My son was hit in the parking lot by another student and the bumper looked really bad. We brought it to Auburn Body shop to get an estimate to fix it. The estimator took a look and said "let's do a little work before deciding what is needed." The Estimator spent about 15 minutes with Acetone and removed all the black off the bumper. It ended up being only the tire that scrapped the bumper. No charge. He could have easily taken me for at least a few hundred dollars but instead made sure the work was really required. How is that for honesty. I'll bring my car here next time for sure.

This place is family owned and ran 59 years and going strong. 100% customer oriented and the young woman at the service desk went above and beyond to assist my needs. I just wish the other 5 places we went to for quotes could see how it's supposed to be done. THANKYOU ABS YOU GUYS REPRESENT PROPERLY!! I look forward to continuing business with you. And I don't mean by getting in wrecks lol.

Auburn Body Shop is really the best place! Great people, great service and my truck came back looking better than any other service place I've brought it. Theyre honest, upfront and their work is clean and professional. They are excellent at communicating with the customer and were great at working with the insurance company. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Dave and Sarah! I'll definitely be recommending you guys!

On-line research made it clear that my low-mileage, 2003 Subaru was going to be totaled. I could either send it to the junk yard or operate the repaired car with a salvage title. I didn't see either as a good outcome. Brett, though, helped me achieve a very satisfactory one. He had taken a lot of photographs of the damage to the car and uploaded them to his computer. He matched those images with graphics of the components that would be critical to the car's safety and simulated what could be happening behind the quarter panel with two pieces of paper. He took the time to clarify options that would restore the car's structural integrity and preserve its clean title. He also went above and beyond to put me back on the road, throwing in some nice surprises. For one, he'd negotiated a good price with Subaru for a brand-new door. Not only that, the piece of molding that I'd picked up at the scene of the accident was buffed free of its road burn and reattached with some kind of invention, because one of the catches on this discontinued piece had been knocked off. Finally, my car's headlights were restored to their original brightness, my car's interior was vacuumed, and the dashboard, console, and side panels were cleaned to a shine. I drove away with everything that I'd wanted and more.

I had such a good experience with this shop -- two out of two times!!! Their prices can't be beat (I shopped around) and they were happy to fix the areas of the car that were most important to me. So, they really listened and responded. A year later the car was side-swiped in the parking lot when I was working. Brett and Ron at Auburn Body Shop were so nice and responded instantly. They made my car once again look brand new for almost nothing! This shop is VERY good to and honoring of their customers!

I had my car window smashed and stuff stolen. I took my car here to be repaired. They worked with the insurance company to fix everything they could without adding additional cost out of my pocket. COVID 19 prevented them from getting the parts as quickly as they normally would, but they kept me updated and left me several voice messages throughout the process. On top of making my car look new on the outside, they even detailed to inside for me. I don t usually leave reviews, but they did an excellent job.

Unequivocally, the best body shop experience I've ever had. Jared provided fantastic customer service from my initial inquiry about having them do the work, throughout the entire process, and right through final delivery of the vehicle to me. The work was beautifully and meticulously done, and my vehicle was clean and detailed. Plus, the work was completed more quickly than expected.One element which really stood out (in addition the workmanship) was how frequently Jared kept me informed about the status of the job. I didn't need to call to check because he called me as parts were sourced, repair phases were complete, and about details regarding insurance company communications.A great experience from a great team!

Without a doubt, some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. The guy who was my main contact is Jared. After speaking with him multiple times, going over damages to my vehicle, working with the insurance company, Jared has earned my respect and trust. He's straightforward, honest, professional and knowledgeable.These guys were fast, efficient and fixed my car as good as new. All of my questions were answered in a straightforward manner. I didn't have lingering questions or what-ifs, I was reassured on the spot; not something I'm used to when dealing with auto body shops.I can guarantee that I will always pick Auburn Body Shop for any and all work that I need. This shop is the best auto repair experience I've ever had. The owner came out and helped my mom with her brand new car! We had a fender bender earlier today, which sent my mom into hysterics. ( Who can blame her.) The owner came out to assess the damage which was a loose bumper, a large 12 inch by 24 inch smear of paint, and a cracked head light. He completely reattached the bumper cleaned up all the paint and made the damage look completely minimal. Then gave us a free estimate. He spent an hour with sand when we tried to pay him he wouldn't take a dime!!! We are definitely taking the car there for repairs! The best customer service, the most quality work, I highly recommend this place!!!

