I just took my Prius into Auburn Auto Doctors and was impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness with which they operate. I appreciate that their office was not flashy and when I remarked about that, Corey, who is at the front desk, related that they d prefer to spend their money on the best tools for the jobs. Fair Prices in good customer service, I think I found a gem in the auto service industry.

My mom and I took her car in for a transmission maintenance and I wasn't sure if I should get all the bells and whistles done they explained the difference and didn't pressure me when I decided to get the basic. They had my car done with same day service. When I got the car back I got a detailed message with what was wrong and pictures to show me where on the car the repairs needed to be done. They did not pressure me to get them done but said when I'm ready they be glad to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody they do not hound people especially two women going in not knowing anything.

Auburn Auto Doctors did a couple of inspections for a used car we bought. They were pleasant and the communication was great! We ended up doing some repairs, and they completed the work on time and within the estimate they gave us. How nice to have an honest and cheerful repair shop!

The ABS light and traction control lights came on my RAM 1500. These guys figured it all out.Price was maybe a little higher than expected, but they give you a ride to/from the shop.3 year/36000 mi warranty . I think it is still worth it. No stress.

The staff (Marco in particular) at Auburn Auto Doctors were great. Truck is running like a champ! The loaner was just the ticket for me as I only have the one vehicle now. Wayne, the owner, was very nice and he answered all my questions upon return of my truck. They will be my go to auto repair for any future needs.

Along with a reasonably priced oil change, they do a very thorough checkup - with printouts of system conditions, tire tread depth, brake lining thickness, etc. However, this is not a "quick lube" type of place. Plan to leave your car for several hours.

The dreaded check engine light came up and I was in a panic to get it fixed before my smog was due the end of the month. Auburn Auto Doctors fit me in and found and fixed my problem, but also did the smog inspection. What a great convenience. Everyone was so nice and the surprise cookies was a great touch.

Impressed with the top notch customer service. Went in for an oil change as a first time customer and dropped my car off at 7:40am so I could get to work on time. My car was diagnosed and I was provided recommendations on what should be changed ie battery and engine air filter. The analysis was easy to understand and thorough. They offer complimentary shuttle service and easy drop off and pick up. Auburn Auto Doctors really went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely come back as a return customer.

I had an issue with the rear door closing on my Tesla. I was able to get an appointment at Auburn Auto Doctors right away. Not same w Tesla.They worked w/ me and my schedule to accommodate waiting for parts from Tesla and allowing me to use the car. End result is that the car is fixed and I will return to AAD if needed in the future.

Note: Vehicle they worked on here at Auburn Doctors. (96 Toyota 4Runner, 3.4L) Most places I called wouldn't work on my vehicle. Most AutoRepair shops i called near here, only work on vehicles 2000 and up only.Auburn AutoDoctors$150 Inspection: they were able to fix my issues with-in the inspection time!! Great Customer's service. They were very knowledgeable and polite. They set proper expectations and were very clear, so that there were no mis-understanding of any sort. When picking up my vehicle and driving home, Irealizede they went above and beyond and vacuumed my vehicle as well. I appreciated that very much. The reps that had helped me were Marco & Cory/Kory. I definitely recommend their services

Great experience with Auburn Auto Doctors. I know this might not seem relevant but women fear having to deal with such things, but my questions were answered with respect (unlike my last mechanic) and patience and my vehicle repaired perfectly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Auburn Auto Doctors!

The service provided at Auburn Auto Doctors was exceptional! They assisted us with utilizing our extended warranty from Carmax and ensured the process was as smooth and quick as possible. Incredible people and service. I was stuck in Auburn while just starting my trip from Auburn, CA back to my home in Montana. My diesel truck was having mechanical issues and Wayne and his Team slid me into their busy schedule and worked tirelessly for over 9 hours straight to get me on the road so I could get back home to take care of family and enjoy Xmas with my loved ones. Thanks Auburn Auto Doctors, without your incredible professionalism and humanity I would have been stuck in CA for quite some time. A+++ in my book. Thank you again.

I was ready to give five stars but then when I opened up my hood, I found my oil dipstick. Just laying on top of the engine area. I ve been driving around for two days. Thank goodness it didn t fall and it could have been lost.

I switched from service at the Toyota dealership to Auburn Auto Doctors because I value their knowledge and integrity. I feel like they have my best interest at heart when making recommendations. I also like supporting small businesses in my community. We are continually impressed with the quality of their work.

The entire process from diagnostics to repair was very professional and efficient. The crew I primarily dealt with of Marco, Isabelle and Mikey were all very knowledgeable keeping me informed of schedules, costs, options, parts availability etc. Kudos to the guys in the back and especially the owners for running this business so well.

Got my oil changed for nearly half price, because they sent me a holiday gift card! Easy scheduling and friendly service! They even shuttled me to my nearby yoga class!

All I have to say about Auburn. Auto doctors is they are the place to definitely take your vehicle. My van had a sunroof repair that every where else told me was gonna be a ridiculous amount of time in effort. Auburn Auto Doctors were very fast knowledgeable and communicative about the work needed. They needed to keep my car overnight but I had a time constraint the next day when I absolutely needed my vehicle back by. They were able to complete the work and I got my car back a few hours early. They are fast, reliable, honest and fairly priced. I highly recommend Auburn Auto Doctors.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

This place is the best. They are very personable, and always answer any and all of my questions and explain the process so that I understand what s going on. In the past, I have definitely felt like other businesses have tried to take advantage of my lack of understanding, and get annoyed if I have questions, but these guys are the complete opposite. They want their customers to understand everything and feel comfortable with the work being done. Even if you just go in for a simple oil change, they send out a link with a whole vehicle inspection. It s super user friendly and entails any work that needs to be done now(red), or work that should be done soon(yellow), and everything that looks good(green). All categories come with photos that they take while completing the inspection. Their prices are very reasonable, and after going there a couple times I won t go anywhere else. And BONUS, they leave cookies in your car when they re all done and I get tons of coupons from them in the mail. Unfortunately I had my transmission go out on my way up to the Sierras. I called Auburn auto doctors Mike assisted me and said he would look at the car and it would take about a day. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and his guidance on my situation was very beneficial. Also thought the price point he charge was more than fair. He came highly recommended and I can confirm that he and the company do a great job

The owner & staff were great with my car, everything was clear and they even gave me a little knock off the price that I was eligible for! I will definitely be going again, especially since they let me know I need some new tires and will get my alignment done with them after since they also told me that this will be needed once I get my tires! Really experienced mechanics all in a large garage lot of similar mechanic and auto shops that deal with cars everyday, and I highly recommend going to them for your needs!

My car inspection was very thorough and detailed. The mechanics found my problem and only fixed the issue I requested. They did not pressure me into fixing anything else. They provided me with a printout of recommended fixes that were found during the inspection and provided a breakdown of cost to repair items found. The staff are courteous and friendly. I am extremely impressed with the service i received. I would recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Steering & suspension repair
