Went to Autozone on Woodman and Van Nuys to get help with my wiper Instalation. It was a different and very odd way of putting them on but with the help of the Autozoner named Vini, he made it look easy. Love this place and the great service!

Sooo lucky to have found a good auto zone near home. I had the chance to go to the woodman location and let me tell you the Manger on-site Frank was Is the man his level of customer service was above average 100% made me feel at home and taken care off took the time to Listen and helped me find the right color I was looking for I had purchased the chrome color Custom Rust-O-Oleum premium Chrome spray paint and loved it I wanted to do the same but I m black I wasn t sure which brand would be the best Frank too the time and help me out good listener and very attentive great experience would recommend to anyone if your in the area stop . Auto Zone NorthhillsGood customer service, As soon as I walked through the door employees said if I need help with anything let them know. I showed him a burnt-out tail light bulb I brought in. In sted of saying thous are on aisle so and so, he came from behind the counter went and got it for me.

I went out of my way to go to this store. The customer service, attention and care is unmatched these days. Knowledgeable, kind, genuinely helpful people. And it's clear the culture is set by the manager. Frank is amazing. Truly a pleasure to be with. Thank you Auto Zone!!

I hate having car problems but whenever I do I make sure to come to AutoZone. The staff is always friendly and informative. Today I was helped by Edwin Diaz and he answered all of my questions. You can tell they go above and beyond. Great customer service!

Great service. Angel M helped me test my car battery. Also helped also me changed my car battery which was very helpful especially if you don't have the tools. I highly recommend this location and this employee deserves employees of the year. Thank you Angel M.

I was visiting this location from San Jose recently and I needed some wipers because my route had a strong possibility of rain and my wipers were completely messed up. The manager that I dealt with, Frank, was a really solid and knowledgeable dude. He went the extra mile to explain why carefully shopping for wipers makes sense and even explained the differences in performance between the different types of wipers. Everything was very personalized and professional. I m not often in that area, but I recommend you take your business there.

Purchased an item online and went to the store and it wasn't available. Eric B was very helpful. I was extremely pressed for time and desperately needed the item. He was quick on his feet and offered a solution. Quickly canceled my order, called another store, secured the item for me, placed the new order and I was able to just run to a nearby store to pick it up. All the time he offered great customer service with a smile. I definitely recommend this store.

This Autozone is my go to. They have great service here. Sahir helped me today with picking an oil for my car. You can tell he knew what he was doing and was able to help me out with ease. I wasn t able to do it on my own but he made the process a lot more simple. I definitely recommend anyone to go to this Autozone and have Sahir help them out!

2nd autozone store I take my starter for testing to and they tell me that it doesn't work?. I mean are the like mcdonalds when they say their ice cream machine doesn't work because they're to lazy to make them?

This AutoZone didn't have no parts I need it whatsoever and and the people behind the counter were rude crude and obnoxious they were no help whatsoever All they could do is tell me I'm sorry we don't have the part now you'll have to go somewhere else like hello couldn't even recommend another store of a AutoZone for me to go to I would never go here again

I called looking for a radiator hose because the AutoZone in Canoga Park said they had it over the phone and when I got there they didn't. I found this place online, keep calling and getting placed on hold. The only time someone picked up after the hold they hung up on me. Horrible Service. Horrible Staff Member and Horrible Management.AutoZone has lost me as a customer of 8 years. Went online to purchase what I needed instead. Don't do business with this company. They obviously don't care to serve their customers, past or new.

The other day I needed a part for my car and I was very frustrated because I didn't know what it was and this young lady helped me and she was very nice, also a tall manager I think his name was Frank. Between Genoveva and Frank they were able to help me find what I needed. Thank you

I used to be their coustomer, but lately their service is deprorable the employees are rude, and if the bill is perhaps 10.05 cent's if you don't have the exactly amount . and you pay them 11.00 dollars they keep the 0.95 cent's arguing their short on coins,They kept the change of every customer .If is 350 customer s during the day they keep the change of 300. People

Ryan was quite the breath of fresh air I needed. My cadillac had no coolant and was over heating. I was on my way home to riverside from hurricane harbor and was devastated. His level of professionalism and mechanical knowledge was outstanding. Not to mention he was quite comical. I'm grateful for his help and wish all the autozones or pep boys had more employees like him. Please commend this young man for a job well done!
