I did not go 2the Concord Midas facility because I was told, over the phone, that an electric power gear was only warranted 4 3mos &I had gotten mine installed a yr, ago. I really think it's the gear box that I bought because both door switches r inoperable.I'm looking 4another vehicle 2buy. Thank u...

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! RUDE AND SNEAKY!Saw the advertisement for the $24.99 road package and scheduled an appointment for 2 of my cars. Scott was the one who scheduled the appointment and I told him at the time of scheduling what kind of cars I had. I confirmed with him the price would be 24.99 plus tax and disposal fees and he said yes. Fast forward to day of the appointment for 1st car. My 16 year old daughter goes in to get the oil changed and they tell her $83.31. She calls me and they said that the oil change special was not for synthetic oil, which my car took. I then called the store directly and spoke to Scott. I told him that when I called to schedule the appointment and confirmed the pricing, he should have told me that it was not valid on the cars I was scheduling. He then barks "Well what do you want me to do?! What do you want?! The car is up on the rack already drained." I said, "Put the conventional in it." He then yells to someone else, "hey we're putting conventional in that one." I told him thank you and was in the middle of saying that we would do the same for my other car when he hung up on me. The MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME. At no point did I yell, curse, call names, anything. He was most unprofessional. I called back immediately and spoke to him again. I told him I did not appreciate being hung up on and I wanted the general manager's name and phone number. He wouldn't give it to me, said for me to call the 800 number. I said thank you and we hung up. I called corporate immediately. They said they'd have someone contact me within 3 days. Two weeks later, I call again. Same thing. A week later the regional manager, located in Los Angeles, calls me to offer a free oil change at any Midas. I refuse, saying I want a full refund at this point. He says that Antioch Midas is a franchise and they are currently closed down. That he would have to call the franchise owner to get my refund. Says he'll call me back the next day. That was June 23 and today is July 8. Next step is BBB.Service: Oil change

I've been coming to Midas ever since my wife and I moved to Antioch and I plan on coming here for almost all of my automotive needs. Their customer service is top notch. I have never been disappointed with the work they have done on my car. They are always concerned with the customer's safety and satisfaction. I'm hooked.

i had a wonderful experience at this shop.. they came highly recommended.. and i understand why .both the father and sun was very patient with me as i was confused and had lots of questions.. I truly appreciate them and wud definitely go bk and refer them..

Made an appointment for 10am and they didn't have my truck back to me until 12:30pm for literally just an oil change and a drain plug replacement. The technicians had to call me at 11am and ask where my drain plug was . Wont ever come back here.

It took twice as long to get done, but Justin did a good job dealing with a loud and disruptive customer who arrived after me. He didn't try to sell me anything else or talk down to me. He had his hands full and managed to take good care of me.

Told us our one year old Michelin tires needed replacement with 11,000 miles on them. We purchased them from Costco a few blocks away so I went straight to Costco and they told me Midas didn't know what they were talking about that almost 3/4th of the tire tread was left on each tire. This Midas location also recommended brakes on the rears that I got replaced at Midas Vista CA a couple of weeks earlier. When I showed the receipts for the tires and brakes the manager said, "Whoops!" I've patronized Midas for more than 50 years with dozens of cars. Boy have they slipped. Be careful and ALWAYS get a second opinion.

Words can not Express the care that Scott and his team did to make everything alright. There were a lot of obstacles in getting our SUV fixed but it got done. Going to see Scott and his team is just like family, that's how he made me feel. I've turned other family members on to Scott. Thank you midas family.1200 Auto Center Dr. Antioch, CA

I bought a deal on living social that they claimed to no longer honor for some bullshit reason. But 10 bucks off a super expensive deal. Uh, it was multiple oil changes, did you expect me to get them all at the same time? Stupid place. Went across the way to Meineke... they know how to treat a customer.

ripped me off originally but I was in a hard place be careful ...I was grateful but didn't need a transmission flush and they did it anyways after I told then.no but what could I do after they did it and opened me a line of credit just enuff to cover all the charges?

Mark your tires! If you come in for there maintenance package which is an oil change, filter, and tire rotation. Make sure that they actually rotate your tires. My father brought his truck in for this package and they did not rotate his tires. I brought my truck in for this package deal and they did not rotate my tires. I knew because I mark my tires. One other thing if they are to inspect the brakes as per their deal how can they inspect the brakes if they do not remove the tires? So be warned if you're paying for this service and if they don't do what is in the service plan you're getting ripped off. When I caught that they did not rotate my tires and I told them to do it I was treated with scorn and disrespect because I caught them cutting corners and basically stealing customers money.

Don't have a exhaust person that can do exhaust work and the guy that said he can do patch work just named a price to put a few bucks in his pocket but couldn't tell me if the patch work would even last. Customer service is bad I wouldn't go here for nothing.

I used trust midas with my car repairs until today. I will not say all was bad people. MR. SCOTT beware of this man. I couldn't even get my car tow home just beacuse he didn't want to put a few bolts on my car so I can have it TOWED safely to my HOUSE safely. So they ZIP TIE my piston caliber with is part of my brakes system. You heard me right ZIP TIE. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!!!

This location out of so many is one that does not have or honor the online price of the 19.99$ oil change they wanted 39$ for a 2002 hyundai so i just opted to do it my self . Had enough space this time so i Thought my fiance how to do it as well next time she said she can try herself .

The manager is a Jerk behaves very rude and talk to customers like a Boss. Every time I go there for there oil they don't have time and asks me to come next day. They deserve 1 star

MR. SCOTT has helped me out every time i go in there.the work they do is top notch.But just because they do this work all the time dose not mean they can find out all of the thing's wrong with your car,they are human beans and we all make mistakes, so remember they are not god's that work here they are men and woman just like you,so treat them with respect

I brought my vehicle into Midas on Wednesday for a major tune-up and tires they did the tune-up on Wednesday I was supposed to bring the vehicle back on Thursday for them to put on the tires brought it back Thursday they put on the tires but now my engine has blown outand no one has an explanation of why the owner won't speak to me and the service rep looks like a straight drug addict this place is unprofessional they will take your money and not do the work correctly very poor performance

If your looking for a shop that keeps it real this is the place their not trying to beat you out of money their soul concern is the repairs on your car being done at a reasonable rate

Fast service with good attitudes from the front desk. Advise was given during my visit.
