Amazing team and really good prices. I was in a rush and they got my car out in 20 mins.They also pulled my car information to help maintain the longevity of my vehicle.Will be coming back for more services with my other vehicles.

These company is so excellent & professional from the time you walk in to the time you leave the service is Elite! They offer coffee, water, alkaline at that in a clean & safe environment. I had the pleasure of working with a young man named Bobby and he was very professional, transparent about my services and the options I had. Upon getting your oil changed they also wash your windows, vacuum your floor and do other services for additional cost. But I am very impressed. This is the best place in Antioch, I'd even say the bay area period.

While driving my car this morning I noticed my panel under neath my car was hanging low, which caused a LOUD embarrassing noise. So I drove to the nearest place I thought could help. Soon as I pulled up I was ACKNOWLEDGED by the OWNER. I immediately told him the problem I was having he said no problem we can take of that for you. I didn't have to make an appointment to get help so I was really HAPPY about that as well. It was such a good experience definitely will be going back for FUTURE services. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

Hello everyone i recently went to this establishment earlier today and the customer service was okay . and yet i paid 61 dollars for one oil change , and no vacuum as promised, nor i believe there was air put into my tires . i ve worked hard for my money , as well as anyone and i was dissatisfied with the results of my decision to go there today .

My review is long overdue. I've been going to Grease Monkey at this location for years with both of my trucks. YES! Amazing Customer Service, Everyone of the guys are professional, respectful, and friendly. I'm a 72yr young woman, and the Manager makes me feel safe and protected everytime. I went to mobile, they told me I had to leave my car for the day, 15 minute oil change, had no employees there, and finally here. They were available, professional, and most importantly handled my oil change in 30 minutes. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

175.00 to tell you they can't figure out what's wrong. Lied and said they put gas in but it needs a gas key. Radiator cap was barely on few weeks later radiator overheats.

It's only my second time coming here, but it has been a great experience both times. They're very helpful, quick, and accommodating. I remember I felt very nervous and out of place when I first came, but they helped alleviate that. They were understanding and thorough in their explanations when needed. Prices are fair and they do an amazing job. They definitely go above and beyond! Definitely recommend! I'll be coming back for their other services as well :)

I needed the PSI checked on my tires and added oil.The Grease Monkey was a life savor!Staff were very professional, patiently awaiting customers early morning very helpful & informative regarding my service needs.I recommend this location when passing through Antioch or just a resident of this town. Amazing customer service from the phone call and after I pulled up. Car sound better and it was done faster than expected. Really appreciate the cleaning service they offered and let me know what extra care can be done for the car they ve earned a lifetime customer

Grease monkey is my go to place to change my oil! They are so efficient, professional, welcoming and judgement free! I highly recommend grease monkey! I will be going to get my 100,000 mile services done on my vehicle. If you want an oil changing service that values time then grease monkey is the place to go. I always go to speeder and end up having to wait at least an hour! I will never do it again! Grease monkey is A1 and quality service!Service: Oil change

I'm in & out with 25 min for a basic oil change. The manager remembers my car needs slightly less than 3 qts of oil & ensures it's done correctly.

I usually use Valoline. However, I needed to save time, so I went to the Grease Monkey. BEST SERVICE EVER! 10 miles out of my way from home, but I will use moving forward. Mr. Bobby Barnes was polite, efficient, and accommodating. Keep up the great service . I manage a customer service team and expect this level of service from my team. Five stars are not enough! Out of all the oil changing spots i've been to grease monkey always goes above and beyond with their services , i've been getting all my oil changes here for about a year now and i have not had any issues with my vehicle . Staff is friendly and effective at communicating the costs/any additional services your vehicle might need. They're quick and get the job done on time !Service: Oil change

I went in for a quick oil change at 15 minutes prior to closing on a Sunday. They were friendly and accomodating. Gave me a list of service items buy didn't pressure me to do any. Made me aware. I went back the following morning for a tire rotation/ brake inspection. These guys are fast and professional. I'm glad I found them. Took my car in last min and they had it done in a hr but I was so busy and couldn t pick it up so they worked with me in keeping my car for a couple of days til I could pick it up. Their service is AMAZING. From the moment I called, Bobby was super helpful. I went way over the time I was supposed to get an oil change so I was worried something might happen to my engine. When I called, they got me in right away. The price was fair, service was fast, and very professional. 10/10 DO recommend!

If you re looking for a oil changer.. look no further! My husband & I were impressed with the professionalism & friendliness displayed at Grease Monkey. The business was clean & welcoming with complimentary drinks. The owner was very attentive to our needs & serviced our vehicles in a timely & efficient manner. I have been a customer of Grease Monkey for years. While they have gone through a few ownership changes over the years, they are consistently excellent. This service visit, November 2021, was also outstanding.My car was attended to with any long wait. A full explanation of the condition of my vehicle maintenance, without any undue sales pressure, was very appreciated. Bobby treated me like a valued customer and was extremely professional.My bill for the visit was in line with my expectation.This is a company worth my full support.Just to be clear, I do not have any previous personal or business relationship with any employee of the company. Im always cautious about taking my BMW to new places to get oil changes or any maintenance but after getting serviced at Grease Monkey I definitely feel like I finally have a go to spot for any maintenance in the future.The crew here is super prideful of their work and they get you in and out in no time. Prices are fair and the shop is in a convenient spot thats easy to get into. The owner is on top of everything and the waiting room was comfortable.Love to see it.Service: Oil change

Wonderful service! All the employees are nice and hard working. I got a transmission flush and my car is running so much better now. The owner has so many services, he can do almost anything. Prices or extremely reasonable for what you receive. I didn t get an oil change but I heard they will vacuum the carpet for free with that service which I thought was unique and very kind of them. I have nothing but positives. They do get busy fast so get there fast and be one of the firsts. It seems like a small staff but they are mighty. When I went I noticed that the owner was in a wheelchair do to a sudden incident and he was still working his hardest with his crew. I applaud them and their service!

These guys were recommended to me by five of my friends. I can tell you after going there. My friends were not wrong. This place has good energy. They will take care of you and your vehicle. If you are looking for quality, reliable service, that is worth your money. Go here. I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. I had called around to a few different shops before I was recommended Grease Monkey. Every one of those shops tried to overcharge me and they only offered to do just the brakes. Grease Monkey doesn't play around, they do brakes AND rotors for the same price as the other guys. They also did a full inspection and topped off my fluids before turning my vehicle back over to me! I am so happy I took my car here. I will be bringing my vehicles to Grease Monkey for as long as I live and as long they are open for business. They've earned my business forever.
