The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Shout out to Lonnie Green for taking care of my car. Went in for an alignment and had an unexpected needed repair and Lonnie did not hesitate to communicate and repair the issue. For any future needs, I will definitely be back and recommend this Big O location to family and friends. Thanks again!

I've been a big o customer for quite some time and I must say that despite the reputation that auto mechanics have sustained over the years I have to admit I have seen nothing but high levels of professionalism and honesty from this organization.

I have had Big O work on my car for years. From San Jose, Fremont, San Ramon, to Antioch. I don't care which shop you bring it to. These are the only guys I trust to work on my cars. I was late for my appointment today and they still squeezed me in. Thanks Big O Antioch. You guys are the best.

Good service. I did have a suspension system replaced a few years ago that failed soon after. The plus was they replaced it immediately with no problems since.

Went to this big o for a free wheel alignment check. Then I was told I had some repairs that were needed. Totaling around $700.I went and had a second certified mechanic to check my alignment... and there was nothing wrong! This 18th Street Big O Tires was going to rip me off!!I suggest going somewhere else....not very honest at that shop!!!

I had an appointment at 9 and was greeted fast and took care of me right away. I got my alignment and tire balance done. Very professional thank you and will definitely recommend this place 100%

Got me in a timely fashion. From time to time you do have to remind them to rotate your tires. They tend to forget, just being honest.

Ahead of my visit, he gathered my fleet details pertaining to the company vehicle. Upon my arrival, Robert extended a warm greeting and inquired about the assistance I required. I noted our prior phone conversation, and he recalled it as well. Throughout the process, he expertly guided me, ensuring a seamless experience overall.I appreciated the proactive communication from the service team, informing me about the work being undertaken and its expected completion time. Since the vehicle was a part of the fleet, pricing details were not necessary. The team displayed a pleasant and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience.

Outstanding front desk customer service, very knowledgeable, professional technicians. Big O replaced my rack and pinion/tie rods & fixed my alignment on my 99 Camaro & the car is running very smoothly now. Will be taking my car back for more work in the future.

I went to Big O Tires because I grew up with the owner. He's always been honest and goes out of his way to make sure your happy!THE REAL REASON I'M GIVING THIS REVIEW! Is the follow up phone call to thank me for my business!!! Really?? The same guy that ordered my tire actually called and thanked me! Not some customer service rep that had no idea who I was!! Antioch Big O has stepped their game up! My applause

Extremely satisfied went there because I was having problems with my rear tires. They fixed them and I was able to get a oil change. Had no idea that they did well changes. I will be back.

Great service. They can be trusted to do the job right. I've done business with them for around 15 years. They are my go to business for the work on my vehicles. If they weren't able to do the needed work, they have recommended a shop that could do the needed work. The entire crew at Big O are friendly, from the owner to each person who works there. I trust their decisions and they have never failed to make the right decisions for my three vehicles.

So I bring in my vehicle to try to get a warranty on my tires which only have 9000 miles on them. I was told to bad so sad. You should have had them rotated. Okay nobody told me. Well there should be a sticker in the window. Nope no sticker. So I'm sol. They do not care about customers. I'm practically in tears. DO NOT GO HERE!

Just brought my car in for an oil change but while they had it they found a couple things that could use some maintenance. Glad they told me before simple maintenance turned into an expensive repair. Very friendly staff and the manager was great at explaining everything and gave me a good price. Very helpful and I feel like I got a great deal.

They are awesome. I had met my friend there cuz she was getting her tires rotated and my check engine light had come on day before. They went out of their way to work with me and my warranty company until the job was finished. Andy was very informative and helpful and went out of his way. Awesome customer service. I will be going to them for all my car repairs from now on!

Dave is very personable and excellent service person. My car was repaired with new tires and tire sensor very quickly. I highly recommend this Big o tires over any tire stores.

Great feel of atmosphere and very honest. The questions that the questionnaire asked were answered by alot of I'm not sure, I'm not a mechanic that's like asking a pipe fitter what are the electricians doin. Anyways professional for sure.
