Caliber Collision in Atascadero, CA did amazing work. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Our truck was in a multi car pile up, our front end was completely smashed. Their work is so amazing that you cannot even tell our truck was so horribly smashed. I highly recommend them, if I could give them a bazillion stars I would. Their customer service, their integrity, their work, is just the absolute best. Here are the before and after picture as proof their awesome and professional work. I've had my work done on my car 3 times in the past 4 years for different repairs . Each time I was impressed with the quality of their work, their professionalism and communications with me. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work was excellent! Tony, the shop manager explained in detail the repairs my car needed. I heard he's been working in auto repair for 25 + years. His experience shows in the pride he takes in his work and the work done by his staff. They were all wonderful. I don't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. They're that excellent.

Although Caliber Collision did an amazing job, I hope to never have to see them again!! They are very efficient and diligent here. Caliber made my car look like it didn t even know what high impact damage was! Like it never even happened. They gave me real time updates almost every day, which was really great. At other shops I feel like I m left in the dark while my car is being worked on, but at Caliber Collision, there s nothing but light baby. They even let me use my car while parts were being ordered, which is something other body shops would not let me do. I explained my situation to Tony and how I just didn t want to have to pay for a rental while my car just sits there and waits for parts, he understood my dilemma and let me take my car back after an inspection. They even detailed my car after the job was done! Thank you to Tony and his amazing team. Will definitely be back here if I ever crash again, but as I said, hopefully not!

Everybody at Caliber Collision was outstanding! They kept me up to date on happenings with my vehicle and we're in constant communication with my insurance company.They clearly stated the work that needed to be repaired and explain the process when I didn't understand portions of it. They were very realistic regarding the start and end dates of the repairs and they finished my vehicle repairs in a timely manner.Diana in the main office is incredible! Anytime I had any questions or needed clarification she was available and had the patience of a saint. I would highly recommend this office on Traffic Way. They are dedicated to what they do, and they do a great job!

My vehicle was completed earlier than expected. I truly enjoyed the status updates via text on what stage of repair my vehicle was at. Trisha, the front office Manager, was so kind and worked hard to keep their clients happy. All staff members were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them for vehicle repair. The only thing I was not pleased with, I had asked if they could sand, paint and clear coat a very small area 3 x4 while they were painting the front end, I would be paying out of pocket for that repair, but the Repair Manager quoted $995 for that small area. I felt that was extremely high. Other than that, they did a great job.

Quite poor experience. After the vehicle was rear-ended a shortage of parts meant the repair was delayed approximately a month. This was not that much of an issue as the car was completely driveable and just had a rear end with broken cameras, sensors, panels etc that did not look great but did not affect the use of the car. It is an electric vehicle and was charging and operating fine when eventually dropped off for repairs. The repairs took 3-4 weeks to complete and generally seemed to be fairly well done. The car was a day late being ready and was then only available right at the end of the day when it was picked up. On the way home it was noticed that the service high voltage charging system error was now on and when we attempted to charge the vehicle it could no longer charge because of this error. It was quite obvious that during the repairs something caused a sensor to trip and caused the error so it assumed that this would be taken care of the next day by Caliber Collision. To our surprise the first response we heard was "we didn't do it" and "it is not our problem". In addition at that time we noticed some major body/clearcoat damage on a portion of the door that was quite obvious but we had never noticed this before. A detailed inspection of the vehicle was done when it was dropped of and although some minor scratches and scuffs were identified in other areas, this particular area was not indicated at all. Again when we asked about this the response was "it was there when it was dropped off" and they didn't really acknowledge that it was not indicated on the inspection report when it was dropped off. I cannot say for certain that this paint/clearcoat damage was not preexisting but based on the complete lack of responsibility they took for a problem that they obviously created makes it much harder to believe them and give them the benefit of the doubt in this case. It should be that if a vehicle is dropped off and in working order that it should be returned that way from a collision center. We were left with a car that was undrivable because it could not be charged. We had to take it to the dealer who were easily able to determine that the problem occurred during the time Caliber Collision was working on the vehicle (error code indicates the mileage when it occurs) and needed to reprogram the vehicle to clear the code that tripped during the repairs. Overall a very long and extremely disappointing experience. The overall repair was ~$5000 and all that needed to be done was to return a car that was functional to the customer (which we had to do on our own for an additional cost of ~$150). Very disappointing experience and a manager that does not care much about the reputation of the business.

I am glad I chose Caliber on Traffic way. Manager Tony in office manager Diane kept me in the loop making sure my truck got put back to 100%. The body repair and paint was impeccable and the vehicle was as clean as when I dropped it off. Went in for an estimate on a Wednesday and was told I would get an estimate on Thursday and still have not heard a thing on Friday. I guess they don t need the work.I have since been contacted by the on site manager and told that my paperwork had been lost. I went back and manager took care of me very professionally.ThanksThis is an update on the work I had done by Caliber Collision. I had the work done and the quality of the work is excellent. I had someone back into my van. I need my van repair quickly as I drive a handicapped vehicle. They where able to replace the rear lift door and get it painted in less then one day.. They took the time to match the the paint and order all the parts. Have all the parts painted and ready to go so all they had to do so install and clean up. They had back in my vehicle in no time at all. I appreciate their promptness, polite and friendly service.Service: Painting

The Caliber collision team was awesome! They were very friendly, and kept in touch throughout the repair process. The repairs I had done were perfectly executed. The big dent was gone, and my paint damage was gone like it was never there. The whole team was very professional especially George with explaining the details regarding the repair process.

I had previously left a mediocre review for caliber but after dealing with the entire team and seeing how they worked through fixing the vehicle and making it batter than new I've had change of heart and decided to leave this positive review. I have only good things to say about my experience. They were able to do an estimate on my truck and take it same same day. Next day less than 24 hours later my truck was done! They even washed and detailed inside, I would strongly recommend Caliber Collision.

They wouldn't take my car in because it was too old and would have been "too expensive" to fix. Did most of it myself as an amateur while working full time full daylight hours.Really wouldn't recommend any mechanic that only wants the 'easy work' and wouldn't trust one that can't work on a 1990

I had an appointment to receive a quote. I waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes. The guy shows up and looks at my car for less than a minute and says he's going to email a quote later. It's been about 12 hours and I never received it. The other two body shops I went to the same day gave me a quote within a half an hour and were booked through the end of the month so I don't think it was an issue of not having time.
