So we took our car here to get an estimate to get fixed and we were able to ahead and drop the car off. The service this far is great. They came out right away to look at the car and wrote up paper work. I can t remember the service reps name but he was very polite and helpful.I can t let you know the quality or value of service quite fully because we just dropped the car. But I will do an update once we get the car back. However, customer service is excellent!The building is nice and clean, and if you have wait there is a very nice lounging/lobby area. They also offer coffee and tea while you wait. That s pretty cool. Oh one last thing they offered a shuttle service as well. So more to come on this review

The best around. I have taken my car in there a few times in the past and they always do an excellent job. Their customer service is wonderful they are friendly, prompt, and just an overall good place to do business with

The website had a lot of options but I havent yet actually contacted them. You can take photos of the damage to your car and they give you guidelines to help take them correctly and then submit them. I never made it that far so unfortunately, I couldn't tell you if they are good at responding or not. I'm fixing a Toyota and this is the place the dealership recommends. I plan to give them a try and once I do, I'll provide a review.

Hyundai Tucson got minor front-end damage after being heisted for a few hours (TikTok Challenge, yup). The fix was on the insurance company dime so I can t speak to Crash Champs pricing, but the stellar work and equally stellar customer service made the bad experience less-bad very professional

Horrible customer service skills by the young ladie running the front desk. First she decided to stare me up and down and then ignore me for a while she looked at her cell phone. Time is money and money is time. Nevermind, I took my buisness somewhere else. millenial business skills all the way at the place. lol

I got into a minor fender bender and I travel out of my state with my own vehicle, my insurance recommended Mike's Auto Body and I'm glad they did. My vehicle looks, sounds, & performs better I believe after the repairs.My insurance may have dragged their feet a bit, but Mike's certainly didn't. Once they had everything from my insurance, the job was quick and they were all wonderful to work with (even during the lingering COVID pandemic).If I or a family/friend gets into fender bender, I know who I'm going to call next time. The front desk ladies are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome. They had my car fixed in no time. Hopefully I won't need to see them too soon. But if something happens to my car in the future, I know I'll be bringing it here. I highly recommend this location

Great customer service and awesome repair work. I recieved status updates through the whole process, I didn't even have to return my rental to Enterprise, they took care of it. The work that was done to my car is done really well. You can't even tell anything was done, it blends perfectly. I would definitely use these guys again if needed!

First off let me just say that unfortunately my car was a total loss. But the experience and patients I received from this location was AMAZING. The front desk ladies were more than helpful and Bryan was just professional and provided so much information along the way. I truly thank Bryan for helping me and seeing everything to the end and even though the claims department i was forced to deal with was not helpful. If you ever need a great honest place to help with a damage car this is truly the place to come !!!!

Mike's Auto Body of Antioch did an EXCELLENT job from beginning to end. I had constant communication with Genevieve (who is Amazing)! All the staff were very kind and helpful. I was very appreciative of their care ( my car was done much sooner than I had anticipated- which was wonderful)! I was a victim of hit and run while parked on retail lot. Genevieve was my contact. She is excellent and provided detail items that needed work involved. My passenger door behind driver side was replaced. I was provided daily progress updates by text that indicated work is meeting expectations. Waiting room is clean and front office receptionists provided excellent service as well. All work was completed in a week.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just want to say, great overall experience. Amazing customer service, incredible work, and my 2017 Honda Civic was returned back 2 weeks before the actual date they had estimated to be done. Mike Rose and Company have served the San Francisco Bay Area since 1972. They have 17 locations. I was a licensed insurance agent for 22 years. We referred many clients over the years to Mike and Company. They always did a great job. We re bringing our much-loved Honda Odyssey Touring Van in Tuesday for repairs.

I went to Mike s for repair a few years back. Everything was affordable and everything looked like it was fixed, until the very end. The engine light kept coming on at first, they reset a couple time and I tried to reset it and still kept coming. I left for a while just maybe it ll reset itself but still no luck. So I don t know if something they missed a procedure or was the repair done correctly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They did amazing job. Super helpful and made sure I got everything I wanted done. Even help me price future things done. Nick always returned my calls and answered my questions. Everyone was super nice. James is the first person I talked to and over looked and help me understand everything they were gonna do and more. Nick kept kept me updated through out the whole progress. My 2018 Hyundai was sent in for repairs to the rear bumper. This shop has a great connection with their customers that I know the painter by his first name after the repairs. Hector the painter perfectly matched the rear bumper and replaced the rear bumper appliqu� better than the dealership did originally. My car was also finished in almost no time at all. Anthony also did a great job at keeping me up to speed on the repair. Thanks Mike s auto body for a job well done!Service: Body & Trim

I got hit in a parking lot and needed my bumper replaced. Mike s AutoBody was awesome and my vehicle looks so good! They even cleaned it inside and out. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. The Staff were very helpful and informative. We are very happy with our experience with Mike s AutoBody and Highly Recommend them!

Great customer service, approachable, delivered the final product a day earlier than expected. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of quality inspection on their part after the car came back from the windshield installer, as that group of people left tools and trash on the right front passenger seat and driver's floor. Went back in to share with my estimator and Mike (owner) overheard and personally came up and apologized. Our estimator was very apologetic and gave us a Starbucks card and offer to have the vehicle detailed within 30 days. Great customer service and looking forward to the detail job.

Customer service was very nice. They always found me pretty quick. With a last name like mine I tend to get "lost" in the system. Had that problem.all my life. But, at Mike's Auto Body they found me pretty quick. They called me with up dates on my car & they notified the insurance company I was going through so, I really didn't have to do anything. Which was great. I would definitely recommend Mike's Auto Body to anyone looking to get their car done. People are nice & their work is flawless. I have had work done to another car of mine a while back. They did a perfect job on it too.

Took my truck in for repairs, put the tailgate on crooked, light has a gap, and they even put the emblems on crooked!! I feel I can do a better job on my own. Not to mention they put my bed on crooked and told me it can not be adjusted anymore. LOL trash body shopService: PaintingService: Painting

My car was delivered on time and in great condition. I've trusted Mike's Auto Body for 45 years now. They've always done a great job on every vehicle I've ever brought them. While they were working on my car, they kept me informed as to the progress via text. My car suffered body damage in an accident and when I got the car back you could not see a single trace of the damage.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After i dropped of my vehicle I didnt hear from them for 5 days until I called them. By that point they had already disassembled my car. When I asked to take it to another place they said I would have to pay for them to out it back together even though I never agreed on the work they had done or where planning to do. They didn't fix 90% of what needed to be repaired even after I said I would pay out of pocket. It took 3 weeks to do a weeks worth of work and the whole time I'm paying out of pocket for a rental car. ($800 in total). Then after I get my car I noticed that two of the charms from my key ring where gone. So I called and inquired about it. Well that was a week ago and they still haven't got back to me. They basically stole my sons key charm he gave me. Plus I have to take my car somewhere else now to get it fully repaired. Mikes, you suck!
