love jiffy lube. quick, straight to the point, especially when recommendations are made. Nice friendly customer service. at a dealership your driving out with a new car, at jiffy lube you drive out with the same vehicle you came in with :)

Way too expensive and didn't do the job requested. I went in for an oil and filter change and they didn't even change my oil filter. I checked the oil filter when I got home and it was still the old one! No fluids were checked and they were smoking cigarettes right in front of my truck during the the process and still charged me $170. I travel often and that's the most expensive oil change I have ever had with the worst service across multiple states.Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off. They are taking advantage of people at this location.

Was there 2 hours for an oil change only. There was only one employee there for the first hour. I paid $80 and that's with a 60% discount because I work for Instacart amd used the CarAdvise app. Otherwise, it would have been $150 for an oil change. Ridiculous. Unprofessional too. I saw them use my car to jump start another vehicle without asking me. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again.

Great experience this is the only Uber Lyft examination in area besides Lancaster, in and out under 15 minutes. Had time eat lunch and get back on the road.

$162 for a 7 quart oil change? How ridiculous! These prices are through the roof! They always try to sell you parts or services that you do not need! Customers beware!

Jiffy Lube ruined my engine!Update, no one ever called me back!My son took our car to Jiffy Lube because no other place was open for an oil change. When he left Jiffy Lube, he was on his way to Ontario (CA) only made it halfway when the engine started smoking and he had to pull over because the oil was coming out of the car. When the tow truck driver dropped it off at my house.The tow truck driver gave me a written statement that there was oil all over his truck. My neighbor and I check the oil and it was empty. Darren told us nothing but lies. This is why mechanics get a bad name.Service: Oil change

Zero stars. Horrible customer service, slow and rude. Drove all the way out there after work because they say they are open until 6. Got there more than 30 minutes before closing. Only needed a simple oil change and general fluid check. There are 2 bays, only 1 car in the bay 1 and no other cars around and was asked if I could come back tomorrow. Advised me there were more Jiffy lubes down the road. However they all closed at 6, and I was not going to waste 15 minutes and gas to get to another one to possibly be turned away too.Went to the store and passed back by the location around 5:50. Low and behold there was a different car in bay 2 with it's hood up and getting worked on.So why was I turned away before that car?

This used to be the best place for an oil change. But now they don't inspect anything on your car and some how my oil change cost 175$ wont be coming back. Got in my car and went to shift and my hand was covered in oil. And my steering wheel was disgusting. They came out and kinda cleaned it up but my steering wheel cover was ruined as well as a spot on my seat cover. So I just had to go buy a not so great set from Walmart cause that's all I could afford after the 175 oil change. I'm out over 200$ for this. Absolutely ridiculous.

I Stopped by For a Oil Change and The two Younger Guys Were very Helpful and Informative. I think there names were Alec and mark. Great Customer Service!!!Only Down Side I would say is there is no Management The bigger guy I dont remember his name but he was mostly in his office Hopefully Next time he could be more helpful. 6/10.

BUYER BEWARE!I have used this place before and have not had issues - until now. I had my oil changed two weeks ago on my 2006 car. (See attached) It never had any leakage issues until now. Either out of shear stupidity or malfeasance, based upon what happened to me - and what I saw and heard personally with an elderly customer who they took advantage of (her daughter came in and dressed down the employee for charging her mom hundreds more than quoted) - it s most likely the latter. In my case, they changed my oil, and then thereafter the engine leaked from two spots. When I took it back the following week and had one of their techs work on it, they claimed it was due to an oil pan leak. Incidentally, when I asked to see the manager, I was told He s out to lunch. My wife took the car back the following week because it was leaking even more so than before. (See attached photo) The manager was apologetic and asked her to bring the car back the next day. The following day while waiting to see the manager, another customer was complaining about the same issue. They brought their car in for an oil change and it started leaking profusely. Coincidence? This particular Jiffy Lube is not to be trusted. There is something seriously wrong with this business and the public needs to be aware.Service: Oil change

Hopefully the oil and filter actually got changed because their "Signature Service" is definitely a thing of the past. They don't check or top off the fluids, even when asked. They don't reset the oil change indicator. They don't put a sticker on your window either. They did however, raise their prices. This place is a disappointment.

This is the best Jiffy lube in the high desert by far! The staff is very professional and gets the job done right and quick every time! Anytime I come in for service I'm always greeted with a smile. Ask for Max! He is always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to what needs to be done. You guys definitely earned my business for years to come!!

As a first time car owner I had no idea how or what I needed to do as far as oil changes go so I found the nearest place that seemed like they could help me out and let me tell you that this was a great experience!These guys work quick and efficiently and the prices aren t bad compared to the other places nearby! 100% recommend coming here Edit: Forgot to mention that the guy who helped me out was named Max, I recommend you ask for him!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

They did a fantastic job the car, I still have the report from the last visit so I know what's wrong and get the Breaks and both filter's replaced next visit. I would recommend going in the morning or on a day that they are not so busy; You can usually get in and out depending on what you need done on your car

Gave these guys a call to see if they could service the transmission on my car on Saturday, they told me they could and to bring the car in, so I did. When I got there it was like they were hesitating, then they started asking me why did I wanted to service the transmission? I said because it needed one. Then they asked if the car was shifting hard? I said no, the car drives fine. "Let me see if we have a compatible oil for your car". A few minutes later a guy comes to the counter and asks; why do I want to service the transmission again. I said cause it needs it and I also asked what do you guys recommend? He said to have it serviced. But then he asked me for records of previous services, which I don't have. He said it was because they couldn't give me a warranty without me showing them said past service records. I told them just to do it, the car is a 2013 model "it's an old car" I said. He said let me check make sure we have the oil for your car. After all that he returns to the counter to tell me that they did not have the oil for the transmission and recommended for me to take it to a transmission specialist and that he was sorry for the inconvenience. Not going back to that place again.

Service was good quick and fast they even wash my windows thank you Max's customer service was awesome and on point I'm definitely going to be coming back for all my oil changes.... The office was even clean which is rare. Very Pleased.
