Called to see if they had a loaner tool I needed for a future date, I believe Matt is the one who spoke with me on the phone. He provided outstanding service and took my information and guaranteed me the tool for the date I needed. Outstanding service, especially over the phone.

Upon walking in, I was greeted by all the staff. They were immediately ready to help out. Noe was so great and patient! He went out of his way in helping me exchange my blinker lightbulb, and I can t thank him enough. I appreciate all his help.

I used to shop at GEM auto, for decades. After Kelly sold it the service went into the toilet. Auto Zone is consistent, good prices, and make ordering parts online a snap. They help keep old Clod on the road.

On 10/29/2022 I stopped at Auto zone to get windshield wiper blades for my wife's car. Jake helped me out and searched for the correct blades until he found them all both front and rear. He then was happy to install the blades which I greatly appreciated. Great service and decent prices.

Jake and crew are the most knowledgeable and helpful auto parts people in the business. They were juggling multiple customer orders, questions, and what have you, and no one that came in the door or called wasn t taken care of. Even when the phone rang I saw Jake run to go pick it up. Great autozone store.

I recently visited AutoZone and had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the windshield wipers and license plate brackets I needed for my car. Mike was knowledgeable and patient, providing me with all the information I needed to make the right choice. He even installed the wipers and brackets. I'm very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Mike and AutoZone to anyone looking for car parts.

AutoZone is lucky to have J.C. I was greeted right at the door and he took the time to help me find the right size windshield wiper blades for a truck I just purchased. I'm new to owning my own truck and J.C. took the time to even walk outside and teach me how to install my windshield blades. He was very knowledgeable and knew all the answers to my questions. I am looking to install a backup camera and apple play stereo and he showed me the correct options. I will go back to this place for all my needs just from my experience with J.C. Very warm, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He was juggling several customers at once and helping with all our needs. Thank you for the stellar customer service and for taking the time to help me. Blew my mind that he even took the time to walk outside and pop the hood of my engine and teach me a few things about my truck.

The battery install did not go smoothly. We had multiple problems and then realized it was in fact the wrong battery. But the reason why this is a 5 star review is because they took care of it. They stayed an hour past close, an employee from another store came down and delivered the correct battery (after hours). They apologized, took ownership and got it right. Big thanks to Jake and Juan. Thanks for being caring, real human beings that want to help.

JC was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a battery that died within the warranty and without question he took my word, and got me setup with a new one that had to be ordered in from another location. 4 hrs later it was waiting for me at the deck. Customer service like this creates return customers for life! Thanks JC

Recently been having some electrical/battery issues with my car. It was the end of Jake's shift, and he still took extra time to help me find the right battery for my budget, and installed it for me. In a matter of 15 minutes I was back on the road with my worries at ease. Thanks Jake, you da man.

This store was very helpful. I drive old vehicles being a mechanic. They have been very helpful. My old truck had a bad fuesable link wire from the alternator and the truck wasn't charging the batteries. I was concerned when my batteries were not charging after I replaced alternator I brought the one I removed in to test it. The employee set up the alternator on there tester and confirmed the alternator was functioning properly allowing me to determine the true problem with my vehicle. In days like this the employee could easily have lied and said my alternator was the issue and sell me a new one. Honest help is hard to find these days and getting something for free is unheard of but this autozone is extremely trustworthy. They have also charged my batteries multiple times for free while I have worked on diagnosing issues with my vehicles. Excellent customer service is rare these days companies that don't charge for help is unheard of give these people a shot when you have trouble with your vehicles or equipment. The money you save purchasing parts over the internet will never make up for the convenience of having parts available available within minutes and employees that can give a second opinion about the trouble you are experiencing.

Right part right price but the best thing is if your a member all your receipts, for batteries, starters you stuff that breaks years after and we have no idea where the receipt is! Not needed they can look it up, saved me $600 in batteries and $280 on starter both under warranty replaced them both no pro rating no nonsense just a new one!

My husband went into this autozone several times, we are frequent customers and when he got a call that his mother passed away of an overdose the workers accused him of running out with a car jack (we were there for windshield wipers) and we have been harassed by police saying that autozone said we had stolen their property when we hadn t even touched or taken anything. We told them to look at the cameras you will see nothing was taken or touched and the entire staff has been rude and not understanding at all. Multiple numbers we have contacted and they still treat customers terribly. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Very good customer service. We had arrived to the store just at the nick of time before closing very kind employee offered to help us past closing. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed without a mechanic, they were still very helpful in explaining the engine code errors, and apologetic for not being able to help more. They went above and beyond. Great service

Customer service definitely is NOT A PRIORITY here! Don t appreciate the condescending attitude and lack of assistance. As a senior citizen not one man (3 there) could carry out a heavy battery to my car. They re willing to replace batteries and do other minor services but couldn t carry out a heavy battery for an elderly woman?! Lack of respect, regard for seniors, and very lacking in self respect. Will never return!
