I was blown away at the great customer service and car service I had here. Austin was super helpful getting me back on the road fast. I was taken care of right away. Highly recommend service here.

Everyone is always so helpful. Brian the manager and his employees went above and beyond to help with my 2013 Chevy 2500 electric step problem. I go here for all my tire breaks and everything they can do with all my cars and truck.

They are always busy as usual so, patience is a virtue !! Here to replace a tire and rim that was stolen off of my Daughters car while she as at work !! Thieves suck !!!

Amazing!!!!!!!Arrived 10 mins before close on a Saturday. I had a tpms light come on and ran straight in hoping that I was not too late. They greeted me with a smile and quickly pulled my car in to get it started. I was there 10 mins after close, when they brought me the keys they required nothing more then a signature!!!! Great customer service, very impressive.

Brian and Racheal were amazing they saved me from the road I was stuck my tire had blown and I had no jack or spare I called les swab and they were awesome I will from now on only go to this shop for all my car needs

Many thanks to Anthony at the Anderson store for his help with our tent trailer brake problem. Nice guy, great attitude, made what could have been a really crummy start to our vacation no big deal. Thanks also to his boss who didn't charge us a dime.

Clean inside, nice and cold vs. the outside heat! Nice employees, we were welcomed as soon as we walked in. In and out in about 2 hours (pretty good since it was busy). We'll be back if needed again!

The guys in the back took care of me. They specialize in commercial truck tires and more. Everyone was friendly and polite and they're experience shows! Also they all worked great as a team. Pretty cool to see them all in action. I will definitely bring all my business back to Les Schwab

Spectacular service without too long of a wait. Ran over a giant nail and they got me back on the road in no time. I'd definitely recommend taking your vehicles here for your tire needs.

Return customer. I've gotten tires here before, but today I needed new brakes. They initially didn't have any of the parts that my Mazda needed, but they worked diligently making calls all around the greater area to find what I needed, and they eventually succeeded and accomplished what I needed done. Amazing customer service, decent sized waiting room (they keep it nice and warm during the winter), and quality work. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. HOWEVER, if you need to make an appointment, call. Don't do it online. The online system is very flawed and your desired work will not be guaranteed. They'll do everything they can to make you happy though!

Les Schwab is not the cheapest place to get tires but their service makes up for it. They don t normally carry the tires I wanted so they special ordered them and had them in the next day. Installation was quick and professional.

I will always be a Les Schwab customer.Greeted by a smile and a handshake, and ALL the Employees are respectful and kind.You could MAYBE find a better price somewhere (I DOUBT IT), but you won't find the warranty, commitment to the product sold, nor lifetime of the tires rotation and balance!!!Come on. Don't let someone talk you out of the best decision for your wheels and car/truck.....Les Schwab is top notch.

Les Schwab in Anderson really bailed me out today. On the eve of a road trip I broke a lug nut stud and they were able to replace it last minute in a couple of hours. I'm a very happy customer!

The work they do is ok but they are just unorganized. Every time they tell me the car is ready to be picked up, I get there and they forget to do something and then expect me to make another appointment. Really frustrated

This is a place that helped me out in the time of real need with my RV and it's tire the people here are real friendly you know I'd highly recommend them to any and everybody that I know and David the guy that worked on my tire what a swell guy thank you for everything that you did helping me with the tire definitely five stars if it was more stars they will get them too so anybody with a tire problem give him a call thank you

Spent over $1,000 to have my front end redone this is the third time I've been back and they keep making me come back I'm so fed up. Going to my own mechanic now.

I love the service here! I've been in two times in the last week. Once for a warranty fix on my brakes and once because I picked up a screw in a tire. Both times they got me in and out fairly quickly without any hassle. The ladies behind the desk are always helpful and attentive and get you squared away quickly.

I called Les Schwab to do a brake job on my Suburban they told me I had to bring it in. They told me they had to look at it because they didn't know what kind of parts to buy. So I brought my truck in. It's a Chevy 3/4 ton Suburban and I needed front brake pads and rotors they told me they would have to look at it in order to know which parts to order after waiting for 3 hours I went down the street to Bells Automotive Services they took care of me within minutes did the brake job and now the truck operates like a dream thank you Bell's Automotive Services. If you want automotive repair I suggest finding somewhere else to go.

Shady practice Go somewhere else.Quoted me one price and then said that tire won't work and then put "used tires" on my truck without my permission .I NEVER asked for used tires.Unbelievably unprofessional.This same location put the wrong size tire on my van.I only noticed because it drove crooked. There is zero customer service at this location.Our company travels nationwide Been to many other les schwabbs nationwide never had this level of incompetence.

Love, love, love these people!! Three times now they have found a major problem with my car that had to be fixed immediately but I never can afford the repair costs all at once as we are on a very fixed income. They keep letting us put it on account even though we have gone WAY over our credit limit. No, they are not ripping me off, these are issues that I have gone to them about. I will keep making my payments regularly (as much as possible) so as not to take advantage of their kindness. Everyone there is AWESOME!!!

They were very busy but got to me in a timely manner. All I needed was a flat repair. They put on 2 patches at no charge. Super customer service overall. If you need anything tire etc. related, do give them a try!

My wife had lower ball joint failure I replaced lower control arm parts steering rack and ball joints on both sides did not have a torque wrench so I trailered it to them I got my vehicle back with nothing torqued I ended up doing the specs myself and Alignment way out of whack went to different Les Schwab got the same treatment from Market Street went back to Anderson they corrected it from what I can tell

Love Schwab!! Always feel like they are eager to help. Every employee scurries and I have never had to wait for very long to have my vehicle taken care of.Highly recommend!
