My company Modern Electric has purchased 5 Ford Transit construction vans from Dealers Choice in the past 5 years. The first couple were when they were located in Morro Bay.I ve been satisfied with all the transactions and the vehicles and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Dealers Choice in the future.

The Best , Most Comfortable Car Deal I ever made . My wife and I researched for months and just before pulling the trigger, went to test drive the Ford Transit at Dealers Choice . We d previously test driven other vans at other places and was ready to buy a Chevy Express Van and then convert it the way we d like. This was our second visit to Dealers Choice & after talking with Daniel and Bryce about what we were looking to do with a van, Daniel suggested we test drive the Ford Transit. That we did and fell in love with it. We then spent some time going over how we d like to convert it and since they(Daniel & Bryce) had been doing some conversions on several different makes of vans , we listened to their suggestions and then we decided to purchase the Van along with their family doing the conversion . There were some issues on the back ordering of parts to complete the conversion but, it was done within two weeks .( well worth the wait). My wife, our two dogs then went in a 4,000 mile vacation trip to which it was a comfortable, pleasant experience. This place is absolutely amazing!! I had the best experience working with Dealer s Choice! Communication was amazing, always able to reach and get ahold of them. The cars on the lot are amazing, I got the best low mileage Honda! Great people who are not putting out any BS and genuinely trying to help. 10/10 recommend

I was glad to find this dealership from a coworker's recommendation. I was in contact with them for a year while I was waiting for monies to become available. Also it took me a year to figure out what vehicle I needed. One day I became anxious about the market Covid was creating. As money became available, I paid them a visit. To my surprise, they had a 2014 clean, well maintained F150 4x4 with the 5.0 Coyote, tonneau cover... and low miles. Thank you Daniel and Bryson for the "TONKA TRUCK"! You made the dreaded chore of buying a used vehicle easy. I appreciate you trusting me on the long test drive, for being honest with fees, and going beyond what a typical dealership would do. She raises a lot of eye brows but hauls, tows, pushes snow like a champ and is a very comfortable ride.

Definitely one of the best dealers in california! Excellent customer service, very accessible and willing to help you under any circumstances. Very honest and friendly! Buy a 2013 Transit connect, in excellent condition.I went to apply on Saturday, and when Daniel knew that I urgently needed transportation for my business, he was willing to help me on Sunday at 6 am, these friends really LOVE TO HELP !!!MANY THANKS!!

Best customer service ever! We had been looking for a van for a few years. We went to Dealers Choice and they kept in touch with us about incoming inventory and three weeks after our first visit we bought exactly what we were looking for. I cannot say enough good things about Daniel and Bryson they were so easy to work with and made it the best car buying experience we have ever had!

First, I would like to say I'm not fond of having to deal with car salesmen especially being a woman and walking in by myself. But when I walked into Dealers Choice in Morro Bay, Daniel and his son Bryson were amazing from the start. I felt so comfortable and like I had known them for years. Daniel was very honest and straightforward with me. They immediately gave me the carfax on the car I wanted to purchase. I also did my research and knew going in what the value on the car I wanted was and they were spot on. We got the perfect car and it was in mint condition! I walked out happily and appreciate the GREAT customer service. We plan on using them to buy a sprinter van next! We wouldn't think of going anyplace else! Thank you guys for everything!!!!

I bought my ford transit from Dealers choice and Im going to tell you, 5 on customer services 5 on attitude very personable and I would high recommend that any commercial vans you need look here first!!! They even fill my new van with a full gas tank on purchase. 5 all around

As a single mom of two grown kids i was nervous to help my daughter shop for a car at a car lot and then the good Lord sent us to Daniel at Dealers Choice. I was prepared to have to Mama Bear any sales person who tried to hard sale my grown baby and stress her into making a choice out of her means but that was the opposite experience at Dealers Choice. Daniel was kind and helpful and it showed from the get that he cared. My daughter fell in love with a car on his lot that was a beauty and such a steal. He did everything he could to make that happen for her but it just didn't work out. We thought our time with Daniel was passed but then a week or so later he called her up and told her he had another car that that is just as great a deal and her bank will like it much better. Kylie loved it and Daniel made it happen. Most importantly never once did i ever feel like my daughter and i were being taken advantage of just for being two women shopping for cars. In fact Daniel made it feel like it was his duty to make sure my daughter left outta there in a good safe car that is gonna last her a life time. I couldnt appreciate him more. Great experience!!! Highly recomend checking him out if youre looking.

