These guys are real problem-solvers! I consider them part of the team that keeps our fleet running. Why fret so much sourcing your own parts when they're happy to do it for you - and our vehicles aren't even on roads!

Ken's is the oldest and most venerable auto parts stores in Arcata. The help is personable and has decades of knowledge. Very convenient!

Wonderful friendly knowledgeable. Staff with good prices. I paid almost $100 less than every other store wanted for my battery. Very quick to order out of stock items as well got my part the next day. Would recommend to anyone.

I went in this shop with no clue as to what I needed.Don was super awesome and helpful.He hooked me up with the windshield wipers I needed and installed them.It was inexpensive and they worked perfectly. It's nice to be able to see where I am going in a rainstorm.Thanks Don for helping me out and for providing excellent customer service.

What a horrible experience my daughters just had in your store. They came in because they had an oil light on and could not get the cap off to put oil in. Whomever was behind the counter said "we are too busy to go outside". Really? You're going to just let 2 teenage girls fen for themselves while you had exactly zero customers inside? My daughter lives right down the street and she has been in multiple because she drives an older car. She will now be driving someplace else for parts. How short sighted and stupid to treat customers like that. It's not like they were asking you to change a tire. Too busy to take an oil cap off? I hope you don't have daughters.

To start their prices are the highest for any product (by a significant amount). Something 15$ at autozone is 25$ Here. Then their customer service is atrocious. At first I thought it was just one guy but I can now say thst at least 4 guys seem like they hate the customers and asking them a question you will get an I m not sure and give u that look like wasting his time asking him anything. They don t want to help you they just want to charge you 40% more than u should be charged and then laugh at u on the way out. I don t get why you would do buisness with them at all.

These guys are knowledgeable and very willing to offer advice or suggestions to help with whatever it may be that you are working on! I think that they are also the only auto parts store in town too... It'd be cool if carquest paid the core cost for bad batteries even when you didn't buy the battery there but I don't hold that against these guys!

An auto parts store that is closed on a weekend is no bueno. Most people work on their vehicles on Saturday or Sunday.
