Best place to go get your vehicle taken care of! They stand by their service and everyone is friendly, Larry is amazing and goes out of his way for his customers! I take all my vehicles there and they never disappoint!

Charged me $120 for an alignment. What I got: Broken camber adjusters, torn CV boot, leaking power steering gearbox and pulling to the right with maxed out adjusters causing positive camber. AV Town and Country did fix the broken adjusters, but upon return the truck was leaking power steering fluid heavily and flinging grease out of the CV boot in addition to actually not being aligned. The truck didn't have these issues before I brought it in. Took it to Victorville Town and Country (different owners who are actually honest.) They verified the truck was far out of alignment, toe was off, 1.6 degree positive camber etc, tool hole puncture in boot and they corrected the issue. I had to rebuild the power steering gearbox and now have to get new CV boots. Take your business elsewhere, I recommend the REAL Town and Country in Victorville. AV Town and Country, these guys are crooks.

My go to place up here. Larry was incredible to get 2 of my cars in same day on the last minute for 2 oil changes. Got me in and out in about 2 hours on both. Would have taken the dealership all day!!! Sorry Kia maybe you should take some lessons here. Competitive prices on tires as well.. Thanks Larry.

We have used Town & Country for all of our tire needs since we moved to Apple Valley in 2016. I believe that has been 4 sets of new tires plus a few individual tires on 5 different vehicles including a 1 ton Ford 4x4. They have also fixed a few flats for us. Their service is great, they honor their guarantees without question and everyone is friendly and professional.

Expect to wait a FEW HOURS if you re not coming for new tires or a patch job. I called ahead of time and talked to someone on the phone, they told me there were ONLY 2 people waiting for a wheel alignment. I got there and was greeted by friendly service. Larry makes it sound good when he tells you to take a seat and we ll get you checked out . They take your keys so you feel obligated to wait. Well, I waited 3 hours for my wheel alignment to be done. They were short staffed too, which I took into consideration, but I didn t hear it from the staff, I heard it from another customer. I wish I d had known. They had 5 bays open. There was a lady before me, she waited for 5 hours for a brake job. Her and her kids were sick and she was hacking all over the place. I m not kidding, the vending machine, the couches and the bathroom. Her daughter even went to throw up. I felt bad because of the elderly people who were coming in. The staff didn t bother to have her reschedule or sanitize the place. They could have even gotten her outta there sooner too. I gave 3 stars for Larry being attentive when you ask how much longer, he actually goes and looks. I also thought the price was reasonable for a wheel alignment . When they drove my car to the back, it literally took no more than 15 min. The alignment sheet was helpful to look at. I d come back if I couldn t find anything closer. By the way, the prices for tires are inflated, go to Canos on Main St.

We had to end up going to a different place for our company they are incredibly slow we've had to pull our vehicles back after submitting them for repairs because things that should take a couple hours end up taking 8 to 10 plus hours or more.. the last straw was we brought the car in for an oil change and they wanted it for over 6 hours..

We called inquired about their Alignment service. We were told over the phone it will be $120 88 plus taxes. We thanked them and said we were on our way there and would be on our way. We came all the way from Victorville and only took us a few minutes to get there only to be told they can no longer take anymore vehicles for today as they were all booked. Awful customer service will not be returning back.

Town & country is by far the absolutely best tire shop I've ever been to Southern California. Larry, Anthony, and the rest of their staff is just the best people I've ever done business with when it comes to automotives. If I were to have anybody working for me, friends employees or family, I'd want them around everybody I know. They are fair, they are just, and they are efficiently surgical when it comes to test with brakes airbags and especially tires, replacing, patching, installation, troubleshooting, especially pricing. There is nobody that can compare to their price quality of work, would never a complaint.I not only recommend this tire shop for the high desert especially Apple valley but I will personally vouch for every single vehicle I have put in that shop I've never had one complaint. Support your local small business and all the families that put all their effort into excellent business from Town & country Apple valley. Thank you Larry and your whole staff.Zachary Zigler.

