I needed to get a set of high quality tires for a cross country trip. I chose the Goodyear Endurance ST tires. They have a stellar reputation. The staff at America's Tire on Outer Highway 18 in Apple Valley, California were also outstanding. I made a same day appointment and everything went smoothly. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend this shop!

Bought new tires a couple months ago, didn t get the warranty, but I picked up a screw in the sidewall of one of my tires, the guys took care of me anyway. Great customer service!

My family and I have done business with America Tire for years and never have I had service So Horrible. I called and ordered 4 new tires for my vehicle was told they had them in stock and if not they could get them by the next day. Made my appointment almost a week in advance. Received text messages verifying my appointment. I show up and they don t have my tires, try to sell me something else when they recommended these tires. I asked to speak with the manager and he was the one who I spoke with on the phone. The only thing they could offer me was Sorry we can see if we can get the tires sometime later that day no guarantee. I work 2 jobs at 2 different hospitals 12 hours shifts. My family and I business will be taken somewhere else. You lost a Loyal Customer.

Great store. My second set of tires from this business. Had bought a set of PZeros over a year ago and now bought a set of Falken GT Sport. Mechanics changed tires quick, was in and out in around 30 minutes.Definitely recommend

Poor customer service. they tell you your tread is low when you have bought the tires from them and they refuse to honor your tires warranty or certificate they charge you for 46 dollars for each tire- bought tires here for year- never again. went to another tire shop and they fixed NAIL in tire in 5 minutes and said tread was ok on tire?

Refused to rotate & balance tires because they wanted to sell $75 lug nuts, mine are brand new and high quality. Would not recommend coming here, bad customer service experience.

Sat in the line for air for 10 minutes at 800am plenty of workers standing around I waited until a line starting to back up the easiest thing is getting air no one came but they all so me and said nothing

Absolutely awesome, I'm a mechanic by trade so I'm weirdly super picky about who touches my vehicles, works on them and how and what was done to them. Everytime I've ever gone in here whether it was my trailer, truck, car or wife's car to get tires or work done they have been over the top, courteous and even handle my needs without complaints even when I keep changing them up.This time around I had new wheels and tires installed on my truck almost 2 months ago and had purchased the sensors and wheels somewhere else they installed them. A week later the pressure sensors still weren't working they checked it out suggested it might be the truck and the dealer. Dealer said it wasn't the truck. So I went back to America's Tire and took them my old wheels and tires and had them dismount the new and the old tires to get the original sensors out to put in like I should have done the first time. They handled everything even when I should have ate it. Now my truck is happy again and in ecstatic. Thank you

2nd time here in 4 months. Once for my car and now for my boat trailer. What a great experience. So helpful and fast. Tyler was outstanding. When I pulled in Tyler and the other AT team were on it. Very responsive and quick to help.Great job America's Tire.

I had to get tires last minute so didn t have the luxury of min/max -ing price online and having them delivered. Ended up going with the yokohama yk740 gtx 215/50r17 because they were in stock and were recommended by staff. Thought I had overpaid for what I needed. Nope these are amazing. Not bad performance for $150/tire. Very happy with the purchase and got my car back within the hour. Highly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of being served by Tyler who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The young fellow mechanic who worked on my car was likewise very friendly and efficient. I had the tires rotated and balanced and two new tires installed. I was in and out in 30 minutes flat!

Pulled up and they helped me. It was a quick free fix! Patched my tire it had a huge screw in it. Thanks a bunch! Awesome service clean and respectful.

Very quick service I was in and out within 35 minutes and Mike was able to get me few tire options with quotes for a set of 4 All Terrain tires for my son s 2005 Chevy Colorado. Very happy with their walk in sales and service and even though I did try using their website it was actually better to go in and talk to someone as the options I got on site were not online.

This America's Tires is very fast and very professional. This is definitely a full service tire shop. They even gave me a Band-Aid for the blister my shoe was giving me. Mostly, I went there for my tire that was losing air and they showed me exactly what the problem was, let me come back and view it, put it in water and showed me the spot it was leaking, from the pothole I ran over the other day. Be carefully put my old Tire in a bag so it wouldn't mess up my trunk with dirtiness.. they think of everything to help. I really appreciate they're caring spirit!

We have purchased tires from here for over 10 years, on five different vehicles. The last time they worked on my husband's car tires, they broke a wheel lug on one of his tires. On top of that, the manager refused to honor the warranty on my SUV tires. Needless to say, we no longer shop with America's Tire. We hope no one else has this type of experience here, because before we were loyal customers before the decline in customer service.

I always have a good experience at America's Tire and I have been going to this particular shop for quite a few years now. Employees are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Yesterday I was helped immediately and received a good price on a new set of tires. Work was completed quickly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I had a nail in the front tire, been with them for over 30 years, this car didnt have their tires on it but they fixed the flat anyways no charge and the service was fantastic in apple valley ca of the 18 was amazing . thanks again. Ronald.

While vacationing in Big Bear, I experienced a flat on Christmas eve. The local garages were closed on Christmas and when opened were hesitant to make the repair. I drove down the mountain on a convenience tire to this America's Tire and they got me in immediately and replaced the tire under warranty from Discount Tire. Guillermo assisted me with friendly and professional service and never tried to add-on or require payment. Everything was covered under the Discount Tire warranty. Definitely worth the drive. I recommend this business highly.

Wow. Those guys were fast and efficient. I had a 10am appointment for a tire rotation and balance and was out by 1030am. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Thanks guys.

Great service the only time a tire warranty was worth while. Because they have so many locations I got a new tire replacement in the next morning.Just beware this site on bear valley Rd in Apple Valley has asphalt bump in front of the driveway the city won't repair so enter slowly or you could damage your under carriage on a low riding car like an Audi sedan.Staff was responsive helpful and resolved my issue quickly. If the damage wasn't so bad I could have gotten a patch and been done in 30 minutes. They swapped my spare on ordered the replacement and had me back 8am to install the new tire they had to order in because my car doesn't have a common size tire. Thanks guys!
