their shop and staff who were helpful in making this experience a positive one. Overall, the shop did a terrific job on replacing my bumper on my 2010 Toyota Camry including the paint job and all! It was done in three days. The car was vaccumed and washed with excellent care. Many thanks to Suzanne who assisted me with all the paperwork and provided excellent customer service! Thank you!

From 1st contact to picking up repaired car they were 5 star all the way. I don't know how they could improve their process. I've had insurance work and personel payment work done here and their pricing for the personel stuff beat 2 other shop quotes by a MILE. Super freindly and smart and oh yeah, they do excellent work!Highly recommended

I ve brought my car to Auburn Collision Center twice, once for some cosmetic scratches and the second time after being rear-ended on the freeway. Both times the work was not only done quickly, but the quality was impeccable. They even replaced a license plate bulb that had (randomly) burnt out at no extra cost to me. It s small gestures like this that set Auburn Collision Center apart from other body shops. Would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I was called three times and told my vehicle was done. Every time I found there was still damage that had not been repaired. Still waiting........ almost a month now for a repair that was supposed to be completed in a week. Zero correspondence. Very evident they try to do the very minimum when it comes to repairing your vehicle to stay the preferred repair shop of your insurance. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. I can't believe your response. I have had 2 different vehicles repaired by Auburn Collision Center and you want to pretend I have never been there.

We've had 2 vehicles repaired at this shop and the results were great .Very easy to do business with because they handled every detail.I would highly recommend them for all your collision repair needs.

Everybody in the office is nice, friendly and will return your calls and help you out. But not sure about in the shop. I will say the paint looks great, so I'd imagine they have a good worker in there somewhere, but I've had to return several times to this place to get my car dialed in due to lack of quality control and simple check-overs that a "complete" job would entail.I had to bring my car back at least 5 times to this place after having it in the shop for an extended period of time initially. After a final visit my door was worked on and I ended up finding that my inside door skin was loose and not completely attached to the door because of some interference with weather stripping. Simple fix but yet again, how is this not done properly?? I would not go here again but would probably go to Auburn Auto-body. I know the owner and the painter. Great guys who have attention to detail. Its smaller and I'd imagine less problems would fall through the cracked like at Auburn Collision.

Jeff did a awesome job on getting my truck repaired. Paint and all the alignment was perfect. Wouldn't take my 2015 duramax anywhere else

I get the car back from the collision center after waiting a month and a half for it when it was suppose to take a week but when they repaired everything, I noticed the hood won't open. call them to explain that the hood won't open when I got it back and they were extremely rude about it. I do not recommend anyone to this place. There are better body shops around! very disappointed in auburn collision center.

My car was totaled and they essentially just did the middleman transfer between me and my insurance. When I went to collect my belongings from my car a JUUL pod was sitting on the seat so someone was using it in my car around my belongings, and all the change from my car was gone- only about $8 but that s not the point.

Auburn Collision Canter did a great job on my 2011 Toyota Yaris. They are a polite and generous bunch. My car looks like new.

They were very professional and efficient. They understood my needs and even went ahead to replace a dog cover on my behalf because of the possible inhalation of glass shards.

I may be an acception, but they somehow "forgot" to turn my paperwork in to the insurance. And unfortunately I waited a week before I called to check on it. They weren't even able to turn it in the day I called, I had to wait yet another day and then for the insurance company to review and ok it...

Complete waste of time and money. They had no idea how to fix our vehicle, so we had to pay to re-tow it to another shop, and they still made us pay a fee for doing absolutely nothing.....
