My car is now starting up fine thanks to Zee and auto zone. My battery needed changing even though they could not check it for their machine was not charged to do it. He was professional knowledgeable and made sure he took care of my battery needs by replacing the old battery with a new one. Keep up the good work. So glad my son told me to go there.

Took over a week to get the order I placed and then they were supposed to call me when it was ready. I had to get the ordered parts from a different AutoZone location. Had to go 3 times regarding the order

The staff is very well oriented and understanding, both the commercial section and regular DIY section is always on top of their game and provide excellent customer service!

Management is very unprofessional. Me as a customer had to tell her there is no need for argument it s a he and she said so just process the life time warranty return. As a manager your clearly representing your company and to argue with a customer for a supposedly a miscommunication is not the approach.

Finding it harder to find what is needed for finding items like wipers, light bulbs, oil and air filters etc. For keeping cars ready for each season of the year. Even dealers and tire stores have issues! Example catalytic converters are hard to find.

Came to buy a fuel hose to replace on my vehicle, and Victoria went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us during our visit! She was extremely helpful, nice, and she made our visit extremely easygoing by helping us with everything and I mean everything we needed! Thank God for people like Victoria, who go above and beyond for their customers! It was much appreciated and we will be back when we need anything else!

I received excellent care at the AutoZone on Somersville Rd. Justin is knowledgeable kind and always willing to go the extra mile. I m very grateful to have him just a few blocks from my home and I m sure I will be visiting again.Thank you Justin keep up the great work, you are the extra miler!..

I was there to find a part and The woman there sent me to find my own part in aisle and shelf, how the hell would I know where is the part located, I called for help and no one showed up, then I asked the same woman and she gave me such bad attitude, very unprofessional, I hope the management sees this and train those for a good customer service . Not coming to this store anymore

Not from be great on customer service going to be the worst experience u ever had,the people worked in the store the don't have ideas on autoparts they just concentrate on said is "It's what the computer said I don't know anything also".I hope the store concentrates on hiring people to know about auto parts.

I went there for an exchange without a receipt after they called me from headquarters that I can ahead and do so, when I went there the commercial manager was so mad for no reason , if you don t want to help just say no, why be so mean to someone ,it s not my fault they sold me a bad part for a lot of money. sorry to say this but Something that is missing here is a good customer service. Anyways I still appreciate the guy Installing those headlights in my car.

The place is alright. Location is a bit rough. Kind of in the middle of a a heavy traffic intersection. The service is great though. The staff are very informative and very willing to assist their customers. I went there to charge my dead battery. The guy who helped removed the battery from my car, charged it but it didn't work. Battery was busted. He then referred me to go to the dealership to get it checked out and reinstalled my battery. He then gave me a jump to help to get going. Great service

The staff was really great. I've never replace the entire blade before and couldn't get the old ones off. They came out to my truck and showed me how to install them.

They used to have great service but from a few weeks back they change all their staffAnd now is not so good and on the door the schedule says close at 8 pm but 15 min before the door and cage is already close so I go to the O'Reilly now they close at 9 pm

everything is great very quick response very nice people took me only 5mins to get what i ordered online even though there s a quite long line at the counter and they have what i needed which the other branch don t have i don t know why but that is very important in a store you have what the buyer needs so that every customer will comeback anytime they want something they needed to buy.

Went in looking to by a part for my car and the guy at the counter couldn t help me find the part. The women working today said I should know my which part my car needs when I come in. I told her the part but I wasn t sure if it fits for my car! That s what the computer is there for! Are you serious!! Lol these people are unprofessional! I ve never had this problem coming here. They usually help me find the part I need for my car on the computer without a problem. Rude customer service! I would rate them a zero if I could.

I had to get my battery charged so I dropped it off they don't have dividers at the check stand because it's just a regular counter it's not like at a grocery store where it has a conveyor belt what they do is they have you stand in a that's been roped off and they help you from there so it's almost contactless if you have to sign something they get it to you but you don't have to worry about any contact I felt pretty safe in there I had my mask everyone had masks and there was disinfectant and I got my battery charged so I was happy

I came to check my battery wich looked old and worn out, to my surprise the employee check it for me advising that it was still good and it only needed to be charged. I replace it anyway but i really appreciate the honesty and the fact he tried to save me money.

Picked up parts for my car that I had ordered salesman kept wanting a receipt . told them I ordered over phone and parts were not paid for yet . he was confused but parts were there with my name on them .. Needed mpre parts they didn't understand what I was asking for Lucky there was a picture on the table had to point to the parts i needed before they understood .. Pictures are worth a hundred words ..

I love autozone. This one in particular has great, prompt customer service. Even the ladies are very knowledgeable about cars. I have been there 3 times in the last few weeks and nothing but great customer service.

This store has by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced with autozone. They lady and gentlemen behind the counter were of no help until you addressed them not even a can i help you..... just stared until i addressed them. They were completely rude to the point the lady told me i was in the commercial line and didn t even tell me where the other line was........ if i could give them a -star i would.

Dude that works there, walks with a limp. Awesome guy, great customer service and knows his stuff. And he will be honest on things. Usually have all the parts I need, or want. Great Service.

It was ok didn't find what I was looking for (Allen keys) but got some headlights instead, shelves were kinda bare and prices are a few dollars more than online, but overall pretty fast experience.
