Antioch Dodge took major advantage of my husband the saw his pay stubs and ran with it. He came in to get a deal and walked out getting robbed. This is now a place I will never go to again. And i will continue warning off folks .we're stuck in brand new junk car that we severely over paid for. My mistake I'll never let my husband go car searching without me. Now if you wanna buy a car and be happy about your purchase have a reliable fair priced vehicle thay will last for years go give Winter Honda a try they have been amazing. But if your just rolling in it and you don't mind being overpriced and unreliable stay with Dodge they got you.

Great work. No more leaks in my moonroof. The only drawback is that my extension cord is gone. My husband warned me to take it out because it would be gone. I told him that they weren't going to take an extension cord! Crap. Gone!

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT VEHICLES BEING OFFERED AT ANY OF THE DEALERSHIPS FOUND AT THE ANTIOCH AUTO CEMTER!!!!This place is run by complete crooks. If you work hard for your money, consider it to be important to you, or just want to not be ripped off, go anywhere other than the dealerships at this address. They took 22000.00 extra from my father, a Vietnam vetran.Shame on you antioch chrysler.-THEY sold him a warrenty for a period of time already covered by the manufacturer.-They raised the price of the car he bought- 2 months have passed and they have a replica vehicle with about 5000 miles more on it, sale price advertised at 10000.00 less than he paid-and they gave him12000 less than the standard value of the car he used on the trade.Basically they Weasled more than 24000 extra out of my fatherO and it's been 90 days and I still have not recieved the title, the registration or the plateIt's criminal

Customer service is very nice Good evening provided me transportation home and back to the shop when my car was finished they did excellent work on my car even fix things that I didn't even know was broken at the end of my service I saved more money then I was expected. I will always go back there to have my car serviced

YES ! , it was a great experience , The transmission went out of my 02 Honda , my buddy said lets run up to Antioch Dodge I knows a guy that can make me a great deal , next thing I know , I GOT A NEW CHARGER , man I've had harder times placing an order for a hamburger, I was in and out in about an hour and a half , Awsome service Antioch Dodge.

They connect your car to their computer and analyze the car's performance. It is unfortunate that they charge to rotate your tires, a service that was free in the past. I liked it when they would provide the summary of conditions as found and as adjusted. However, they do offer a complementary exterior car wash and a military discount, so those are two pluses. They offer a free shuttle, so that is an additional plus.

Went shopping for a tire at Antioch Nissan, wanted to also have the oil changed and coolant flush done on a 18' Maxima, service writer quote me a price on 1 tire of 360.00, asked if I could get a discount if i purchased 4 tires. In short ......I ended up at America's Tire , purchased the same exact tire for 197.00. 600.00 savings over Antioch Nissan on somersville, Heads up!

Excellent service. When I called to get appointment the service advisor advised that no appointments could be given because they were booked for the whole the whole day, but, if I called back a little later maybe he could provide the service. When I called again later, real efforts were made to accommodate me in their busy schedule. I could go in for the service. Once I went the service was quick and efficient besides being given an analysis of how the problem got fixed.

Hello went in to purchase a van we had already been pre-approved for financing through our Capitol one bank.Long story short. These people went through the finance company they decided. this is not how you conduct business.Would love for the owner to contact us .

The sales man was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushing a sales line on me. Miguel listened to what I was looking for and wanted. He made my car shopping a great experience. Look for Miguel if you choose to buy a car at Antioch Nissan.

Bought a new Tacoma here, the service was excellent. Tanya was my sales person and she made me feel very comfortable and was very honest with me. If you go in, ask for Tanya and tell her Paul sent ya.

Salesman (Rodney Lewis) kept trying to push me into a car that I didn't want, probably got some incentive for quickly selling a trade he brought in. He was so set on me buying his car that he was completely unwilling to work with me on the car I actually liked and have my wife and I the coldest goodbye you can imagine. Ended up driving out to Tracy Toyota and getting much better service as well as a more reasonable price.

Took my Chrysler 300 to the Antioch Chrysler dealer for service. Gerry, the shuttle drive, is knowledgeable and a character. He provides great customer service. The service department did a good job too, though they didn't have the part to fix my recall problem and I'll have to go back when they do.

This is the 3rd review since the other 2 I have made before mysterily vanished. I made an appointment 3 days ago for a recall part and was conformed that they had the part. Now I missed a full day of work when I arrive for the appointment first of one service advisor said he was too busy and said to go somewhere else. The next guy I talked to I asked to check if the part was there since it was the only reason I made the appointment. All of a sudden they dont have since it was given to someone else. Worse place ever. Now this review will also disappear since they dont want people telling the truth about the worse dealership ever.

The staff here is fabulous. Syed and Greg are superb. My wife and I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima VC-SR Turbo late 2019. My sister-in-law needed a car and was in a challenging situation. We took her to Antioch Nissan and drive away with a great deal on a 2020 Rogue Special Edition.I highly recommend this group of professionals to meet your vehicle needs.

I paid for per pay service and this place was giving me oil change before the 7000 miles the light came on at 4000 to 5000 thousand so why is that. But after I got to questioning the miles and what did not add up. I ask can they put the oil change at the 7000 thousand miles it supposed to be on. So that let me know you can play with the computer on the car to set the oil change to when you want it. So if I had not be rip off for my per paid oil service I would have never know this.i ask to speak to the owner and no one had his number or try to give me they gave me the run around and give me other people numbers that could not help me. Me and another guy adding up the number on how they was servicing the car and it did not add up .But wanted to give me a 25 dollar coupon on something that I pay for all ready and they was over services the car or did they service it. So be careful on what you pay for and make sure you get the service and check your miles and keep all your paperwork. Toyota is untrustworthy and I deal with them good faith and this is what happen to me. It's a lesson learn and make me check and re-read alot of things.

Ok i usually have a horrible experience getting my oil changed because i am pregnant AND i have a toddler... and who wants to wait a couple of hours just to change their oil WITH a kid...even though they provide the service to take you home i have to worry about car seat etc. Today was a much better experience thanks to Edwin, the guy at service area. He was very professional, quick and I didnt feel like he was trying to oversell anything but rather he was trying to help me save unnecessary costs.I HOPE ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN BE LIKE THAT. Seriously, when I usually go there I feel like they always want me to get services I dont need and usually when I decline im made to feel like I dont know whats best for me (maybe because im female?) I really felt like I got great customer service and service in general thanks to Edwin! He even left the A/C on and ready for me because it is such a hot day :) its the small things that count!

I walk into this Toyota dealer just trying to look around for an used pickup truck. These people are so good at what they do, i ended up buying a brand new truck . I must say for some one with no credit history for anything at all, they make me feel welcome and appreciated.

I Came Here Before and They Were Kind Enough To Take The Wheel Locks Off, Due To Not Having The Key When I Purchased The Vehicle. Then I Recently Visit Them When I Heard About The $37 Acquisition Fee, Them Having $6 Million In Car Inventory. I'm Still Struggling With Transportation And Need My Own Car Asap
