This had to be the best shop that I have ever taken any of my autos to in my 82 years of being around California. It had many accommodations for me the customer and the car was in good hands to. Pictures, tests that could be seen and understood. Everything was none to be current and they also gave me an estimate of the original battery, etc that will be going bad here pretty soon. Highly recommend East Bay Autohaus for your M.B.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with a company that epitomized everything a business should not be: rude, dishonest, and utterly lacking in customer service. From start to finish, my experience with this company was nothing short of a balding nightmare.First and foremost, the rudeness displayed by the company's staff Tiffany and Ian L was astounding. Every interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, was marked by condescension, dismissiveness, and outright hostility. It was as if they viewed customers not as valuable individuals to be served, but as annoyances to be brushed aside.Adding insult to injury, the company was not only rude but also deceitful. They consistently lied and made excuses for their abysmal level of customer service. Whether it was failing to deliver on promises, providing inaccurate information, or blaming external factors for their own shortcomings, they seemed incapable of owning up to their mistakes.But perhaps the most infuriating aspect of all was the behavior of the business owner. A hot-headed individual with a short fuse, they reacted to any criticism or complaint with unchecked anger and aggression. Instead of addressing concerns in a professional and respectful manner, they resorted to intimidation tactics and verbal abuse.In conclusion, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Their rude and dishonest behavior, coupled with the volatile temperament of the business owner, made for an utterly intolerable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to steer clear and find a more reputable and customer-friendly alternative.

I ve been taking my various Mercedes to Ian for several years now . He is the only mechanic I have found I. The last 20 years that I trust . His prices are excellent . I ve never had to go back for a problem that was supposedly fixed. I know when they hand me the keys my car is good to go till the next service is due. Tiffany is fantastic and always accommodating. She does a wonderful job of keeping the office running. At top speed They do a wonderful job of letting you know exactly what to expect as far as cost so there are no surprises. . I wish I could keep them my personal secret really but that wouldn t be fair to them .. so shout out to the worldBest place In The Bay to service your Mercedes

I ve been looking for an independent Mercedes repair facility for my 2013 ML 350. I wasn t impressed with the service from either of the local dealers.Fortunately I found East Bay Autohaus. Their prices are fair and they don t try to sell you more than what you need. They patiently answered all my questions.

I had an issue with the front end of my wife's ML 350. I have been a long time customer of East Bay Autohaus but I had taken this car to two other independent Mercedes repair shops to correct this issue (because they were closer to my home). They had my car for over a month trying to fix this problem. They kept "replacing parts" but they could not fix the problem. I went to East Bay Autohaus to visit Ian and Tiffany. They were very welcoming and professional. We went for a test drive together so they could listen to and feel my complaint. They went to work and the next afternoon I got a phone call that the car was fixed. I test drove the car and sure enough, it was fixed. No parts replaced, just good old fashioned old school mechanic work. I love this place! I will never stray again... I am a customer of East Bay Autohaus for life!

Great business! The staff is all super friendly and helpful. Understanding of individuals situations. I respect a business that understand what people are dealing with especially their cars. I had come in on two different occasions and walked away satisfied. I love that I found a locally owned shop that knows what they are doing!

This place is Great! Clean shop, nice people and they have great prices. I ve brought my 2013 Mercedes in for a service and for a repair. They do excellent work without gouging you, like Mercedes does.highly recommend.

I was 100% satisfied with the service performed on my car. They found the problem and fixed it the first time . The office did a great by communicating all issues with my car to me . It was a comfortable feeling to me and I would highly recommend this shop 2 anyone..thanks again East Bay Autohaus.!!

Continuing on previous rating, this repair shop goes over and beyond. From the staff to the technician, they are professional and know their business. There are no other shops in Antioch that can diagnose and complete repairs in a reasonable time like East Bay Autohaus!

I highly recommend this place, very professional... Tiffany is amazing she has been our BMW service office manager for over the past two years and I say "OUR' because she treats us like we are her only clients always let's us know exactly what the car needs and the best way to get the car serviced.Thank you Tiffany!And East Bay Autohuas!

They found the problem with my Sprinter RV that one one else could. Customer service Before, During and After was excellent. As the owner of a service company I was impressed. I hope I don't need service anytime soon but if I do I will be coming back here !

East Bay Autohaus has been my go to independent shop for several of my German vehicles past and present. I continue to bring vehicles there as they do quality work and have suggested what repairs should be done immediately vs what can be held off for a bit in order to spread out cost. I appreciate this.They have consistently delivered quality service and honest repair feedback on my vehicles.