Okay High Desert... I absolutely Love doing business with these mechanics. I've brought both my cars religiously for oil changes and new tires, each time the atmosphere and gentlemen here are extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional, and have the best sense of humor when interacting with their customers, because if your like me I hate having to get car work done it's always been my experience like going to the dentist (could never leave without dropping a few hundred dollar). But NOT here, these guys are honest and stand behind their work 100%. Thank you Guys for always going above and beyond. I appreciate all your hard work.

These guys have been taking care of all my automobile needs for many years a lady, friends of mine car, and like my granddaughters car they always do a fine job above and beyond can t say enough good about what they do if you need tires brakes wheel alignments go in and talk to the guys they re great

I have never wasted my time leaving a negative review and I plan to never have to write one again. But I was going to this place for years. I brought in more than 3 vehicles (truck, jeep, and a Honda) for new tires and numerous other services.My previous experience will definitely be my last. I asked for an alignment, and they said I still had play on the tires, meaning I needed to replace my tie rod ends, lower ball joints, and upper control arms (which at the time I didn t know). I originally took it to Big Apple Auto, and they said I had bad tie rod ends, so I gladly replaced them. Then I took it to towns and they said the same thing. But wanted to charge me for a front end inspection, which I did not Consent to. They charged me $40 for doing absolutely nothing! I fixed the other two issues.!Afterwards I took it to Tire choice and they did my alignment with no problem. They also told me they would never charge for a front end inspection, even if there was okay. Just like Big apple auto.I was told that the original owner of towns unfortunately passed away. So whoever runs the show now is terrible. Who charges long term, LOYAL customers for something that petty. Not only are they grimy for such a small thing, they also are more concerned with making a quick dollar instead of the long term money they could have received from me. After spending thousands there, they will never received another penny from me.I will never go back. It s also the moral behind it, not about the dollar amount. I just bit my tongue and paid it, knowing how cheesy they were and how I knew at that moment that I was never going to go back.

Hands down one of the best places to get your vehicle setup. Ask for Larry or Anthony and you can't go wrong. I bring my own vehicles and my fleet vehicles here for tires,brakes, and oil changes. Always the best service from their entire staff. They stand behind their work and always a great price, can't ask for a better, trustworthy shop.

Take my car here regularly for the past 5 years. They are Honest, and reasonable prices. They take time to explain problems with no attitude or shadyness. I trust them to take care of my car, never a long wait to get work done. Recently they replaced the cheap lugnuts on my tires for strong, quality steel nuts at very good price. Happy with the work done.

I came in today and tried this place out. Despite being there ahead of others, this place chose to service others and pushed others ahead in the service line simply because they knew them, good prices but not worth it again due to the long wait time and obvious favouritism displayed today.

I have to write a review for this amazing place! Every time I come here, I feel like I'm working with family and people that truly care about me and my safety! Every person employed here is top notch and so very helpful. I refer everyone here. They always give the best price in town and then provide amazing customer service. Why would someone go anywhere else?? You shouldn't!

James and Larry run a clean, very friendly, and efficient shop. Their staff are helpful, hard working. I had four tires replaced in what seemed like no time. There was a great selection of coffee flavors and conversation so the combination of their speedy job and refreshments went well. I was also pleasantly surprised by the total bill. It was exactly what they said with no surprises.

I had a screw in my flat tire and needed a repair. When I called, I was told they weren't busy and to come right in. When I got there about 20 minutes later they were busy, but they still got me in and out within 15- 20 minutes!Also, I thought I might need new tires, but Larry assured me that I have plenty of wear on my tires and I didn't need new tires. Not only did they fix my tire, but they checked my brakes and the pressure on all my tires and put air in all four. My charge was only $15!They are very friendly, professional and most importantly, honest. My warranty recently ran out on my Lexus RX 350 so I have been looking for a new and honest place to come for oil changes, this is my new place! I happily recommend this Town & Country Tire in Apple Valley!

In a time when customer service has gone way down hill this place holds strong. Larry personally helped me through my issue and made me feel each time that he cared about getting it fixed. It s nice to know we still have places that care about good work as well as customer service.

Went in a few months back and got lots of work done behind the wheels plus new tires. 60 days later tires were worn down bad. I called Larry and brought it in and got it re aligned and 2 new tires no questions asked. That was 3 weeks ago and no issues. They stand by their work and products. Thanks to all the guys over there.
