Officiant and great customer service.I had an issue with my escavator. I called to schedule an appointment spoke with George and the service truck was here the next morning 8am sharp. Traves was super professional and very knowledgeable. Payment was easy with no hassle.I will highly recommend G&T to my neighbors and friends.

They charge me 1,5 labor work for just change one lamp on stop-signal light and one light. Very nice. They re cheaters. Especially manager Kristle (or whatever his name is)

This company is TOP NOTCH I would recommend them for ALL of your repairs My mechanic is Ross This guy NEEDS A RAISE most definitely always on top of all the repairs I mention to him.

G & T was able to fix my RV when it was severely damaged by a renter. They fixed it quickly and is now better attached than it was done originally by Winnebago. Highly recommend the whole team at G & T!

I love this place , we dropped off our leeboy 8510 a for service and got it back within a couple days . That's good for a busy shop. They also hooked us up with a couple minor repairs that could have been a disaster had they not seen them. Thanks G&TInterstate Paving comp.

After going to several different repair shops to help, G&T was the only shop that would offer help to fix our RV. They fixed the problem quickly, their prices are extremely fair and Jones and Tyler are true professionals. I cannot recommend this place enough for motor home issues. Amazing experience, thank you so much!

The team at G & T Truck Repairs was very helpful, professional, and courteous. I'm on a cross-country road trip and my diesel truck decided to go into de-rate mode in the middle of the interstate. They were able to work on my truck first thing Monday morning, double checking every part of the vehicle to make sure it was safe for me to resume my long trip. The ladies in the office were super sweet and helpful while I was waiting on the repair. Thank you, G&T, I'm very grateful!

They let my truck to be stolen, literally stolen from their property as they left it outside of the gate with keys inside into the night (!) and after that basically said "here's some discount and that's it, not our problem, we don't care, it was your fault to a great extent".I won't recommend leaving anything valuable nearby this place, let alone giving these people access to your vehicle.My initial thoughts on this business were quite positive.My employees have been there on their way from the coast to Reno got a tire blown on my box truck in the middle of the night on a highway nearby. Damage from the tire explosion took out the electric fuse box. Got a towing truck that towed the truck to this place.Called them in the morning, asked for taking a look into it. And they did. Replaced the tire with a new one and patched the fuse box to some extent.I asked them about the price to make a permanent repair, they agreed to do it.All the time the truck been parked outside of the business. I rented another truck, got the cargo from the damaged one to a rented one.Got to the office and we had an agreement that they will park it inside the gated and fenced perimeter.They never did.They forgot that we had that agreement even though I had the agreement with the company owner himself and there were at least 2-3 other employees right next to us. They remembered that we had this agreement only after I reminded them about that.They told me that probably I left after they've left, which isn't true. I left in an Uber at 3:30 PM and they still were open for a good hour and a half after that.After that, they've been polite but quite dismissive and just offered some discount on the repairs after they've left my truck in an open field with keys inside.Some property has been stolen from the truck too.They've never called me on the missing truck, basically, someone from that area stole the truck and they thought that I took it.The person who stole the truck later returned the truck back.Again -- they never even called me back even after that.I only learned that something's wrong then I called at the date then it should've been ready for a pickup.Was it a good first impression? Yes.Was it the worst experience with any service company in my life? Absolutely. Yes.So if you're looking for a first impression or for a quick repair then you're sticking around - sure. But if you're looking for anything else - NO.Just find a decent truck repair company and you'd be happy you did.Service: Transmission

Great and knowledgeable guys. Damon came out on a road call and got the truck back operational to safely get back to the shop safely. Worked consistently to get the truck back on the road after brakes caught fire. If you need any work done coming between the California state line and Sacramento on 80, I d highly recommend and suggest using this shop.Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Had a bad alternator on my newly purchased shuttle bus. Hall's Towing recommended this place and they delivered! My bus was dropped off in the middle of the night and it was ready to go just after lunch. Sucks that I broke down but I guess I broke down in the right place. Thankful for the quick turnaround and excellent service!

