They honor there warantee well there kind helpful they know there parts and they charge batteries for free and have tool loan just leave $$$ deposit and you get it back always have low prices or they will match others shops prices it's a no brainier it's auto zone where your treated like #1

I've been coming to the store for a few years and I have to tell you Jessica really stands out she's always super helpful always super energetic just a pleasure to come in and spend money with I always look for her when I can but to be truthful everybody there I've dealt with has been awesome.

I just want to say that Nico is awesome! He was very helpful with purchase and helped me install my licence plate light which was not an easy job! He was polite and made sure that I was happy with the results! Thank you Nico! Oh - give that boy a raise !!!

Had a manager change the part I ordered then when the wrong one came in a week later got lied to and was told the company didn't flash pcm anymore when I am warrantying one that I bought from custom order because it had to be flashed... Then was lied to a couple of days later by the same manager that oh it was the parts house that made a mistake and sent me the wrong pcm for my car..and that it was going to take another 16 days to get my part.. over 3 weeks and several times being lied to a d I still don't have my part...was told it would be in Monday..no part.. then it was Tuesday.. no part.. incompetent service is what you can expect from this store...

Love this store. Coo employees always willing to help. Today they went above and beyond with there help today. Service is always great and I believe the guys name was Josh. That guy helped me out and fix a issue that shops couldn't even fix just by his knowledge. He saved me alot of cash. Appreciate u man and appreciate the staff. Great store and very knowledgeable.

Been to many Autozones but let me tell you that in my experience from LA to here, there is a huge difference between customer service to just being able to walk in and feel welcome! It's a good feeling knowing someone will always be able to give me a hand!

I am never disappointed with the service at my local AutoZone store. Products are easy to find and the store is clean and well lit. There are friendly staff members ready to help me find what I need. Often, I order online and pick up "in store" the following day. Also I am notified with a friendly phone call whenever my parts have arrived for pickup!

Very clean and organized and aware of social distancing. Customer service is great Jonathan A. really helped me with the parts I needed, he was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Though it took a week to get a response once I got in contact with management they quickly and efficiently resolved all issues.

My battery was dying and I needed a replacement so I went to AutoZone and David not only helped me pick out the right battery but he also installed it for me for free and took the old battery to be recycled. You also get a $22 dollar discount on the new battery when you choose to recycle the old one with them. Thanks again David!!

The wait wasn't too bad to get help.Asked a worker for a light bulb for my vehicle. Dude rattled off the aisle and part number so fast, I had to ask him a few times.Went to get the bulb. It was a two pack and one of the bulbs was burnt, the package was opened, and taped back together! How is that even remotely possible!?Was ready to walk out and the dude gave me the good bulb for free because "he was gonna to throw it out any way".

Had a great experience today. Hubby sent me in for a thermostate for his truck. Excellent customer service. Even let me take pics to send to hubby to choose the best part. Guy with the beard is super helpful. Thanks.

Great place to replace parts for my car, personal is friendly and are able to help with problems that are hard to resolve. I order a part for my car, but didn't fit and they helped me find the right one plus made the refund process smooth. If they don't carry the part they will call somebody that does and will go far and beyond to resolve individual problems. Best.

Worst location. Terrible customer service. Stopped coming here a while back for the same reason. Picking up parts for my brother, 5 guys at the counter and no acknowledgement or asking if I need help. Duh, I'm waiting in your designated line, of course I need help. SMH. That's why I go to O'Reilly across the street. They greet you as soon as you walk in, and always asking if I need assistance. Oreilly is the best auto parts store customer service in my opinion.

Very helpful employees. I called ahead to make sure they had the right part for me at this location. I told them I could not come by to pick it up right away. They said, "Not a problem we will hold it for you for." Went by later that day to pick it up and I was all checked out and on my way home with my part.

When calling to check on a part if its come in they put you on hold til phone disconnects after 10 plus minutes. Call back waiting 7 min...nothing. I am calling to check and see if part is in so i dont waste more time and money to drive to store. Solution...you need to have dedicated phone person, or call people when part comes in...which doesn't happen. Customer service is lacking.

The only bad thing about this place is that is small,, because customer service is the best ever had, friendly y really polite, customer service is fast they don't like to keep you waiting but if u must it's only lest then 5 minutes. They even have popsockets for the phones..
