Over priced used tires, i didn t catch the woman s name that worked there but she was super unhelpful. It s almost as if she didn t want any business! Someone else was standing there trying to get a refund and she gave them an attitude as well because she was too busy telling us why we couldn t use their jack. Even though my car could be seen from the car shop and I was willing to leave my expensive items there at the shop. Which didn t bother me!! It was the fact that she was being extremely rude about it and treating us like we were criminals or something. There was only one person there that was nice and genuinely trying to help, he was mid height with glasses. again i didn t catch his name but you were great!

It depends ' on who he hires for a day.. or week.. if the owner is not there .. don't bother with them. And make sure u get a receipt. His employees will pocket i..itiythitmoney

I purchased TPMS sensors to be installed on my vehicle and Cindy quoted me at $5-$10 per sensor for installation, including programming. When I arrived, the guy working there took the sensors from me and started doing things in the back with them. He came back and told me it costs $100 for installation.I told him Cindy quoted $5-10 for the installation and he told me that Cindy doesn't know what she's talking about since she just started work there and works part time. He said he called his boss and he won't budge from the price. I asked to speak with his boss but he said he wouldn't let me. I asked for his boss's name but he claimed he doesn't know his name since HE BARELY STARTED WORKING THERE.I threatened to leave at that point but he said he would have to charge me $50 for programming the sensors already. They totally scammed me.Take your car to America's Tire. Bet they won't rip you off there.EDIT: I paid them to get the work done because I didn't have time AND THEY STILL DIDN'T FIX IT!!!!!

I ve had to go here a few times throughout my pregnancy. They did not let me wait long at all.Anytime I ve gone here, I ve been taken care of. Doesn t matter what time. Doesn t matter what person you work with. They are all very helpful, very efficient, and very nice. The service process is equivalent to nascar speed if you need them to be.Keep up the great work guys! You are all Amazing!

I've bought a few used tires and many repaired, and every time I've been there, they have been fair priced and most time fast and courteous.

Fast, affordable and professional service. Came in right before closing with something in my tire. The service tech Johnny, hooked it up in under 15 mins and even removed another smaller piece of debris, at no additional cost. Will definitely come back again!

Called ahead twice and was told my tires were in stock. Made us wait 1 hr before saying they still need to pick them up. Came back an hour later and took another hr for them to start on my car. They were going to charge deposit on top of total price. Bad customer service. Price was fair.

I unfortunately had a bad experience here. Placed an order for one tire and the worker there said it would be there next day. So got off early from work. To make it simple, it was not the tire I wanted and although he offered a discount, it was not a good tire. Said I wanted a full refund and he said he would call me back. He didn't so I just showed up. Got my refund. Got much better service from America's Tire. Hope others have a better experience.

Excellent experience getting tires from these guys.Friendly, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to get you what you need. They knew they would have to stay after closing to hook me up and did, instead of having me come back the following day.Highly recommend this place, you will get a good deal.

Customer service is trash. Who ever worked 12/09/2022 8am at the apple valley location needs to be retrained on Customer service. Cocky little boy making 15 an hour thinks hes a king I guess.

Amazing customer service. I went to another place who tried to sell me another tire when all I needed was a patch. When I got here I was greeted right away. He took a look at my tire and was able to fix it. Even with 2 customers ahead of me, I was out of there within 30 mins. I highly recommend Jr's!!!

In the past, other workers were professional and prompt. As a new resident of Apple Valley I decided to make it where I would purchase all of the tires I needed for four family vehicles. Recently, I visited Jr's tires and was very saddened by the customer service I received from their employee, Anthony-- at least that's what he said his name was.He charged me $10 to check my tire for a leak, hung up on my husband as he was trying to ask questions, when it came time to pay for service, he quoted the price $25 more after the work was done, was rude when I called to inquire about picking up my tire and rim when I specifically said I needed my car for work the following day. He had such a disregard and was unconcerned, and stated he was closing 30 minutes earlier than he told us in the beginning and refused to write a receipt for the $145 my husband paid to repair a small crack in my rim.I thank God that I saw through his dishonesty as he tried to sell me four new tires that were not suited for a high-end vehicle such as mine. His rude and unprofessional attitude and customer service was so poor that my husband and I chose to go to American Tire Depot in Fontana from a referral and purchased four new tires (over $1,000) with a business who respected us as a valuable customer and treated us as such. Unfortunately, I will drive an hour away rather than 10 minutes to not visit Jr's Tires again. Good luck to those who choose otherwise.

75$ dollars for a Used tire they are too high he said 65 but The receipt said $75 buck low key I feel scammed never going back karma is a bad friend.

I xalled for a used tire that i xan buy brand new at americas tire for 40 bucks and rhey quoted me 55 bucks. Are u kidding me? Just be leary if ur a woman their gonna try and burn you!!!

Today is labor day and Jr's tires saved my life. I was out in Johnson valley and blew out 1 Tire and then replaced it with my spare and then that one blew out! Just my luck. I tired all Tire shops in the surrounding area and Jr's Tire was the only shop open! Showed up and gave me a great replacement tire for a great price despite being the only shop open! I recommend JR'S tires to anyone in need of service or desperate help! A++++++
