Just wow! Brought in my 4-series on a tow truck after it started shaking violently and all kinds of warning lights lit up. I thought I was in for a couple grand for sure.Chris looked at it and it turned out it was just a $50 part that went bad (PCV diaphragm). He ordered it and I had my car back the next day. $50 for the part or $50 for the diagnostic. $100 out the door! He could have charged by $1,000 and I wouldn t have know any better.Really honest and experienced BMW shop!

Amazing experience here. They installed headers on my mx5 and the father son duo was awesome. Will definitely be coming back if I have to install more things! Went out of their way to solve an issue due to faulty parts and knocked it out quickly. Would highly recommend. They seem to specialize in bmw but work just as well on other brands.Service: Exhaust

Have been a customer for a couple years now. Long will give you his honest opinions about your car. Sometimes, honest and suitable solution will save you a ton. It is hard to come by these days, especially among car mechanics. Enough said.There is also this one time my car mysteriously break down. I don't have AAA so I called Long and he was able to drop by in a few minutes to check it out. It was really awesome of him and I was lucky to be close by.I truly hope this business does well, because I want to keep having Long as my go-to mechanic.

My experience at LVL Auto repair was awesome not only did i recieve excellent service i also saved money!! to make it better this shop guarantees my work for 12,000 miles or 1 yr. Thanks guys i will be back...
