I needed a new battery to replace a corroded one asap and this store was recommended. Vincent was amazing, courteous and efficient, making sure everything was cleaned up and the new battery was placed correctly. I was out of there and no longer concerned about my car in no time. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Each and every employee here truly cares about my car maintenance needs. They are very knowledgeable and actually remember my car and i. They greet me with a great attitude each time and every time I come in . Cameron I believe (curly hair and glasses) and another young man with short black hair always get me tooken care of.

I love their customer service and easy returns. friendly and knowledgeable service folks. theydon't talk to me like I'm dumb just because I'm female. I can and do work on my own cars when I'm near the tools I'll need.

This place deserves no business. They have good workers, but managers in store, district manager and the regional manager, will not respond.I'm being accused of stealing a floor jack 2 weeks ago because I went running out of the store after learning my mom passed away.The police department has now submitted charges to the DA with no video evidence(obviously there is none) and I'm facing charges.Every store manager is "unaware" of this happening. No footage has been submitted and the district manager as well as the regional manager will not answer their phones or respond back.Avoid this place. Avoid any AutoZone to a regional level since they will not respond.

I've been getting excellent customer service from these guy and gals! Very knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone of the crew loves Chachi, and Chachi always gets a couple treats for the road!

Called AutoZone first and they did nothing for me called O'Reilly's and Karen did absolutely everything to get me what I needed... it was a long phone call before I went in only because she did absolutely everything and searched every way she could to find what I needed and she did find it... not the typical Karen. She was awesome!!!

They got basically everything you need. Just MAKE SURE you know for sure what it is you're going for cuz they'll send you on with the wrong part 7 times outta 10. Seriously folks either bring a picture or bring the old part in if possible. Other than that great place

Decent prices but everyone knows Walmart is cheaper but driving there will exceeds the price nowadays GAS prices being so high... However this man who's tall was very helpful at helping me pick out a transmission fluid. I also like about O'Riley's they come outside to help you with your vehicle without hesitation.

I was able to purchase Bosch Wiper Blades for my 2013 hybrid. Good news and fairly priced. But when I went to put them on it was a problem and even reading how to s and watching online videos were not so successful. I rarely rains in drought ridden California but I was at a loss when the downpour came. I dropped in and the staff immediately came out and installed front and back blades. [Hopefully it will bring more rain]. They were courteous, patient and professional and even had recycling program for package.

I needed a new bulb on the top part of the cab of my truck and the very helpful guy that worked there, took care of everything for me, including the installation! I can always count on these guys to go the extra mile to help me with any of my vehicle needs. Many of what they offer, is free of charge, which is really nice, especially these days!

Robin is amazing!! I needed a knew battery for my little car. Called them up, Robin told me they had it. So I drove over there and she came out to my car and changed my Battery for me. Best service I have ever had. Thank you Robin for being so kind.

Karen went above and beyond to try and change a difficult headlight. She knew her bulb numbers, and didn t want to stop even after the store closed. Customer service extrordinaire!

O'Reilly Auto, (formerly KraganAutoParts) has kept its small town feel by making sure its employees are knowledgeable about what they sell. They generally can tell you where what is and/or is there something better on their shelves for your current need. Clean store, well stocked, and well organized. Well I guess that's all there is to say about that. Wishing all well and good. Be safe.

I had an overzealous salesman, he immediately grab me from door to counter. He then proceeded to qualify me asking me all the annoying questions. At the end of the day everything needed to be ordered so I couldn't do my oil change or fuel filters on my truck. Very annoyed when I went to pick up my parts nothing was right....ugggh!!! But the manager made it good just make sure your getting what you want. Trust but verify!

They were supposed to have my part waiting for me after they "hands on" had the part. Went to pick up the part and they did not have it up front with my friend's name on it. The O'Reillys worker there was very short and very rude when I tried to explain what the part was. If you need an actual engine part forget getting it from there. I think they are only proficient at selling wiper blades or batteries.

Guys are pretty good around the counter. If you can't find a filter make sure to ask. May be in the back and not stocked at that time. Nice selection of specialty loner tools as well

The person who "helped" me would not exchange an unopened package of taillights for another because I didn't have the receipt. Had to make a trip to AutoZone down the road. They had no issue in helping me out.

Lack of assistance. While they re out being mechanics in the parking lot, customers get neglected in the store. KAREN espousing her beliefs about vaccines, covid, the vaccine....was more interested in imparting her personal beliefs than assisting customers. Not any place I ll be revisiting.

I like that I read it 4 out of 5 stars or better if they did business with me I appreciate them at O'Reilly Auto Parts will they treat you fair I understand where you're coming from you need your e-mail or go online to shop and spend about $150 and receive $5+Off your next Visit.Call We' Pul' for weed abatementLike you. For better investment and services to other companies competing companies against or for me but I prefer to advertise my cash only or checks paid to my business.

Wanted to buy a battery and have it installed on a Sunday because there are signs saying they will install if you buy a battery. I broke down with a dog and a handicapped sister in the car . They refused and turned their backs on me. A nice young man jumped my car and followed me to Auto Zone where they said no problem and installed a new battery in about 20 min. Thanks to the young man and Auto Zone! Cheryl Kloberdanz
