Called on a Saturday. Owner told me no appointment needed. Was able to come in minutes later. Got 33 s installed on the truck in under a hr. For an amazing price. Great service and very nice crew. Art was very helpful with finding me exactly what I wanted. Will be back

I bought tires from the Atascadero store , I buy a huge amount of tires for my family cars as well as my business vehicles, I stopped into do business with Avila traffic division next door, I stopped into ask prices on tires ,I have done business with oceano store as well as Santa Maria, but the owner of Atascadero store who is the nephew of the oceano store and son of the Santa Maria store was very friendly and I ended up buying a set of tires from him no price check anything he ordered them I had a job up In Paso Robles so two days later I went in got the tires put on , I travel between Idaho and California a lot , when I bought the tires it came with verbal agreement rotating and tire pressure check , do on my way to Idaho from nipomo I stopped to get a rotation and a pressure check,we ll they wanted to charge me $35. So i said it was supposed to be free, so I don t always drive this truck, I bought them about 8 months ago, I put the pressure in my tires myself and then I was leaving and Ethan the guy working s said he was sorry but 3 months ago they stopped doing free rotations, well shouldn t I be grandfathered in , well they have lost my business.

I had a warning light come on and I took my car in for what I thought was a leaking coolant reservoir. Turned out mice had gotten in and chewed hoses and wires and the built a nest. Cole worked very hard to get it fixed.

I went here for years when it was Ernie's and was always happy. I went back to give the new owner a try and was very disappointed. I had a nail in the tire, and he did a quick patch. It still leaked, so I took it back. They said the patch wasn't leaking, so they didn't fix anything. Went to another shop to get it fixed. It was a valve stem, but it still needed fixing.I'll never be back.

My first visit but not my last, had 4 new tires plus a R&R spare tire.That job went quickly and effortlessly. Figueroa s is the classic knuckle buster tire crew and true to their word.I will use them for all my tire and wheel service.Truly,Mike, USAF retired

Used to be our reliable tire shop until they messed up the suspension of our truck and messed up the sensors on our car. They had us take the car to ford and 5 days later ford confirmed they messed up the car. Then didn t want to be liable for it. Lost a loyal customer. Don t come here unless you want your car/truck to be messed with.

Amazing customer service! I needed a new tire and they were able to get one by the next morning. Everyone is super friendly and they are super knowledgeable. If you need tires, this is the place to go... especially if you have aftermarket rims or tires!

We were traveling through the central coast when we stopped for gas and noticed our tire was on the verge of a blowout. These guys were open 15 minutes early, jumped right on our tire and got us back on the road. They were friendly, helpful and reasonably priced!

the employee jacked my up my car not on a jack point and crushed the rocker panel in on my pristine 32 year old car. didn't notice until i got home, called and told him and the owner said "oh." not even a sorry. i am furious

I panicked and needed a trailer tire to get my motorcycle across country. I pulled in, they changed it right on the lot for me and I was off!Amazing way to start my trip. Wonderful service!

Busy shop with helpful people. Tires are priced reasonably. The customer service is obscure, but don't be afraid to speak up and ask for assistance. Umm..hello?

I called in the morning on Saturday to ask if they do trailer tires. They said yes and until 3pm. I got there, they were closed at 1:30pm.
