Called this AM to inquire about a battery replacement on my vehicle. Glen was so helpful in breaking down price cost, warranties, and any extra system issues I would need to address with my VW. Including mentioning that Oreilly price matches any other local competitors which I appreciated. Glen assisted me when I came into the store. Coming to assess my battery, suggestions on ways to prevent corrosion, and replaced my battery for me. Thank you Glen for your helpfulness, kindness, and speediness. Will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle assistance.

Katlynn is an absolute badass! I came in looking for a specialized interior light bulb for my dad's Toyota Corolla. She spent almost an hour, if not more, helping me search for this bulb, both online and in-store. She even went as far as calling Toyota's parts department to see if she could retrieve a parts number, but unfortunately, they were closed. Although no replacement bulb was found, it was easily some of the most amazing customer service I've had from an auto parts store. Thank you so much, O'Reillys!

Criminals. Bought a $250 car battery Feb 24th tried to bring it back the next day because I decided to scrap the car. They told me" because I hooked it up they couldn't refund me. Criminals last time I will ever go to that place.

I recently bought an oil filter and oil from O'Reilly's for a sprinter van. The van takes 13 quarts of oil. I changed my oil and replaced the filter. At first no leaks but when I started driving the oil gushed out of the filter. I triedto tighten the filter and I had to add 10 quarts of oil. I started the engine and oil sprayed everywhere . Turns out O'Reilly's sold me the wrong filter. So after spending $145 on the right filter and getting everything working I went into O'Reilly's to hopefully get compensation for the loss of oil which was their fault the best they would do was a refund for the filter.

The employee checking me out just want me out of the store he didn t care to help me especially when my account was wrong he just said nope that s not put it on someone else instead of like hey let s fix that real quick and I asked is there another option for these nuts he s like did you make sure it was the right sizing and he said yeah I was like OK I just worry about the size is like oh OK

Needed a couple specific parts and was met by both Glenn and Donald provided me excellent service, as well as Vance going above and beyond at trying to help me diagnose my problem. I wanted to praise all three of these men for there great service. Extremely satisfied today.

Always friendly and courteous. This trip, had a dead battery that was jumpstarted by Sam Berri towing + and their "battery guy," who came by on his way home from work. He recommended I hop in and go straight to O'Reilly's, since it was one of their batteries, and have it tested.The young woman who helped me hopped right out with her testing device and spend a good 10 minutes running tests, and determined that the relatively new battery was still okay, but the alternator was going bad. Without that warning, I could have been stuck again, and maybe not safely at home.

I am from the Bay area and I have never been to a better O'Reilly store before. The staff is Hella nice and very helpful. They know their stuff and take pride in their job and it tells. Everyone in the store deserves a raise because they are the real face of the company and they do an amazing job.

Jimmy is a lifesaver. Our battery went dead and my partner had to walk 1.5 miles to get there. When my partner mentioned he had to walk back, Jimmy was not having it. He insisted on driving him back to the hotel. Thank you to all the kind people that helped when they didn't have to. Y'all are rockstars.

Needed some windshield washer fluid for the Lincoln as we were headed back into the Bay Area. Customer service was decent and nothing special. Had to wait about 5 minutes just to check out one item because the dude kept putting in the wrong number over and over again. Wake up people and smell the coffee

The employee are Friendly, and one employee went above an beyond by helping me find my auto part. I called in for 10 minutes before closing time, I was able to get there and arrived just in time to receive the truck part I needed. Don t believe other auto parts would help as much as the employee at O Reillys help. Thank you!

Truck broke down on the way to a wedding. Staff found the code for the issue and made suggestions. Honestly seemed to work for a little while only to break down again. Transmition died, but the short of the story is the staff was great and helpful.

Called them to order part when i got there i picked the part up the ordered the wrong one and know im waiting to go picl up ny new part just eished they wouldve payed a little more attention to detail the sku may only be one number off but makes a heck of a lot of difference for my fuel pump hopefully today when i pick it up itll be the right one. Other than that they were helpfull know if only they could install id be winning but overall they have kind workers that fixed the problem just a little frustrating on the beginning

Current staff is Very helpful and actually is knowledgeable about auto mechanics. Have had previous encounters with old staff where I knew more about vehicles then they did! Glad new staff knows more than I do now LOL

They tested my battery at no charge. I purchased a new battery that they installed also no charge. The whole thing took maybe fifteen minutes at the most. I am very pleased . Thank you

The employees at the main counter are always friendly,very knowledgeable and very helpful Mike in comercial accounts really knows his parts and goes the extra mile to find the part u need and follows up and makes sure u got it and you are happy hats off to all of you and did I mention spotless,,, wow supper clean and stocked up.

Only like ONE of the employees. She actually goes out of her way to help find you parts and walks away from counter to assist you outside. She isnt lazy like some of the men who work there.
