I usually come here whenever my car needs some major repairs or the regular milage based maintenance. The price can be a little higher, but the work done is usually top notch and the service reps always do a great job describing what needs to be done and how long the service will take.I'd definitely recommend this Nissan; I would just say make sure you plan your day accordingly, just in case the maintenance takes a little time.Thank you all for the great work you do!

This dealership has their act together. Alex Mendoza the service advisor was polite, professional and very focused on what I was there for. He informed me completely on how they were going to approach my services and answered all my questions. My vehicle was diagnosed the same day and it was ready to be picked up the next day. As to cost, the expense was less than indicated initially and they washed my car before it was returned to me. While many dealerships can be a nightmare, Antioch Nissan is a real breathe of fresh air and Alex Mendoza is a real asset to their operations.Service: Transmission

I arrived at 6:58 for a 7:00 appointment. The service center was not open yet. There was one car in front of me a white Sentra. They opened up at 7:01, after the car front of me was checked in I was checked in as well and I asked I have a 7 o clock appointment. What time will they start on the car? It looks like no one is here yet. He says that they will not start on the car until eight AM. So as I was in and registered for my service for my oil, change, tire, rotation, and car wash. This service was a Nissan promotion offer via phone call from Nissan.About 5 more people came in after me and as their car was finished being repaired, I heard the explanation to the car situation from the clerk. Around 850 all of the people who came in after me were gone, and even the man that was in front of me was gone. There was one customer left besides me, and he came in about an hour are so after me and after everyone else. I wondered if they had even started on my car, so I asked the clerk is my car ready yet he said he was going to check and see. Then he came back and said they are going to wash my car and everything else has been completed. It was after 9 o clock by this time.It seems as though they had finished servicing my car, but forgot one minor detail, to wash my car. which caused me to be there after everyone else was gone. I was the next to the last one of the morning rush, but I was one of the first to arrive before they opened. Then, after I drove off one of the tires seemed a little shaky. So I drove a little distance and pulled over to checked on the tires. I am not the professional but the tires seemed to be okay. I was so disappointed from being forgotten about that I didn t go back and ask to recheck my tires.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Very nice services. take advantage of service specials they sometimes have, otherwise its costly to service Nissan auto. Everyone here is very professional and had clear communication.

Pretty solid service most of the time. The techs have been great so far.Hit and miss if you are waiting for an oil change. Sometimes it is a little over an hour.... sometimes a standard oil change can take 3 hours even with an appointment... cause your truck sits for an hour and a half before it gets touched.

They were young and very good at what they were doing and helped me out a lot with things I didn t know about my car and I just wanted to say thank to them and please let them know I appreciate their help and thank for updating me on my car I didn t really know anything about.
