Great store. I came in looking for some oil for my BMW and coolant for my Audi. As I was looking for the oil a staff member, Karina asked me if I needed help. She got me the right oil and coolant. The staff took care of me right away in the front counter and they even got me the right filter for my car. Which another auto parts store got wrong. Great people working here will definitely come back.

Brianna gave great customer service where big bear store refused to take care of me. This is what customer service is all about. I will recommend this store to everybody. Their store manager Korina did an excellent job in customer service training with her employees.

Karla is one of the nicest and informative people I've ever had help me at least location. She is always welcoming with a beautiful smile, positive mind attitude, and good customer service skills. There are many different autozones to choose from in the area but if you're looking for good customer service this one defines excels at it.

My experience at this autozone was amazing !! i was greeted by this delightful girl named Karla i was confused on the parts i needed but she was so helpful helping me find what i needed i ended up getting like 5 parts. Would definitely come back if Karla is attending me again she made me feel so comfortable and it felt like i knew her for years .

Karla was quick to help! She was really helpful explaining about the specials about breaks and spray and break lubricant. She was sweet and friendly and sexy!!! I will be back! I promise. Exterior areas are clean and safe.

Yesterday I came to this location cause my battery died. Antonio was on his break so we had to wait a bit until he could change my battery since I have no idea how to do that myself . He s such a nice guy and did it very fast . You can see he really loves doing his job and goes the extra mile for it .

Best customer service i ever received! Adrian (Go 9ersss!? ) and Stacey went above and beyond to help me out.... My car got stuck in the freeway... I need to hurry to get to work.. they helped me out with the tools and parts and supply that I needed... they worked quickly to help me out the door! So I can get to work on time.... thank you guys I really appreciate it the whole stuff was very nice too! I really recommend this AutoZone!

Karlaliccna was very helpful today. She helped me find some parts for my car and was not annoyed or upset when I had to fix some of the information I gave her at the beggining. She also picked up the parts as I was donig something else in the store and met me the check out stand with it in hand. She was really nice and I felt nice after leaving the store.

Hands-down, Best customer service I ve had from this location. I shop around at different locations depending on what city I may be in and man they take the prize for best customer service. You have to ask for Angel the manager he help me out and man he is on point 100%Very professional help me with everything I needed even pay attention to details I had mentioned I wanted a wax for my car and he recommended me a wax specifically for my car and color black cars only. man he knows his stuff. Enjoyed the visit

I want to give a shoutout to Adrian for being a really respectful and chill person. He always makes sure I get the part that I need even if its from a different Autozone. He also looks very ready and happy to work, which reflects a very professional appearance. I usually come to this Autozone when I work on my family car's because it's their hub and most of the time have the parts I need.

This store is one of their main hubs so if you come here, you'll usually be standing in a line for a cool minute. They need to hire a cashier so you don't have to wait to pay for one thing while they're are all helping other people find car parts. I usually dread having to come here but they're open till midnight. And yes I've even stood in line at 11:30pm here!

I ve come here a few times. Never had customer service issues. Was just in Sunday late for some windshield wipers and was so nice to be greeted and welcomed, I was helped by a gentlemen who despite the ugly weather was in a great mood. Also thankful that he offered to help me replace my windshield wipers. Thank you so much, I m very great full for your help. You have no idea how sometimes it s a drag to even get these things done and this gentlemen was very kind. Will make this my to go store.

These guys are quick, knowledgeable and honest about how long a special order will take.Definitely better customer experience than other car part shops.These are my go to people for parts and I like that they always remind you of the type of warranty each part has when you are at the register paying for them.Thanks to them, got an inoperable 2007 vehicle up and running in a week. Simply Awesome!!!

Can't beat the the people at the counter they're good friends all the way they will help you one way or another get what the part you need and with a friendly smile and I always go there because I don't get treated disrespectful or I can't find my parts or anything they'll find a way to order that part or get that part to you one way or another these are the best people I ever known from this AutoZone itself I recommend it for everybody it's the warehouse of the warehouses Love you all

Bought this item. When I check on it was used part and checking on the rest of the receipt the info given to the autozone employee didnt put it right. When back to return it at the person that help us got at attitude as if I was the one at fault for the wrong doings of coworker. This place has a bad reputation.