Jones and Tyler saved the day for us. We were extremely desperate, turned away by several other shops, and they agreed to squeeze us in and take a look at our RV that wasn t drivable, at no extra charge. Fixed it in 30 minutes! Thank you so much to G&T!!!

Travis did two separate jobs for me in the span of a few days (my luck I swear) and both times he was very thorough, pleasant to deal with, and on the second time went above and beyond by finding and fixing issues I didn t even know I had. Excellent service! Broke down coming over donner on a Friday afternoon. Coolant everywhere. G&T had a guy out in 15 minutes. I was very impressed with quality of service. It s a horrible place to break down in the mountains but they got me back on the road within 2 hours. Thank you!

From the moment my teammate and I arrived we were quickly greeted with a warm welcome and they quickly began working on our tractor. Trailer parking was provided as well. Even though it was close to closing time they still gave us the service that we deserved and did not rush or reject us. They answered any and all questions we had to the best of their ability openly and honestly. Had An amazing experience with G&T Truck Repair! If you need a place to take your truck bring it here! Brought my F250 in after it experienced engine problems on highway 80 on the mountains! Had it towed to the location and they understood the urgency as I live 3 hours away and needed a fast diagnostic. They had the diagnostic done within 3 hours and gave me the information I needed to proceed with the repairs. They even had one of there guys help drive us into town to get a hotel for the night while we waited to the next morning. Highly recommend you take your truck here. Terrible experience. They kept my truck over a week to simply tell me what I told them when I dropped it off. Told me my batteries were dead and they had to install new ones and gave me a price for batteries and installation. I told them my batteries were good and I wanted mine put back in. Was told they were completely dead and the life of the batteries were most likely cut in half. I asked them to recharge my batteries and have them back in my truck so I can pick it up. Their suggestion to fix the problem in my ignition was to replace my entire steering column with another used one. This made no sense to me and when the owner got on the phone he told me my truck was left in the middle of everything and they had to open my dash and take apart part of my steering column to get it started. When I explained that didn't need to be done and that I simply jumped the starter solenoid with the key turned in the forward position. (This was explained when I dropped it off) He raised his voice and said well I had to do this to get it started. I have zero faith in their abilities and zero trust in them. I felt that I was being scammed with the batteries and the recommendation to put another used steering column in to fix a ignition switch problem. Felt their service was unprofessional. Had my truck fixed for under $300 at another well know diesel shop in Auburn.

I was recommended G&T by my concrete pumper who absolutely loves them. When it came time to have my 6.7 serviced I called them up to compare their price to ford and another local service place, and they are right on par. The owner George took his time to talk to me about the work, and Rick arranged for a ride home for me while they completed the service, and picked me back up when it was done. They keep a clean shop and their employees seem happy. They kept the truck overnight and they have a great yard that seems very secure. My truck was loaded with thousands of dollars of tools and nothing was messed with. Will be using them for my other vehicles and heavy machinery.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Second time I ve needed them. We were on a trip out of town and our RV brake was smoking. They sent a guy out in 25 minutes then pulled everything apart, checked it out and assured me that everything was ok. Phew!! We were back on the road in about an hour!!Best truck/RV service ever!!

Driving with the kids today, one of their service trucks pulls up next to my vehicle at stoplight.Noticed two giant $&@? Biden stickers on the back. My child asked why do people do that? How can I answer that question honestly with a child.I called and spoke to the owner, he was less than concerned. I feel that is very irresponsible as a business owner!I'd suggest you find another truck repair company that takes being a socially responsible business operator seriously!

The guys were prompt professional and very helpful! We broke down out of town and they were very helpful. It is scary to not be sure what is wrong on the side of the road. I can t find the words to express what a fantastic company G&T Truck Repair is to work with. The staff, especially Rick (front office) and Alex (mechanic) were the most gracious and helpful people I ve ever met. We have a mini school bus that we are in the process of converting to an RV, the Diesel engine had issues and they got it fixed up within 2 days. They provided road service and they stand by their word that they are not satisfied until the work is complete I ve never experienced such top notch follow-through. The tow company we used had nothing but compliments about the business and my experience substantiates the opinion. I would highly recommend G&T Truck Repair without hesitation.
