Do not use this tow company. We calls on Sunday I needed a 1 mile tow. Our car had broken down about a half a mile from their tow yard. They charge me $269 and said they d be there in an hour. After going through hoops paying them in advance with my credit card over the phone then having to login online and sign the invoice and then having to text them a picture of my drivers license they dispatched a driver. After an hour and a half they call and say it s going to be another hour. After another hour they called and said they were not going to come. Went to head and called another tow company and they showed up in 15 minutes and charged $139 . There are many better options with better customer service and better pricing.Service: Car towing

If I could rate below one I would. Evidently Mark the owner and his wife Mellisa who works at the Quick stop gas station had my car towed to impound it and charge me 320.00 to release my car. This is despite having Quick stop agreed to allow me to keep the car there. I have this in writing and it was also on the computer. I already contacted triple AAA to make a complaint and they are not accredited with them. Take heed very crooked and unethical. I will be taking legal action as this is extortion and clearly a conflict of interestService: Car towing

The battery in my car needed to be replaced, so I called them and set an appointment. They arrived on time, and explained to me the process of what they were doing. They are easy to work with, and even the girl at the office was really friendly and knowledgeable! I appreciate their decent prices, and knowledgeable employees. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Big NOPE here. Called and requested towing for a travel trailer. Person on the phone acted like they had never heard of trailers in thier life. Asked a million irrelevant questions, then said they had to ask thier supervisor. Came back and asked all the relevant questions, more holding. Came back again and quoted $600 to go 4 miles after waiting 90 minutes. Next place I called was less than half the price and here in 20 minutes.
