From the first phone call to Nico to the last signature with Hank my car buying experience wit Sunset was amazing! Top notch professionals that were there to help during every step of the process. Bought my first car here! I had the most amazing service from Victor! I can t remember my finance advisors name, but he was the most efficient and nice guy. The condition they gave me the car in was immaculate, the complete inside of the car and engine was wiped clean. I really appreciate their kind and loyal service! I would recommend buying a car from here 100%.

While driving on Vineyard Drive some kind of ghost-car out of nowhere is on my side of the road. I overcorrected to avoid the collision & almost hit a tree, if you are a local you know this place is haunted. Somehow I got the car back on the road but not without tearing my bumper off.Dashcam stills posted to this review, if you don't' believe in ghosts then believe in luck, this happened in 10 seconds.My Honda Civic was damaged & Sunset Auto Service Center in Atascadero did a really outstanding job getting me back on the road. Everyone at the shop - thank you for the help! Armando & Andrew are ontop of the service, scheduling, correspondence, thank you for taking great care of my car!Before & After pictures attached:

Andrew and Arondal are the greatest. They have taken care of both our cars for years and always do a follow up call to find out if everything was resolved and working properly. Andrew was very thorough with his explanation of my car s needs. He was also able to use the coupons to my best advantage. Service was excellent, and so far my car is running smoothly. As a retired senior, I wish the cost was more manageable, but I realize the cost of everything today is high. Thank you Honda personnel for getting my car running so quickly and for treating me kindly during a stressful time.

Was scheduled for a factory recall. Arrived at the scheduled time, and "Jeremy" was on top of everything. Great service experience. Arrived: 11:00 AM - Finished and out the door @ 12:00 PM. With progress tracking to my phone. Wow! Best service experience I've ever had. 5 stars for sure. Thank you very much.

Needed a battery for my 2017 Ridgeline (had pretty good service life from the original). Was able to make an appointment for the next day. I arrived a bit early and the job was soon started and quickly finished. Andrew made my appointment and handled my case when I arrived. Very happy with the quality of the work and the attitude of the staff. Kudos to Andrew in particular.

During MY 5 star recall software update on my vehicle, I witnessed Jeremy giving 10-star service to an elderly woman who clearly needed extra help understanding the workings of her car. He showed exceptional patience and kindness.It made me feel proud to be a Honda owner. Great job guys to all.

We received a low tire pressure warning on the hw 101 and asked for help in the service center. The guys here are very helpful to help us check if there's any leak on the tire and calibrate the tire pressure. Thanks a lot!

Great customer service. Got in on appointment time, and was given a pick up time and my car was finished early. There are a lot of outside and inside seating if you have to wait. I go to this Honda place in Atascadero because it's closer to where I live and I have always gotten great service. Tune up, oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I scheduled my service appointment at Sunset Honda for my Acura MDX, and the service was done efficiently, and on time. Jeff Karsh, checked my car in before the service, called to give me a progress report, and finalized my paperwork when my car was ready for pick up. Everyone I dealt with at Sunset Honda was professional and friendly. I sincerely appreciate all of the wonderful service that was provided to me at Sunset Honda. Every person I worked with was wonderful. Gary, in Sales, was such a joy to work with. He took great care of me, listened to my wants and needs, and offered creative solutions. I had never realized the many benefits of leasing until he took the time to explain them to me, and because of that I was able to get a newer and nicer car while still keeping my payments where I wanted them.Hank and Lalo, in the lending department, were wonderful as well. Both were so personable and made the process fast and easy. They were prepared for me when I came in and had everything ready to sign. On top of that, they were so funny and likeable, they had me laughing the entire time.Thank you again for delivering exemplary service. I will be back!
