These guys tried to take advantage of my teenage daughter. They tried to charge her over $500 for the work. After my daughter told me she took the car there, I called and told the to stop work that they were ripping her off. He then tried to lower the price to $350. I went down to get my car and he said he wasn t giving me my keys. Him and is coworker started cussing at me. I had to get the police involved to get my keys. They were very confrontational when they knew they got caught trying to take advantage of a teenage girl.You failed to mention yours and your coworkers use of profanity and aggression. I told you to give me the keys to my car and you refused. When you thought you could keep my car, that s when the police were called. You know exactly what you were doing. You saw a teenage girl and tried to take advantage of her and when I spoke to you, you changed your tune. Hopefully your kids don t get taken advantage of by people like you. Do better and stop taking advantage of teenage girls. I purchased new brakes, rotors, and fluid for $127. I m not a professional and it took me 1 hour to complete the work. So you re charging $373 for 1 hour worth of work? I m going to bet that you could probably do that job in 30 minutes with your tools and experience. Don t get mad and try to justify ripping off teenage girls. DO Better!!!! Hopefully anyone that goes to your chop shop does their homework.

Great business that these guys run here. I called around for a rear brake job and was quoted inflated prices that seemed too high.I then called Brake Pros, and they quickly got me in two days later. The job only took them about 2.5 hours too which was awesome.Not to mention, it s a very friendly set of guys that run the place!

Great quality work. Jonathan gave top tier customer service, and was able to get me in short notice when he was fully booked. I called a few other places before Brake Pros and he gave me the best quote by far for both brakes and rotors +1 year warranty. Definitely our go-to for brakes from now on.

These guys are awesome! Got the job done in less than an hour and BOOM! My car feels like new. It's "hugging" the road again, it's safe to drive and it's all thanks to them! Definitely would recommend then to anyone in Contra Costa.

I went to Brake Pro's today. I was certain I was in desperate need of brakes. I thought ...this will be costly. Fortunately, it was determined my brakes were in great shape. No charge! The owner and his employee could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. So honest and accommodating. I highly recommend Brake Pro's . The best around!

These guys only do brakes without breaking my wallet! Very fast service got me in and out, but I could have stayed in the super comfortable lounge much longer. Friendly service, quality parts, great experience. When your brakes start squealing like a stuck pig, give these guys a call!

The new location is a wonderful addition, providing a professional setting for customers to relax while waiting for their cars. I am grateful to Brakes Pro for their excellent service.

Brake Pros checked my Nissan Van at 39000 miles for me to see how brakes are. They showed me that they are still good for approximately 15 to 20000 more miles. No charge. After another business told me I needed new rear brake pads and rotors, I came here to Google to find quality rated brake professionals. I wanted to get 3 different quotes to see what I was in for. After seeing the high rated Brake Pro's I called to get a quote. As soon as I told Jonathan my vehicle year, make, and model he explained the exact problem I was having. I was impressed with his knowledge of my vehicle and he gave me an excellent quote. I called around to get more quotes and found Brake Pro's to have the best deal (plus they were the only ones who bothered explaining my problem). I called Brake Pro's back to schedule an appointment for new brakes. He was able to get me in soon, according to my schedule. When I got there Jonathan was able to take my vehicle straight back in. It was super quick, as I was only there an hour. Jonathan was also able to work with me on a payment method because my debit card had been stolen. I was able to pay via Zelle, right on my bank's app. Overall it was a great experience working with Brake Pro's and I greatly recommend them!

Got my brake-pads replaced here today. Top notch friendly service and above all very honest people to deal with! Jon is a great technician. Will definitely do business with him in the future and highly recommended if you looking to get your brakes and rotors replaced. Honest, fairly priced, experienced shop close to Antioch Costco. Made appointment for rotors and pads, done while I waited. I've been searching for a brake shop like this since legendary Mira Vista Tire in Richmond closed during Covid. Excellent communication. Well worth the drive to Antioch; my advice if you are coming up highway 4 is to make an appointment during reverse or non-commute hours.Service: Brakes

My brakes were grinding and I was afraid to drive my car anywhere. On Saturday, I set up an appointment online with Brake Pro for Monday morning at 9:00am.Now I had no idea where to turn for brake service. I googled the best brake service in the bay area and there I saw Brake Pros in the top 10!!So I pull in and the man, Jonathan, started laughing and told me to pull my car in front of the garage. He told me I could wait while he serviced my brakes.He gave me a quote better than I was expecting and started work right away.He was done before 10:00am!!!Overall it was the best! I left with new brakes, pads and rotors and no noise!!!He's the best!! If you need your brakes done......this is the place to go!!!Service: Brakes

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After dropping my vehicle off I was notified by brake pros that I accidentally bought the wrong brake caliper for my vehicle. I was reassured that brake pros could find and install the correct part in order to keep up with my deadline. They did not overcharge me for the part they would need to find and express order, also it ended up being a less expensive than the original part I purchased. My car was finished on time despite having to order the new parts and I was not pushed to do any additional work that was not needed. Highly recommendService: Brakes

His customer service was awesome and he provided excellent information for someone like me who likes to ask questions about the service. Not only did he quote me a competitive price, he was also very quick and competent in what he was doing and did a top-notch job on my 2013 Hyundai sonata. I'm definitely sharing his card with all of my friends and coworkers. And I would recommend him to anyone. Safe and dependable.

My car had never been serviced outside of the dealership, so I was apprehensive when looking for a reliable service professional. Jonathan, the owner, was AMAZING! As a woman, I am always cautious about being oversold for car maintenance. So, I was pleasantly surprised when Jonathan let me know I only needed brakes and rotors on the front. First thing I noticed, was how nice and clean his shop and work area was. Being a automotive mechanic myself, I played dumb to see how the guy was going to play me. Told him nothing more than the front brakes were squeaking. He removed the tire and performed a thorough brake inspection, showed me exactly what the problem was and went over options with me. Waited 20 minutes for the brake pads to be delivered and he installed them immediately. Great overall experience, good service, with a knowledgeable brake mechanic.Service: Brakes

I came in today because my breaks were squeaking, I figured they needed changing and this had amazing reviews. I dont know the name of the male who helped me. But he inspected my brakes and told me I have over 50 percent life left on my brakes. I am grateful he was so professional and didn't try to get over on a customer. I will definitely be returning when I need brakes!

Jonathan is really helpful, he wanted his customer to be served well. He will explain whats up/down with your car/brake. He won't rip you off. Will definitely go back here.

I went there about a year ago the guy was sooo nice. He looked at my car and told me honestly nothing was wrong with my brakes other than the person I went to put incorrect brakes on that caused the squeaking. I was so grateful he didn't want to charge me for looking at them. But I gave him 20.00 and told him to get some lunch. Highly recommend this shop for service
