I almost got scammed at this dealer. I wouldn t tell anyone to go here. I was told a 2016 Honda Civic that was $15,600 was fine. I scheduled an appointment for my mechanic to check it out before I put any money down. This $15,000 car they were trying to sell had unsafe, uneven, balding tires. The back rear tire had a nail in it. The back shocks were shot and the breaks were at 30%. When my mechanic showed my the air filter and the cabin filter, I was disgusted. They were BLACK. The only thing this car dealership did was get the car detailed. When I came back and told them this they still wouldn t come down on their price and they never contacted me again after promising they would fix those issues. My guess is that they d rather sell the car with these issues to someone ignorant and get the money. I took my business else where and am happy. I got the same car in perfect condition for a cheaper price! Don t got to California Auto Oulet unless you re expecting to be ripped off.

Just purchased a car from this dealership and let me tell you I couldn t be more satisfied!!!Gabriel was an incredible helpful that work with me and my unique situation to make sure I drove a car I loved off the lot. Gabriel multi-tasked and helped other customer while he helped me, which was concerning at first bc I wanted all the attention. NOT one moment did I feel neglected or like he was unavailable, He answered every question I had and offered a lot of assistance helping me purchased my first car. Thank you so much Gabriel , I didn t feel pressured and genuinely wanted me to go home with a car that worked for me. And I DID IM LOVING MY NEW CAR THANKS TO GABRIEL AND ALL YOUR HELPED!I highly recommend this dealership. Good selection of cars and excellent service

This place is a sham. Was looking to get a car from this lot and was referred to another person who is friends with one of the sales person who has the same car. Was scammed out of $1500 and car failed inspection several times and wanted to give me a unsafe/ needs work car. Guy never returned my calls and refused to give me his name and location to work out deal in person when talking about the car over phone. He also said that he'll give me the $1500 back because the car failed inspection and he "suddenly" left the state and blocked my number.

Would give more than 5 Star raiting if I could, great customer service and professional help. They were not pushy whats so ever, we ended up buying 2 vehicles off this lot and will keep recommending.

A sales man who had been fired called me repeatedly and came to my home and collected money without permission for management the next day management did nothing and said they couldn't help me.. Never use this lot its all a scam
