I'm here at so call trusted tire center they close at 6pm. I have a slow leak that's not going to last! I was told there close!REALLY! it's because I'm not buying any new tires! He found out that wasn't what I needed and said there closed! I haven't had any problems before that because I bought new tire!#NEW TIRES #NEW ATTITUDE! SORRY TO SAY! #5:20pm NO BODY even here getting service! WOW BAD MANAGEMENT!!!

My experience with a trusted tire and service I call exceptional personalized customer service. I have been there on several occasions I have been treated with the upmost, respect, professionalism, and more importantly realistic knowledge based advice on tires, and several other mechanical issues. I highly recommend coming here if you want a true service from a trusted organization. A hometown type feeling throughout the en-tire occasion.

I go there for tire rotation and replacement. Their service and price are excellent. Isaac and Henry are very kind and responsive.One time, I had a nail on my tire. After they inspected the tire and told me the nail didn't penetrate the tire, no need to patch or fix it. They didn't charge any money.

The owner Ed is always friendly and very helpful. When working on your car he gets it back to you when he says it will be ready. He will accommodate you in any way he can.Prices are very reasonable. A trusting manThank you for your help.

I really like this place and trust them, no pun intended! Great customer service, prices, and they have a high level of integrity and honesty. I've been going here for almost 3 years. Have never been disappointed. Unfortunately Luis is no longer at this location, he is now in Santa Monica or something, but the new crew has not let me down. I've been to many auto shops, from dealers to mom and pop ones, and I must say that this is my favorite one!

On weekends, service is provided by appointment only. Used the coupon for synthetic oil change and used coupon for $49.99. However, 1 star is deducted, because I had to pay additional $14.99 for Canister Oil Filter. Additional products added like Top Off Fluids, cost $0.0 but the invoice does not talk about what Top Off Fluids are even checked... a service that they can add to list or explain to customer would be an added advantage. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the Oil Change service. Coupon was meant for Synthetic Oil Change and Complimentary Tire Rotation, both were done in quick 30 minutes.

Company fleet van needed an oil change, made an appointment the day before and arrived a little late, but they had me in and out in one hour. Professional, clean, and fast. Even recommended a place I can eat close by, and when i got back, had me out on my way.

DISAPPOINTED. I had a coupon for an oil change, and arrived without an appointment. There was NO FRIENDLY GREETING..just a grumpy announcement that without an appointment i would have to WAIT 2 HOURS. i said "ok" and then he added, "It might be 3 hours" . He showed NO NORMAL CUSTOMER RELATIONS you expect from a store manager, as if he could CARE LESS if he got your business or not. the sign said "new ownership"...maybe previous owner was better. this one i would AVOID.

Definitely recommend this place! I Took my car to get an oil change and I'll be coming back to get my car some new tires, for what I believe is the best price I've been offered. They also took the time to let me know what my car would soon need done and gave me prices. Thanks to Mr. Luis and his workers.

My truck trusts being serviced at TRUSTED Tire & Service$9.99 conventional oil change couponHaving had an excellent experience at the Cypress branch, I was glad to know a TRUSTED Tire & Service location opened up close to me in Artesia. This time, I made an appointment online a few days prior. I called the day before to confirm, and someone said if I made a 10:30am appointment, then come in at that time.Arriving a little past 10am, someone was filling in at the desk. I let him know I made a 10:30am appointment, and proceeded to sign the paperwork. Waiting in the lobby, a widescreen TV had a movie playing. I helped myself to the Keurig coffee machine, but was perturbed when K cups weren't on hand. I asked the guy filling in, and he didn't know where they were kept. *Sigh* Oh, well. Guess some water from the dispensing machine will have to do.Around noon, my truck had a fresh pan of oil & I was soon on my way. Considering this is an auto repair shop, an hour & a half wait seemed appropriate. All for the great price of only $9.99 plus hazardous material fee & tax.I had another positive experience with TRUSTED Tire & Service, this time being at the Artesia branch. Being close to home, I can walk back to my place if a service takes longer than expected. But, the good part is free shuttle rides are available, too. The slight complaint for me was not having K cups in stock, but that was only a minor hiccup to an otherwise commendable service visit.Highly recommend!

Luis is by far the man!!! Must see him for all your auto needs. Not only is he extremely informative but he worked with you anyway he possibly can. Definitely 2 thumbs up if I had more thumbs I'd give more

The owner is very nice guy and it's real close RT next door. There so helpful always there to help. Great waiting room me and my son saw a movie really cool place.

very friendly and reliable service. they do everything here and sell tires. great customer service. clean large waiting area with kids table for coloring. tv with Netflix and air conditioning.

Will take carry-in parts for modified vehicles. Nice waiting room with Netflix. Agreeable price with fairly fast wait times.

Tire stem repaired and patches to flats are generally complementary services offered here, and a friendly staff to help you through the transition.