I broke my only key off in door of my dodge 3500 dually transit work van full of tools and inventory I was headed to another job and I m dead in the water. no locksmith could fix/key it. the dodge dealership said discontinued I searched eBay and called auto salvage yards to no avail. Called Dan (who is in Hawaii!!) Still got on his computer, found it took a picture of it (3way text with his son Brice in loop to take care of it here) Said is this it? I said yes he said done these guys are brilliant and truly amazing!!!They found me extended warrantee to cover injectors on my Mercedes 3500 sprinter. I took to alfano motors only fixed one injector #6 went bad on drive home they wrote up #6 as contaminated then voided warrantee Mercedes lied their way out of a perfectly good warrantee. NEVER EVER BUY MERCEDES DIESEL SPRINTER!!! PAID $20k over bluebook pandemic (had it 2 years) $18,000.00 to fix it!! only 8 years old KBB valued $16-$18,000.00 4x4 3500 sprinter.

They are the best. This is a very honest business owned by Father and son. I came to see a 2016 Mercedes Benz Metris van that I checked on Craigslist. Because of the great reviews they have, I decided to come, and I had a great experience with them. I found the exact van I wanted at a fair price. They're easy to wok with. The paper work took less than I expected (from previous experiences). I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you.

Bryson and Daniel are incredible to work with. They went above and beyond for us in every way when we came in to buy a Mercedes Sprinter van, to convert into a camper for our family adventures. They even helped us install a seat for our 3 year old, so he has his own place on our family van. Amazing. They ordered parts that we needed and offered to help install them and even offered to drive the van down to our home in Santa Barbara, two hours away. They were a pleasure to talk with and we enjoyed bouncing conversion ideas around with them. They even had toys cars and crayons for my little one to play with as we made our big decision. We spent the whole day with them, with no sales pressure. They wanted us to feel like we were getting something we felt really good about, and we do!! So excited about our purchase. Thank you Dealer's Choice. We love our van and appreciate all that you have done for us. We will send in photos as the van is converted!

Stellar service. The best experience purchasing a vehicle I ve ever had. They said no pressure, which was absolutely true. They let us wander around the lot and test drive all the different types of vans, giving us great advice on the best make and model for our intended use, which is a camper. They even let us install our kids car seats and drive them around to see if it would really work for our family. They gave us a great value for our trade-in and our purchase was thousands less than anything else I could find in the area. Even after our purchase they are continuing to be incredibly helpful with advice for our camper, gear, window tinting, etc. Awesome father and son business; a very positive experience.

I've purchased plenty of vehicles in the past from many dealerships, and Dealers Choice was by far the best experience I've ever had. I love the van I purchased, the price was awesome and the financing process was a walk in the park. They even delivered my vehicle to my house on a Saturday!!! Awesome customer service!!! Will definitely buy my next vehicle from these guys!!

Daniel is the best of the best. I couldn t have asked for a better person to buy a car from! In fact, I think he is the only person I ll buy a used car from again because he s that good! I found the perfect van I was looking for, and was not in town. He made the process so easy, was very communicative, and just all around a fun and nice person to do business with. He helped arrange the pre-purchase inspection with a third party even when I wasn t there. He went above and beyond to answer my 1 million questions, and even offered services to help make modifications to the van as needed. He provided great referrals. He was flexible, patient, and knowledgeable. Best of all, he s as honest as they come. A true gem. Go to Daniel at Dealer s Choice!!! He ll take great care of you!! Thank you so much, Daniel!!
