Happy Trails Automotive is always honest and takes great care of our cars. Everyone is nice and helpful. Carlie is always a pleasure when we bring our cars and takes great care of us. She explains what we need and why we need it. They never try to get us to do unnecessary things to our vehicles and never overcharge us. We will continue to take all of our vehicles there for small things like oil changes and brakes to big things like AC issues. Thank you Happy Trails Automotive for being the best!

I recently visited Happy Trails Automotive LLC for an oil change and was warmly welcomed as soon as I entered the facility. Upon further inquiry, I learned that this is a family-owned and operated business. I was impressed with the level of service provided by the staff, who were not only great people but also highly skilled in their work. Overall, my experience at Happy Trails Automotive LLC was excellent and I would highly recommend them for their quality service.

My first time here , my friend Grant recommended me and I am so blessed that he did! Very personable and to the point! My anxiety was at ease and I will be returning here for future needs on my car thank you guys so much oh and they are family owned !!

So happy to have found Happy Trails Automotive. We were told by the person who recommended them that there would probably be a wait, which I take to mean a place is popular. They were able to get our car in and fixed the day we called. Everyone was nice and the rates were fair. We'll be taking our cars here from now on.

These guys know their stuff and are ASE certified to prove it. Prices are great, and they kept me well informed of my repairs, discussed economical options, and advice on care and maintenance.

My 2003 Tundra needed its first Timing belt replacement at 95,000 mi. Mike from the cement plant referred me. It was ready for pick up the next day after dropping it off. The lady at the front desk was friendly. I was happy with their prices and service. Thanks everybody.

I have been going here for years, and I would not trust my cars to anyone else. They are honest, upfront and very well priced. Absolutely the best in the desert! They have worked on newer cars and older cars throughout the years and they can do it all! If you aren't bringing your car here you are doing yourself a disservice!

We are very pleased with their service. We got an appointment quickly and the car was checked over for its 70k maintenance, oil was changed, and everything was done in just a couple of hours. I am so glad that John has moved his business closer to where we live and it no longer requires off-roading to get there! I was able to walk over and pick the car up when it was ready, and as always, the price was fair and the service was great. Now that the car is no longer under warranty for service, we will be going here instead. Oh, and Toyota clamped the filter cap so hard that it had to be replaced - something I suspect that the Toyota techs do on purpose in hopes of getting more $ from their patrons at future visits. We also had Toyota tell us we needed new brakes when we did not, and a bunch of other services which it turned out, when we had John check the car, were not needed. Don't really trust Toyota's business model anymore at least as far as the service department goes.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

They don t make businesses like this anymore. Very welcoming family owned business, super accommodating and knowledgeable. John and daughter are amazing, John took me back to the service lift and walked me through everything he was doing, showed me the ins and outs, what was needed now, what would be needed in the future and if you are price shopping just stop and come in to Happy trails. The service and price by far the best, so honest, and knowledgeable. Most auto shops try to take advantage of lack of knowledge, overcharge, and push unneeded recommendations. Not here! I asked if they would install something for me that is not part of their normal services. Not only did they install the part that I wanted but did it for hundreds less than previous quotes. The staff there are always so friendly. This IS my mechanic!

We were having transmission issues on our road trip that forced us to stop. We were lucky enough to find this shop just before closing and they treated us great. I was expecting the usual "we are almost closed" but instead, they took a look! They were able to get us going again, and with the knowledge they gave us, actually made it back home (800 miles back home!). They saved our trip and as an Idahoan, showed us that there are actual nice and caring Californians left!We definitely highly recommend this shop for services!Service: Transmission

I was really happy with the service I received from Tony Esposito when this business was A Accountable Auto, but then Tony retired. When I saw that Jonathan and Carlie were rebooting this space as a mechanical repair facility, I decided to give them a try. Very glad I did. Nice people, good work, and fair prices. I've taken my car in three times for services large and small, and each time I've been happy with the results.

After my 2006 Prius broke down I got it towed to Happy Trails right before closing time on a Friday. They were really friendly and able to help me without any problems. By Saturday morning, I got the call that my car had been fixed and it was much cheaper than I had expected. Been running smooth for 2 weeks now. Thank you!

They are always awesome to work with, had my timing belt, water pump, and thermostat replaced on my tundra and they charged me less than half what the dealer quote for just the timing belt!They will give it to you straight there! I will forever take my vehicles to them.

John is the mechanic who would work on my Rolls Royce, if I could afford one! His ability and work ethic are the kind you found 50 years ago. Top quality work, fair price and complete trust you are getting more than you expect. By the way, that is my 72 Chevy pickup on his website. Yes, he does Hor Rods too!

I wouldn't trust my car to any to anybody else. John has taken care of mine and my moms cars for years and we have never been disappointed. Good honest work is done here, I promise you wont be disappointed with the work.

When I purchased my car I brought it in to have a diagnostic run on it to ensure the car had no problems...was thankful when I received the goid news..... I am grateful for the reminder had it nir been for that service I would have forgotten that I was due to have my Transmission drained and filled. I ve been going to Jon for service since I was 15. This whole family knows what they re doing and takes care of whatever the hell is wrong with your car and doesn t hurt seeing Carly at the front desk, she s great!