I just want to say David, Sarah, Brett, the people at Auburn body shop were amazing. After they did the repairs on my back quarter panel I had to take it to another shop to have them install a bumper that they ran into. After a couple attempts of getting the right bumper and me telling them that it was the wrong bumper, we got the right one because David from Auburn auto body took the time to go over to the other shop and talk to the man. Auburn autobody even ordered me the correct bumper in case the other shop didn t get it right again. Talk about going above above and beyond in service, they were fantastic.I could only give five stars, but if I could give them 10.

I could not have asked for a better experience with Auburn Body Shop. Not only was everyone there extremely helpful, and honest, but they did far more than expected when fixing my Subaru after the accident that I had gotten into. They completely replaced everything and, after finding out that I thought having a hood scoop would be cool to have, they even surprised me with a new hood with a hood scoop. They vacuumed out my car and waxed it upon return. Everything was done in an extremely timely manner. I will only take my car here for future fixes.

I never write reviews because my schedule is sooo busy. Auburn Body Shop was so exceptional with customer service, fair pricing, quality of work and timeliness that I just had to write one! They even went the extra mile to clean my car inside and out so that it sparkled! I highly recommend them!!!

Best Body Shop in Auburn, HANDS DOWN! There is a reason they have Jared in there. He knows his stuff and is GREAT to work with. He was one step ahead of the Insurance company the entire time, parts ordered, parts prepped, everything was just smooth and honestly made my life so much more simplified. I've been to a lot of big name body shops and this one is the ONLY one I will go back to ever again. Anyone who wants the job done right, will visit or call this place. Absolute A+! Recommended to me and now recommended to all!

I deliver parts as an independent contractor...when I can't drive, I lose pay. My bumper was coming loose and I drove there in a slight panic thinking I would have to take the rest of the day off. They were kind enough to do the work on short notice and in 10 minutes I was back on the road. Can't thank them enough for their precision and care for my safety on the road. Of course they will have my business forever!!!!! Thanks to you all!

Great service! After a fender bender with our older car we needed the wheel fixed and some dents popped out. They did not push me to spend more than I wanted due to the age of the car.

These guys will take care of you 110% ... I highly recommend them based on their service, communication, and work ethic. If something isn't right down the road, they will make sure its checked, fixed, dialed and done right! They guarantee their work which goes a long way when it comes to your car or truck. I recommend this shop over any other in town.

I have used this body shop on a few occasions. They are always super friendly and very helpful. Every time I call, they have been able to get me in that day or the next. They also work really hard to keep costs down. Highly recommend this body shop!!

Went to get an estimate on a dent removal. Extremely helpful staff that went out of their way to help me. Even went as far as getting someone from a different shop to give me an estimate for a cheaper type of dent removal.

These guys fixed my broken front bumper on the house because they are awesome! And not to mention they are super friendly and even though they seemed busy they helped me out right away! I d definitely return for all my auto body needs!

I have had this shop perform work for me and my family many times over the years, and every time I walk out of there I am left with the same feeling that these folks are really good people and that they run their business by doing what is right and honest. I expect that many others feel the same. This is the only shop I recommend in the area. Keep up the great work!

These guys are straight shooters. The do not hid costs nor do they try to up sell unnecessarily. We appreciate the honesty and integrity and to top it off, they got my car back to me on the same day.

Needed to fix truck asap Dave was really nice had truck done quickly and paint matched perfect.. price was lower then everywhere else and gave me a discount form paying in cash.. highly recommended
