I love going here. These guys & gals really know their Automotive stuff. If they don't have something, they can usually get it in within the same day, to 48 hours. Napa also has a small shop on the premises. So they are able to do some repairs, and also turn your rotors. Their prices are great, and they'll price match their competitors. Sometimes I don't mind paying an extra couple bucks at Napa, because they have amazing service and knowledge, unlike some of the other automotive places I go to.

Napa is my favorite parts store for the good stuff. Other places might have no-fuss anyplace quadruple lifetime warranties on their parts, but Napa seems to have the stuff that generally doesn't break as much. I've always enjoyed the witty banter with the counter guys here.

Great staff; long - time friend of the owner (Kelly P.) good location there on El Camino(A-twn) across from another Auto Store (O'Reillys) lots of choices in automotive parts & accessories!

This auto parts store is wonderful. When I have any type of problem with my Z71, my ML350, or Jeep they figure it out. They have even made house calls to disgnose what might be wrong. Great prices and quality parts.

Wow! This is a real auto parts store. Unlike autozone and others. Napa staff is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. They even put your wiper blades on for you.

It's currently being changed from Napa Auto to Car Quest. Sad to see Napa go! It's in transition right now a service is schetchy. I'm sure it will get better.

You don't need to spend much time here because they know so much and are knowledgeable. Much better than O'Reilly's.

The counter guy went out of his way to help me out. Would definitely recommend you use them over one of the other places within a half mile.
