I was driving back to Oklahoma and needed fresh oil before I proceeded. A diesel motor requires more oil and it was Sunday and hard to get serviced. I called Jiffy Lube and they said they can take care of it. When I was there they also did an inspection of my air filter and cabin air filter and found I had to bad low beam head lamp. The waiting room was clean with complimentary coffee and water. The rest room was clean. After the oil change they let me verify the level of the oil is correct. I'm glad I didn't have to get dirty and try to do an oil change without tools and then try to find somewhere to dispose of around 17 quarts of used motor oil.

They do a good job there but they re way too expensive right now just to get a oil change is $100. That s ridiculous.

The young man took video of my undercarriage from under the hoist. I appreciated all the time he took to thoroughly explain his recommendations for work that should be done. All 3 young men were very professional and respectful. I ve been using Jiffy Lube in Atwater since they opened for this very reason.

I was pleased with the overall professionalism and work completed by the crew. They have excellent customer service and provide quick and quality work. The waiting area was cool and provided complimentary coffee. The car was returned in better shape and appearance than when I came in, they vacuumed the drivers side and washed the windows. I came here to get my oil changed and they always do a good job but idk what was up with today. Basically I cleaned my car b4 I took it in for a oil change and when I got the car back the passenger side floor was dirty they said that they vacuumed but obviously not. But that's not the issue because I cleaned b4 hand so basically if u see peoples cars clean don't get in and mess it up. Jiffy lubes oil changes are not cheap and it's even worse if I have to clean my carpet again after paying over $100 in an oil change

Everyone was super friendly! I Got an oil change and they informed me I needed a head light and the prices for both together were not bad! And they were quick! Left my dog in the car while we sat in the lobby and he enjoyed their company as well

The whole team was efficient and thorough and did a great job. Sam took the time to discuss and and go through all items on the inspection. He was super nice and comfortable to talk to. Not the cheapest oil change in the area, but you get a professional, full service, quality job, without an appointment and waiting for hours. Total time was 20 minutes. Left my car this past Friday, to have transmission replaced. They did what I asked because now my car is working fine All the guys were very kind and friendly. The guy I left my car with was extremely attractive so his face made my morning which was a bonus. Thank you Jiffy Lube for not only hiring dudes but dudes that at the least know what they are doing. As a woman, that makes me feel comfortable. I give you guys Keep up the great work! Hopefully I won't have to return anytime soon

The guys went above and beyond during my last visit. My engine was covered in oil and they took the initiative and cleaned everything up for me. They also made sure that I got the best possible price, were extremely friendly, and completed my services much faster than I had expected. All around great service from start to finish!

My drivers side headlight was out. They were going to fix it and in the process found that it was only loose because it came back on. Jiffy Lube Arwater has been a life saver. Had I taken it to the dealer, they would have charged me $180.00 just to check it out. KUDOS TO JIFFY LUBE. They truly value their customers.

Really good place to go for routine maintenance. They are good about not taking advantage of you, they run through everything with you, have good prices and discounts. If they can't do a job they are good at recommending who can do a service they don't do. They made the extra effort on changing my brakes. I go to them for practically all my oil changes.

First time there and I can say I left happy. They were very friendly and informed me about everything that needs to be done on my car, what's recommended, and why. They even cleaned the outside of my window which was very unexpected but appreciated. (Unless they were trying to say I need to wash my car.LOL) They were fast and did a good job. Pleased Customer and will return again :)

Bad business they dont know what they are doing dont trust your cars to them. Took my camry in for oil change because touota didn't have any time that day so i go their and my car has a knoking everytime i turn the ac on so i check the oil and they only put 2.5 litter in my car it takes 5 but i mean what do you expect they looked up my car and it has a 2.5 litter engine so thats how much oil it takes jokers could have ruined my car bad 0lace dont know what their doing

I like this Jiffy lube. I'm a regular here and haven't had any bad experiences. Today, I did an oil change and got my headlights buffed. It came out really good! I was surprised with the results and will definitely recommend their services. Very good employees across the board.

Jonathan and Steven were very helpful, they explained everything very clearly to me and gave me a pretty damn good discount on a transmission service, oil hange and brake job. Compared to the dealership or other mechanics it was a great deal. And they had me in and out in under an hour! For front brakes and a transmission flush! Car runs smoothly now, thinking about getting my spark plugs done their. New management really shows.

Took the car for an oil change. The engine was smoking so bad by the time I got home. When I opened the hood, I found white residue all over the engine. I called and they said they over filled the oil and "cleaned it" also not to work about the smoking. It's really bad service and unprofessional that they did not even notify me about their mistake. They just closed the hood and hoped we would not notice. I will never use their services ever again.Service: Oil change
