I feel since I was a women by myself, I was treated differently than the males. I went in for a wheel alignment on Saturday 2nd. While waiting in the lobby. A male customer walks in to pick up his car. As the gentleman at the desk proceeded to closed the customer tab out, explained what was the findings during the maintenance requested. He took the time to explain and answered all questions in clear detail that I understood. When my turn approached, the gentleman at the corner handed me my alignment sheet and said have a good day. Never explained any findings or why my front wheel was red and negative. I had to ask, then was told I needed new tires, The mechanic that did the wheel alignment spoke to me as if he was just telling me anything to get me out of the store. I still have no ideal what caused the negative front wheel. He also proceeded to say parts just wear over time causing the negative. When I asked if I needed new parts he said no, which contradicts his original statement.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Especially, Ken. I had a trip planned and they managed to get me back on the road as scheduled. I had gone to "another tire shop" and they were rude an unhelpful. This will be my go to place now. Especially with the Hours of operation being open everyday.

It was no hassle and I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of as a woman. I went in for a set of new tires. The store manager was honest when he said that I also needed new brakes because they were dangerously worn. Unbeknownst to him, I knew this to be true. My brakes had been squeaking for months and a year ago I was informed that I would need new ones within 6 months. Finally, though the store closed at 6:00, I overheard him tell a customer on the phone that they would remain open beyond that time to make her repairs. The parts had been late arriving. All in all, kudos to the Antioch, CA Firestone store.

I would not recommend this store,I had an 9 am appointment to have my oil changed and an hour and a half later they still had not started working on my car so I canceled my appointment and left without any service being done,I thought an appointment meant something,I guess not at this store.

Went in to have a air pressure sensor for the same tire has come on, for the third time. Got to drop it off before going to my teaching session and got the news that the tire was fixed before I got out of class. Yay, me!

Thoroughly disappointed in my experience. I walked in to an empty store and waited for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The person to acknowledge me, with a head nod, was working on a car nearest the window separating the lobby and the garage. 5 minutes later he nodded again. Still didn t get anyone to help me. 5 minutes after that, he walked over to a desk by the window to answer a phone call. Looking at me for a 3rd time, he put the call on hold and walked back to the car he was working on. Giving up I walked out. The guy watched me get in my car and drive away making no attempt to assist. Bummed because I really needed work done on my car.

I been a customer of Firestone for 20 years and the customer service was very good, now they have Dejon at the front desk and he has pretty bad customer service. I made an appointment for oil change and they took 2 1/2 hours Dejon never call me to tell me that the car was ready and he didn't want to give me a paper receipt. Very disappointed I will never go back it seems like Dejon doesn't know what he is doing.

Best customer care ever. They were about to close and I came in on Labor Day and asked for help with a situation I just got into in the highway and they agreed to help me. I don t know the other guy s name that did the service but Ken talked me through it while my tire was getting fixed and it all was so quick and the price was great. I wish I could credit the guy who did the service for me by name, but regardless they were both incredibly kind and helpful and went out of the way to provide incredible customer service. Soon after purchasing my car, I had Firestone do a transmission fluid flush, an oil change and flip a tire around that was installed backward (not by them). This work was performed on 3-14-2019. If I'm correctly remembering the tire they flipped around went flat and I had to bring it back so they could fix it again. I was not impressed with their quality of work at the time but it was not uniquely terrible, so I did not bother to write a review.A few days ago, I inspected my car and noticed the fill plug on the transmission was gone, this happens on Honda civics when the vent for the transmission becomes clogged. I bought myself a new plug and a quart of transmission fluid. When I removed the check plug, I was not expecting fluid to come out as I could tell it had lost some fluid from the mess under the hood. Much to my surprise fluid poured out of that hole, almost a quart worth. When I put the plugs back in, I took it for a test drive and it drove beautifully, as opposed to before when I was thinking the transmission was wearing out in it. Firestone dramatically overfilling the transmission made my car less enjoyable to drive for years and likely significantly hurt the fuel economy and caused unnecessary wear on the transmission.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

Do NOT use this place. Scheduled appt at 12pm, as of 2:30pm had not even touched my car for oil and brakes. Ridicules!

10 years ago fire stone used to be a very nice place where you feel comfortable and very happy about service. Now it s just dirty inside. Customer service no good at all no help with nothing whatsoever. I will never recommend this fire stone to no one.

Brought my car in early for my 9AM alignment appointment. Was told immediately if I don't drop it off they will not work on it. Typically if you leave drop off your car it's not a priority or worse yet it doesn't get worked on. I made an appointment for nothing i guess. Waste my time and gas for no service. The worst Firestone service I have received. The reviews about Antioch store are mostly negative for a reason. A call would have been appreciated in advance to let me know if they can't honor my appointment.Service: Wheel alignment

We got a nail in our tire on Hwy 4. We pulled right off the freeway and luckily found this place. They tried to fix the tire, but it was un-repairable. They had the tire we needed and were back on our road trip in about 45 minutes. The waiting room and front area are pretty run down and could use a facelift. De'Jon at the front desk is great!

