I had a nail on the side of my van tire and Henry, suggested to replace the tire with a new one! This is my second time visiting this place, awesome service and price! Definitely a shop to check it out for your self!

Took my Tesla M3 for new tires and spoke to Henry. He gave me all the info I needed on available options and went w/ the Pirelli s PZEROs. Also gave me a good deal too that included taxes, install (mount/balance), everything out the door easy. Even checked my brakes and sprayed some brake cleaner to get some dust out so I could be on my way feeling good with fresh new tires. Definitely ask for Henry and he ll take care of you. A lot of the other guys there are also good too and they are honest in helping you with your tire needs. I ll definitely be back for any service on my wheels next time!

This tire shop is awesome, the best, people working here are so nice and accommodating and helpful, shout out to HENRY, very good guy. Prices are very reasonable, and they re fast.

Honest tire shop! I brought my car it had one screw on the front passenger by the wall of the tire, which couldn't be patched and would have to be replaced. Also had a nail on the driver side. My car indicated low air so I assumed it was both however they told me only one needed a patch and the other tire was good because it didn't go threw. They could have easily replaced it and charge me for a new tire but they didn't. Thanks to them I saved some money today.

Worth the wait even if you see a line of cars.New tires on our honda before the rain. Good prices. And the staff is friendly and fast !Ask for Henry.

Located in Arcadia- Professional, Dedicated, Laser Focused and Fair Prices. I had a flat and I knew I was over due for 4 new tires. I did go to a few Tire shops and looked on line, I wasn't impressed with the service in person and over the phone.My Friend referred me Carrillo's Tire & Wheels. He has a Prius and I have a Mazda. I told my friend the size of my tires and my budget and he forwarded the information about my car to Carrillo's.Carrillo's is a what I call a "Mom and Pop" Tire business, which means they are focused on Professionalism, Fair Prices, Kindness and there to Service you.The moment I drove in the staff got right to work. They already knew what tires I was interested in and with there expertise put on the best fit for my Mazda and my needs.I got there at 10am and left within 60 minutes.I kid you not, as soon as I pulled up they were lifting my car up and straight to work. As I was waiting three more car's pulled in and those customer's stated that they have been coming here for years.Thank you Carrillo's Tire and Wheels for making my week a better one. I did business with Carrillo's on May 24, 2023

I had a nail in my rear tire of a 2022 Toy Highlander, so I went here. As soon as I pulled up, Lalo helped me, jacked up the tire and within 10 mins he told me the nail didn't go through.I'll pay for honest work all day! If I went anywhere else, I would have been in the hole for a new tire. I'll be coming back here for sure.

Brought my Tacoma in to get a flat fixed (I had gone to a different place and they told me it could not be fixed). These guys confirmed that and gave me a price on replacing the front tires. The price was so good I decided to replace all 4. They were quick and were just awesome! It took me 40 years to find a tire place that I feel good about (and not ripped off) when I leave.

Improperly jacked my car mechanic jacked my car at the wrong part of the frame and bent the frame. I caught him before he could do more damage and had to show him the proper mounting points. Seemed a little defensive about his mistake. Honest guys, but they need to take responsibility for their costly mistakes. I don t want to hold them accountable because I don t think they can afford to cover the damage.

So my tire gave out and I was looking around for some used tires.this place was great I got there and withing 10 minutes they set me up with 2 used front tires at a very reasonable price. What I was about to pay at another place for just 1 I got 2. I mean it's not like i dont know that they are used i know they wont replace a new tires but it will definitely help give me the time I need to get some new ones. I definitely recommend coming here the employees are very welcoming and they are straight to the point. Like I said I was in and out within 10 minutes with no one trying to upsell me on something I did not need.

I wanted to change all the tire on my car to winter ones in December, but I kept getting such a high price from other shops it was unbelievable! I mean I know that tires cost quite a lot, but I really did think that I was being ripped of by some of the other offers. I called up Carillo Tires and Wheels after seeing the great reviews that they had and they were amazing! They offered the best deal yet and scheduled a replacement time immediately. I spent the whole winter in those new tires and they were fantastic! Great service, very affordable, and also very quick!

Called for a tire rotation on my Chevy Bolt ($15) for recommended service (37.5k). They said there was no wait. I arrived and they said the tires did not need to be rotated, come back after summer. Glad to get honest answers, instead of taking the money on an unneeded service. Will see what they say next time.

Cheap Price and Good Tire Service! You can't miss them their store is located on Live Oak in Arcadia. They have a very professional and friendly staff. Most importantly is that they have a variety of tires new and old that are available if not you can order. The price is pretty reasonable. I will order from them again.

I had a new set of wheels installed a few years ago and needed new tires, so I decided to look for a wheel store. Carrillo Tires and Wheels is located in Arcadia. They are a fantastic choice! I made a quick booking in their shop. It only took me 15 minutes to get to them from Temple City. I got brand new tires at a very cheap price. I am very pleased with their work and will be going back there again for sure!

We took our truck to get fixed. It was the transmission that was no longer functioning. It got fixed apperantly and as we were driving it for 2 weeks the transmission broke down again. Since it had a warranty of 1 year or 12,000 miles which ever comes first. We dropped off the truck and the Transmission Specialist accused us of switching the transmission to another one. He stated that it wasn't the same transmission. I have no idea what is going on but it's a problem now. We got lucky and walked away not paying more but it's sad that we were accused of stealing. If I knew how to take a transmission then why take it to a mechanic, right. Not happy nor satisfied with the service.

Amazing excellent service with great price. My tire was flat, they changed a new tire, in 10 minutes I was back on the road. God bless you guys! I regret time I spent going to PepBoys and others to be told to bring it another day with appointment by some arrogant guys.

Drove my Hyundai Ioniq in with a leaking left rear tire (that the dealership previously said was caused by a lodged nail that left the tire irreparable, so most likely needed to be replaced). David took a look at it and patched it up within 30mins. He was pretty reserved with his words at first, but ended up warming up once I made conversation with him. Overall great, fast service. And super affordable too! $10 for a tire patch up!

If you re looking for a great tire shop near El Monte, then Carrillo Tires and Wheels is the place to go! I had my tires replaced in their shop last week and it was a super easy experience and a great price! Would definitely recommend them, and their choices of wheels are so vast that they could easily find something to fit every possible car.
