SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Gave me a quote over the phone in the morning and when we went to pick up the car it was $50 more. The not so nice man missing teeth told me I must be mistaken. Either way it s definitely not TP tire any more and after the customer service they just provided me it s no mystery why all the bays were empty at 4pm on a Monday.

The staff at TP Tire were extremely helpful and friendly. The owner, Russ, passed away recently. I promise you that Russ would be proud of the way that they are taking care of their customers. I give them 5 stars, as they all take pride in their work. I recommend them to anyone. Good employees there

My whole family has been doing Business for decades. They have great prices. They have new and used tires. I just got a set of 1 85 75 fourteens for my car today for both tires.$151. 17 out the door. I love their service. Great service with a smile.

I was from out of town and needed to get home but I had specialty tires which had to be ordered. They came the next day!! I went in and sat in the car while they changed my two front tries in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to get tires. They are fast and courteous. I went in for a new set of tires with my seven year old and my 8 month old, and they pulled my car in and out for me so I didn't have to worry about it. They were fast too, and that is always wonferful. I love supporting this local business.

I would highly recommend this place for all of your tire needs. I've been going here for years. I was usually on a budget and they would set me up with a tire for a reasonable price. They would tell me I had more time with a tire or if I should replace it immediately. I would even come here to have them just put air in my tires on several occasions. They always seemed to be in a good mood and it made me not hate having to deal with my tire issues.

We're visiting from Massachusetts and got a flat tire in our rental car. I called to see if they had availability this afternoon and they could get us in right away. Our tire couldn't be patched but put on a used one for a very good price. It was such a relief! Very friendly staff, we were in and out in a half hour all at a great price and now we re back to our vacation!

Absolutely disgusted with how my husband was treated by them. We previously bought all 4 tires & had them installed BY TP TIRE mind you, well we purchased 4 new tires & had them install again. Didn't have any problems the time before. The mechanic that put the tires on before cross threaded and damaged the stud and lug nut. When they brought it to my husband's attention my husband said your mechanic did that obviously the last time we were there & all of a sudden "they weren't the ones who installed our tires before," are you kidding me?!?! My receipt says differently but anyways now we have to take our car somewhere else pay out of our own pockets to fix something that their own mechanic messed up. They were rude and not only scratched 1 but 3 of our rims!!!!!

I love this place. It's quick, they are fast, and the prices are great. Best of all they are locally owned. They don't try to upsale you on products. Good old fashioned customer service.

Very friendly. Family owned. Had a flat tire, got it fixed in 30 minutes and they were BUSY. The girl at the counter was very sweet. I give this 5 stars. They re awesome

I bought used tires twice there and both times the tire size they installed was different than the other three tires I go to Tony Goslins and sons myself I recommend that place

Gave me a fair price over the phone for a specific set of tires that they had at shop so I knock off work early and drive a half hour from fortuna for my appointment only to be told the tires cost double the price they quoted on the phone. I explained that they wasted quite a bit of my time, missed work spent gas money for this and if they wont honor the original quote or find similar tires for similar price then they lose me as a customer and they didnt care. Dont let them disrespect you or your time with there bait and switch scam tactics there is many better options.

Their office staff is super friendly, techs are nice as well! Always in and out as fast as possible, best service in Humboldt County. I won't go anywhere else.

Hi my name is Robyn. Yesterday evening I had some car troubles and stopped in TP Tire Service. The owner of the shop was very kind and wonderful. He really went above and beyond. They put tires on my mercedes and as im driving down 101 wheels come off. They have not fixed it refuse to look at it. Told me deal with there insurance who have also been no help. Do not go here. They stripped my lug nuts now im looking at 1000 dollar repaires and also put wrong size tires on. Worst customer service. DO NOT GO HERE FIND ANOTHER TIRE PLACE. YOU RISK YOUR LIFE DRIVING AFTER TP TIRE WORKS ON YOUR CAR...

Very nice staff went out of their way to make sure I had the proper tires and even gave me a discount when the tires orderd were not in stock. I will be going back to T.P. tires for all my tire needs.