Had a blow out in highway today. Boo. I had the vehicle towed to Firestone without appointment and i was up and running in no time. I had a tow and service all in 2 hours time. Wow right!! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I feel comfortable and safe as i drive away everytime my car is serviced. They have not let me down yet. Much trust here.

I made an appointment for Tuesday 5.31.2022 at 0800am.i left my car there.when I returned at 3:30pm my vehicle was still sitting in the same place where I parked it. Of course I was a little upset, but the manager convinced to bring it the next day and he would do it for free. So I returned my vehicle at 830am on Thursday 6.1. It was there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Well they did the oil, but the tires were not rotated. I would have whether paid and got the job done right. Needless to say. I will not be going there again. The crazy part is, I work for the largest company in that area and was told by several coworkers not to take my car to them. Next time I'll listen.

I have been taking my cars to Firestone for years. Car maintenance is essential to maintain cars running smoothly and reliable. Firestone is the place for me and I highly recommend it.

Wow. Where to begin. Unkept. Messy. Untrained in people skills. Two days for a brake job. Rear only. Brought in at 10:30 am. Highly NOT recommended. Then sent a bill. "OIL CHANGE ". Never approved. Stay away...

Poorly maintained building, even for the part of town it's in.I can't speak for customer service, as this location looks to be closed on Sundays despite the business "updating" the hours six days ago, according to Google.

I brought my car in at 830am for a wheel alignment and balance. When I realized it was 530pm and they hadn t called i called them and I m pretty sure they didn t even know it was there. I scheduled an 830 appointment by phone for an oil change and my car was not done until 11 AM. I have been using this location since 1985 and today I realized the same sofa full of tears and rips it s still there. It is not kept up and it s dirty. I hope that corporation will do some updates to this location because I really don t wanna go anywhere else. Service has been lacking since the Pandemic.

We always go to Firestone! They put a new battery in my car in less than 30 minutes and it is a Diehard battery which is one of the best! He checked all fluids, pressure in the tires and tread. Customer for life, try them!

This man Gilbert was rude and disrespectful to me. I simply asked if my car was ready and he told me that if I didnt like the service I could go somewhere else. I bought the tires for my car here time ago,and I also paid for this service.(Alignment) What a lack of disrespect from this person.And I waited for more than 4 hours to get my car's alignment. I'll never go back here.

I arrived on time,the crew said will help me momentarily, but I didn't know that I have to wait almost an hour to get help at, then he said he's ready to help me, then I asked how much time to wait for the service to be done? Then he said 2 hours, 2 HOURS PLUS THE AN HOUR FOR THE WAIT?REALLY?IS THIS THE NEW SERVICE FOR THE APPOINTMENT WEEKS TO MAKE?I'm starting to think about changing my service provider.

Only problem was my car was promised to be done at 3 and it wasnt, even though I had an appointment and dropped it off at like 8:30/9. They got irritated when I called at 3:30 to check on the car and then told me it would be ready before they closed at 6. (It was ready at 4). Otherwise the job was done great. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

I went here to get a tire change that same day my check engine light turned on and another light called Auto LSD as I was driving on the freeway the car began to shake loudly and it was very scary.I went back to ask about it and they said a tire change doesn t cause for the engine light to turn on and they said they don t know what auto LSD was. One of the workers told me to take the car to Firestone in Brentwood.I went to Firestone in Brentwood and thankful they helped me. Apparently something from my engine that filters air was NOT CONNECTED and the worker there connected that filter back and the engine light and the Auto LSD light turned off.I went to Firestone at Antioch all I asked for was a tire change, why was anyone touching my engine ?I understand in the morning they were busy, but not being careful enough to connect everything back together is very irresponsible.

AWESOME! CARING! GREAT WORK, HONEST! CHRISTMAS SAVER! It was Christmas Eve, we (the family) had just drove 8 hours from Southern Ca for a family Christmas Eve gathering in Northern CA. . We noticed a flat tire dropping the dogs off at their sitter. We hobbled to the first tire place we could find and the guys were closed and ready to go home. We were stuck 30 miles away and already late from our family destination. Nothing was open the next day during Christmas. John and the guys stayed over to pull the found nail out of my tire, fix it and send us on our way. We will NEVER forget the workers here. He kept saying don t worry. We ve got you covered. We will take care of you and the did. If I lived out there, I would only go to them for all of my tire needs. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
